From meditation to motivation, music helped me become someone I’m proud of and it’s helped me learn to love myself just as I am. I’m a totally different person than I was two years ago, and I am still improving and trying new things every day. The change in me didn’t happen overnight, I had to really work at it, and it was extremely hard at times, but music helped me a lot.
