I provide on - and offline training that helps people to develop stronger voices for singing or speaking.
As a singer teacher I started helping people in senior management positions, who had experienced emotional or physical trauma who felt their voices weren’t strong enough.

Tue, 21 Jul 2020 - 46min - 7 - Episode 7: Life Is Not Black and White, Colour Your Life With Singing - Meet Orsi aka “Rocky”
Meet Orsi aka “Rocky”...
“A few months ago I established my own vocal school, which is called Phoenix Vocal Studio. Here I do a mindset - vocal coaching session. It means that apart from training someone's vocals I work on their mindset too which is quite essential. Regardless of any talent if they don't believe in themselves they won't go further.
My coaching/teaching approach is quite spiritual, I use ART to help others to open up and expressing themselves and free their mind. It's incredible what music can do to us. In singing "The law of the least effort" aka: How to do more with doing less is my spiritual approach. Like how to use their voice to be heard without shouting but still powerful. Since to me the most important thing is to create results I don't take more than 10 - 15 people top per week, because I want quality over quantity.
I keep my knowledge updated, so I take courses as well in order to give more to my clients. These courses are about different types of vocal techniques, art therapy etc…”

Functional Nutrition is all about looking at what has caused that imbalance in the first place. Where did it all start? And then treating the root cause rather than the symptoms.
Although conventional medications appear to help with the symptoms they are not dealing with the root cause, and if you do not treat the cause it is still flickering in your body and will eventually present itself in another form.
If you can find the root cause you can very often help the presenting symptoms, and not only that but you are actually stopping the cascade of inflammation and disease that is allowed to progress when you simply take conventional meds.Mon, 08 Jun 2020 - 26min - 3 - Episode 3: Loving Yourself and Your Relationships with Jasmina PapakyriacouSat, 06 Jun 2020 - 25min
