Sometimes, boys and men are faced with challenges such as emotional downtimes, depression and anxiety. Most times, this occurs as a result of pressure that has been bottled up over time. Sometimes too, these leads them into vices or behaviours that normally aren't of their nature. In this episode we try to look at how other family members and the society can be of help when boys or men are in these lows.

This episode looks at the relationship that exists between parents and their children, parenting and what proper parenting should be like. It also talks about how parents could achieve proper parenting using the technique of becoming friends with them. Proper parenting is necessary if we must heal our society therefore, this episode is a must listen.

Every societal problem we experience today can be traced back to the homes because those who constitute these problems all come from homes. A study by Psychologists in the United States of America proved that children who come from broken and toxic homes show greater tendencies of violence and more tendencies to engage in social vices. What this simply tells us is that if we must get the society cleaned up, then we must begin to build better marriages, better homes that would give more love than hate, more happiness than sadness and raise more morally sound children. This way, we build a better society and a better world at large but to do this, then we must get the concept of marriage right. Therefore this podcast tries to discuss the concept of marriage, what it really means to get married, how to properly get married and how to stay married.

Violence against women and girl children as a topic has over time been relegated to the sidelines and has been somehow neglected because it is majorly boarders around women and girls. Today it has degenerated into a rather social menace and has consistently questioned the very existence of humanity, downgraded bout values, morals and our ability to pass sound and good judgement. Violence against women is often seen as a mechanism for the subjugation of women both in our societies and in relationships. Such violence may arise from a sense of entitlement, misogyny, superiority or similar attitudes. Violence against women is violence against humanity therefore we cannot afford to leave it on the sidelines any longer. It is time to bring not to the front burner.
