  • 10 - Mystery Plays Mixtape #10: Shoeb Ahmad - Body Suites For Ismail Zakaria

"This mix features tunes by artists I spent the last nine months listening to in the home with my wife while she was pregnant with our baby boy, who was born at the start of September. The best thing about all these artists is they all make music their own way and that it is something I would like my boy to adapt for his life as he grows up. He would have heard all this music through the womb (in Wild Beasts' case, heard them live in Sydney no less) and he may grow up without any subconscious reaction to it but I will always have special memories for these sounds." Shoeb Ahmad, September 2011.
