Anthony Ramirez, otherwise known as “Pacaso Ramirez” fell in love with Hip Hop music at the age of 6, when he found an LL Cool J & Beastie Boys mixtape in his parents tape collection. He picked up rapping at the age of 8. By the time he was in middle school, he was already winning school talent shows, and being invited to perform at school dances. Music took over his life, and led him down a real dark road that led to creating music that was borderline murderous, slanderous and blasphemous. At the age of 24, being prompted by the Holy Spirit, he gave his life to the Lord Jesus Christ, and began changing the way he approached music. He started to view each song as mini sermons, and started using his voice as a vessel to bring God Glory by speaking to people about practical living that pleases God.   Since the age of 24, Pacaso has gone through a lot of life changing transformations that have cleansed his lips from cursing, cleansed his heart from hate and un-forgiveness, and has given him the ability to spread hope to all who are willing to listen. Now, at the age of 33, he has been renewed, redeemed, and transformed and feels that God is just getting started with him, and that by the end of his life, he will reach more people through the good news of Jesus Christ, than he would of ever reached with just music alone. Contemporary soul singer Christopher Williams was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. The nephew of jazz legend Ella Fitzgerald decided to become a singer after sitting with his aunt Ella, Frank Sinatra and Count Basie after a show. With talent in his genes and the desire to be a great recording artist, Christopher Williams emerged during the late 1980s, as a recording artist for Geffen Records. He released his debut album, entitled “Adventures in Paradise”, in 1989. Resident of the Texas Gulf Coast just south of Houston where she was always an excellent home cook who retired from the Space Shuttle Program in late 2010 and sought out the desire to go back to school and learn a new professional  trade and went for it.  The oldest in her class she enrolled in her local community college ( Galveston  CC ) and began her magic journey to become a professional cook and chef.  She finish top of her class with a 4.0 GPA!  Not bad for a babyboomer! As an intern she worked high volume for Banquet and Events on the Garde Manger team where she garnered unbelievable kitchen experience and knowledge. Dr. Robin DiAngelo is a former Associate Professor of Education. Her scholarship is in White Racial Identity and Race Relations. In addition to her academic work, Dr. DiAngelo has extensive experience as a workplace consultant in issues of race relations and racial justice. She helped design the City of Seattle’s Race & Social Justice Initiative training. She currently serves as Director of Equity at Senior Services, Seattle. She has numerous publications and just released her second book, “What Does it Mean to be White?: Developing White Racial Literacy.  Her work on White Fragility has been featured in Alternet, Salon.com, NPR, and Colorlines. Letisha Galloway is from Woodstown, New Jersey and currently resides in Delaware. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Administration of Human Services from Wilmington University. Ms. Galloway is presently a Senior Social Worker/Case Manager in Delaware. Letisha is a poet, author, and speaker. Letisha is regularly involved in bringing awareness to domestic violence. Surviving domestic violence herself, she is a strong advocate for change and protection for those who feel they have no voice. Tobie Famusipe I am a first generation American-Nigerian. I speak multiple Nigerian dialects and multiple accents. Born in Washington DC, I have lived equally in the US and Lagos Nigeria which has led to me having an interesting view and sense of humor about life.  I often feel like a man born of two different worlds because of the cultural differences. It’s a balancing act like no other, having to adapt to both cultures simultaneously which can be challenging, because although I have had the desire to entertain and act this profession is not something readily embraced in the Nigerian cultural because it’s not considered a professional line of work.  Nigerian parents command and I quote “READ YOUR BOOKS”, “GO TO COLLEGE” so that you can become a Doctor, Lawyer, or Engineer NOT Actor. So I followed my parent’s instruction and migrated back to the United States to attend college at Seton Hall University where I majored in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Currently my day job is a Senior Business Systems Analyst. It is during my adult years I have been able resurrect my desire to be an entertainer and actor. I’ve always had a love for movies and with my family’s encouragement it ignited my creative juices which led to pursuing a career in the entertainment industry.  In 2011 I began taking acting and voice over training with The Actors Scene in Buford GA. My intuition regarding my acting ability became evident because in October 2014 I signed with an agent. Today I am proudly represented by TDH Talent Unlimited. Some other interesting things about me: My favorite past time is to spend time with my lovely wife and daughter watching our favorite movies.

Everyone desire security and significance.  Regardless of professions, credentials, or possessions, the vast majority of us are swimming in a sea of insecurity and trying our best to hide it.  The messages all around us are that worldly things can fulfill us.  It’s on TV, in magazines, on the internet; everywhere we turn we’re being bombarded by empty promises for a more fulfilling life. . . a better husband, a better body, a better career, a more beautifully decorated house . . . to be liked, to be wanted, to feel we have something unique to offer.  They sneak into our thought process and make us think, if only I had . . . I’d be so secure and fulfilled. Until our hearts find complete security and significance in God’s unconditional love, we will never be satisfied.  As children of God we are designed to find our identity, our significance, and our confidence in Him.  The only way we’ll be able to do this is if we move beyond knowing about God to knowing and relying on Him. When Christ told His disciples, “You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32), He was referring not only to an intellectual assent to the truth, but also to the application of truth in the most basic issues of life:  our goals, our motives, and our sense of self-worth.  Unfortunately, many give only lip service to the powerful truths of the Scriptures.  True freedom is when we learn to apply foundational truths that can motivate us to live for Christ instead of the approval of others.

As we all know, every one of us will walk through difficult situations during our lives. Learning to trust God is a lifelong process, and essential to living a victorious Christian life. Having someone to walk with you during those times is a huge encouragement. In this broadcast Cheryl seeks to bring not only wisdom gained through life experiences, but truths she's learned through meditating on God’s Word and allowing His truth to be lived out through her. Even though she may not have not gone through the same situation, she will strive to be a voice in the lives of her listeners that reminds them of God’s love and faithfulness in their lives.
