Brad Lane has a wonderful testimony of what that looks like as he and his wife Charissa took over leadership of The Crossing Church in Johannesburg (previously Ebenezer Christian Fellowship) from Mannie and Dawn Pereira in 2011.

Thabiso Motsepe and his wife, Didi, lead Cosmo City Church in Cosmo City, Johannesburg, South Africa. Thabiso has a strong theological background and diverse experience in apostolic ministry, particularly in a Southern African context. Craig & Taryn Herbert lead Citadel, NYC - a city with a different culture to the one they grew up in. Craig & Taryn's journey includes leading a site of Cornerstone Church in South Africa, then joining a church's leadership team in Wichita (Kansas, USA) before moving to NYC to plant a church - which ended up becoming a transition instead.

In this interview we unpack their journey and Craig's thoughts on leading in these vastly different contexts.
