Marie Groover

Working is one of the most spiritual journeys that we can walk, whether our work is entrepreneurship, art, music, a 9-5, philanthropy or being a parent. How we work is not only how we spend the majority of our time, but an initiation and defining ground for who we become. This podcast teaches and shares experience in leadership and career development, entrepreneurship and mastering concepts such as integrity, success, productivity, intuition, vulnerability and business. Hosted by an entrepreneur and leader in corporate tech, Marie Groover invites you to see a bit more of you in every episode.

  • 73 - 70. Psychological Safety is Underrated: How to Navigate Safety for Yourself & Others in the Workplace (and Beyond)

Is your nervous system dysregulated on the regular? Are you living in a state of consistent low (or even high) level of stress, anxiety or overwhelm?

This episode talks about how to check-in with your nervous system, to become aware when you are not feeling safe and to course correct. Overall it outlines:

How to know when you're dysregulated How to source safety from within How to cultivate a safe environment for others (which is one of the most important skills to develop if you lead or manage people)

This episode also covers examples for navigating safety in the workplace.
