Allāhu Akbar، Allāhu Akbar, Allāhu Akbar

Allah is the Greatest x 3 

اللهُ أَكْبَرُ كَبِيْرًا، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ كَثِيْرًا،  وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيْلاً

Allāhu Akbar kabirā, Walhamdulillāhi kathīrā، Wasubhānallāhi bukratan wa aṣīlā

Surely Allah is The Greatest, and all praises be to Allah in abundance, and glory be to Allah in the morning and evening

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ، وَلاَ نَعْبُدُ إِلاَّ إِيَّاهُ، مُخْلِصِيْنَ لَهُ الدِّيْنَ، وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُوْنَ

Lā ilāha illallāhu، walā na’budu illā iyyāhu mukhliṣīna lahuddīn, Walau karihal kāfirūn

There is no God but Allah, and we worship none except Him completely with sincere devotion, even to the dismay of the disbelievers

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَحْدَهُ، صَدَقَ وَعْدَهُ، وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ

Lā ilāha illallāhu wahdah, ṣadaqa wa’dah، wanaṣara ‘abdah

There is no god but Allah alone, He fulfilled His promise, and gave victory to His servant 

وَأَعَزَّ جُنْدَهُ، وَهَزَمَ الأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ

wa a’azza jundahu، wahazam-al ahzāba wahdah

He gave honour to His command, and defeated the factions by Himself

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ

أَلَا إِنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

Unquestionably, to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. Unquestionably, the promise of Allah is truth, but most of them do not know.

56

هُوَ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

He gives life and causes death, and to Him you will be returned.

57

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُم مَّوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَشِفَاءٌ لِّمَا فِي الصُّدُورِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

O mankind, there has come to you an instruction from your Lord and a healing for what is in the hearts, and guidance and mercy for the believers.

58

قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَبِرَحْمَتِهِ فَبِذَٰلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوا ۖ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ

Say, “In the bounty of Allah and in His mercy – in that let them rejoice; it is better than what they accumulate.”

شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِّنَ الْهُدَىٰ وَالْفُرْقَانِ ۚ فَمَن شَهِدَ مِنكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ ۖ وَمَن كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ ۗ يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ وَلِتُكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ وَلِتُكَبِّرُوا اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَاكُمْ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ

The month of Ramadan is the one in which the Qur’an was revealed as guidance for humanity, with clear proofs of guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong). So whoever among you witnesses the month should fast it. But whoever is ill or on a journey, then an equal number of other days. Allah intends ease for you, not hardship, so that you may complete the prescribed period and glorify Allah for guiding you, and perhaps you will be grateful.

186

وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ

And when My servants ask you concerning Me—indeed I am near. I respond to the call of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me and believe in Me, so that they may be rightly guided.

إِنَّ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ لَآيَاتٍ لِّأُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ

Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and the day are signs for people of understanding.

191

الَّذِينَ يَذْكُرُونَ اللَّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِهِمْ وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَٰذَا بَاطِلًا سُبْحَانَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Those who remember Allah while standing, sitting, and lying on their sides, and reflect upon the creation of the heavens and the earth, saying, “Our Lord, You did not create this without purpose. Glory be to You, so protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”

192

رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ مَن تُدْخِلِ النَّارَ فَقَدْ أَخْزَيْتَهُ ۖ وَمَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِنْ أَنصَارٍ

Our Lord, indeed whoever You admit into the Fire—you have disgraced him, and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers.

193

رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيًا يُنَادِي لِلْإِيمَانِ أَنْ آمِنُوا بِرَبِّكُمْ فَآمَنَّا ۚ رَبَّنَا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّئَاتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ الْأَبْرَارِ

Our Lord, indeed we have heard a caller calling to faith, saying, “Believe in your Lord,” and we have believed. Our Lord, so forgive us our sins, remove from us our misdeeds, and cause us to die with the righteous.

83

وَأَيُّوبَ إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

And (mention) Ayyub (Job), when he called to his Lord, “Indeed, adversity has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.”

84

فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ فَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِ مِن ضُرٍّ وَآتَيْنَاهُ أَهْلَهُ وَمِثْلَهُم مَّعَهُمْ رَحْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا وَذِكْرَىٰ لِلْعَابِدِينَ

So We responded to him and removed what afflicted him of harm. And We restored his family to him, and the like thereof with them, as a mercy from Us and a reminder for the worshippers.

85

وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِدْرِيسَ وَذَا الْكِفْلِ ۖ كُلٌّ مِّنَ الصَّابِرِينَ

And (mention) Isma'il, Idris, and Dhul-Kifl; all were among the patient.

86

وَأَدْخَلْنَاهُمْ فِي رَحْمَتِنَا ۖ إِنَّهُم مِّنَ الصَّالِحِينَ

And We admitted them into Our mercy. Indeed, they were of the righteous.

87

وَذَا النُّونِ إِذ ذَّهَبَ مُغَاضِبًا فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ فَنَادَىٰ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ أَن لَّا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ

And (mention) Dhun-Nun (Yunus), when he went off in anger and thought that We would not decree upon him. Then he called out within the darknesses: “There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been among the wrongdoers.”

88

فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْغَمِّ ۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُنجِي الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

So We responded to him and saved him from the distress. And thus do We save the believers.

Perbezaan pandangan dalam Islam adalah sebahagian daripada kekayaan tradisi keilmuan yang telah wujud sejak zaman para ulama terdahulu. Dengan adab dan kefahaman yang betul, perbezaan ini mampu memperkaya perspektif serta mengeratkan lagi ukhuwah dalam masyarakat.

قَالُوا يَا مُوسَىٰ إِمَّا أَن تُلْقِيَ وَإِمَّا أَن نَّكُونَ نَحْنُ الْمُلْقِينَ

They said, “O Musa (Moses), either you throw (your staff) first, or we will be the ones to throw.”

116

قَالَ أَلْقُوا ۖ فَلَمَّا أَلْقَوْا سَحَرُوا أَعْيُنَ النَّاسِ وَاسْتَرْهَبُوهُمْ وَجَاءُوا بِسِحْرٍ عَظِيمٍ

He said, “Throw.” So when they threw, they bewitched the eyes of the people and struck them with awe, and they produced a great magic.

117

وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ أَنْ أَلْقِ عَصَاكَ ۖ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ

And We inspired to Musa, “Throw your staff,” and suddenly it swallowed what they were falsifying.

118

فَوَقَعَ الْحَقُّ وَبَطَلَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

So the truth was established, and what they were doing was made worthless.

119

فَغُلِبُوا هُنَالِكَ وَانقَلَبُوا صَاغِرِينَ

So they were defeated right there and returned humiliated.

120

وَأُلْقِيَ السَّحَرَةُ سَاجِدِينَ

And the magicians fell down in prostration.

121

قَالُوا آمَنَّا بِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

They said, “We believe in the Lord of the worlds,”

122

رَبِّ مُوسَىٰ وَهَارُونَ

“The Lord of Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron).”

123

قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ آمَنتُم بِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ آذَنَ لَكُمْ ۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَمَكْرٌ مَّكَرْتُمُوهُ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ لِتُخْرِجُوا مِنْهَا أَهْلَهَا ۖ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ

Pharaoh said, “You believed in him before I gave you permission. Indeed, this is a plot you have plotted in the city to drive its people out, but you will come to know.”

كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ
Everyone upon the earth will perish.

27
وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ
And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.

28
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord will you both deny?

29
يَسْأَلُهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأْنٍ
Whoever is within the heavens and the earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter.

30
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord will you both deny?

31
سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَا الثَّقَلَانِ
We will attend to you, O two kinds of beings (jinn and humans).

32
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord will you both deny?

33
يَا مَعْشَرَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا مِنْ أَقْطَارِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ فَانفُذُوا ۚ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَانٍ
O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority.

34
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord will you both deny?

35
يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌ مِّن نَّارٍ وَنُحَاسٌ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ
There will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves.

36
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord will you both deny?

37
فَإِذَا انشَقَّتِ السَّمَاءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةً كَالدِّهَانِ
And when the heaven is split open and becomes rosy like oil.

38
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord will you both deny?

39
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُسْأَلُ عَن ذَنبِهِ إِنسٌ وَلَا جَانٌ
Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn.

40
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord will you both deny?

41
يُعْرَفُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَاهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِالنَّوَاصِي وَالْأَقْدَامِ
The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet.

42
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord will you both deny?

43
هَٰذِهِ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتِي يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا الْمُجْرِمُونَ
This is Hell which the criminals denied.

44
يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ آنٍ
They will circulate between it and scalding water, heated to the utmost.

45
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord will you both deny?

46
وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِ جَنَّتَانِ
But for he who fears the standing before his Lord are two gardens.

47
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord will you both deny?

48
ذَوَاتَا أَفْنَانٍ
Having spreading branches.

49
فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord will you both deny?

اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ
Read in the name of your Lord who created—

2
خَلَقَ الْإِنسَانَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ
Created man from a clinging clot.

3
اقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ الْأَكْرَمُ
Read, and your Lord is the Most Generous—

4
الَّذِي عَلَّمَ بِالْقَلَمِ
Who taught by the pen—

5
عَلَّمَ الْإِنسَانَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ
Taught man that which he knew not.

6
كَلَّا إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَيَطْغَىٰ
No! Indeed, man surely transgresses

7
أَن رَّآهُ اسْتَغْنَىٰ
Because he sees himself self-sufficient.

8
إِنَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ الرُّجْعَىٰ
Indeed, to your Lord is the return.

9
أَرَأَيْتَ الَّذِي يَنْهَىٰ
Have you seen the one who forbids

10
عَبْدًا إِذَا صَلَّىٰ
A servant when he prays?

11
أَرَأَيْتَ إِن كَانَ عَلَى الْهُدَىٰ
Have you seen if he is upon guidance

12
أَوْ أَمَرَ بِالتَّقْوَىٰ
Or enjoins righteousness?

13
أَرَأَيْتَ إِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ
Have you seen if he denies and turns away—

14
أَلَمْ يَعْلَم بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَرَىٰ
Does he not know that Allah sees?

15
كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمْ يَنتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًا بِالنَّاصِيَةِ
No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock—

16
نَاصِيَةٍ كَاذِبَةٍ خَاطِئَةٍ
A lying, sinful forelock.

17
فَلْيَدْعُ نَادِيَهُ
Then let him call his associates.

18
سَنَدْعُ الزَّبَانِيَةَ
We will call the angels of Hell.

19
كَلَّا لَا تُطِعْهُ وَاسْجُدْ وَاقْتَرِب
No! Do not obey him. But prostrate and draw near (to Allah).

لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۗ وَإِن تُبْدُوا مَا فِي أَنفُسِكُمْ أَوْ تُخْفُوهُ يُحَاسِبْكُم بِهِ اللَّهُ ۖ فَيَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. Whether you reveal what is within yourselves or conceal it, Allah will call you to account for it. Then He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And Allah is over all things competent.

285
آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِن رَّبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۚ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّن رُّسُلِهِ ۚ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۖ غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ

The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and so have the believers. All of them believe in Allah, His angels, His books, and His messengers, saying, “We make no distinction between any of His messengers.” And they say, “We hear and we obey. Your forgiveness, our Lord; and to You is the final return.”

35

اللَّهُ نُورُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ مَثَلُ نُورِهِ كَمِشْكَاةٍ فِيهَا مِصْبَاحٌ ۖ الْمِصْبَاحُ فِي زُجَاجَةٍ ۖ الزُّجَاجَةُ كَأَنَّهَا كَوْكَبٌ دُرِّيٌّ يُوقَدُ مِن شَجَرَةٍ مُّبَارَكَةٍ زَيْتُونَةٍ لَّا شَرْقِيَّةٍ وَلَا غَرْبِيَّةٍ يَكَادُ زَيْتُهَا يُضِيءُ وَلَوْ لَمْ تَمْسَسْهُ نَارٌ ۚ نُّورٌ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ ۗ يَهْدِي اللَّهُ لِنُورِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَيَضْرِبُ اللَّهُ الْأَمْثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The example of His light is like a niche within which is a lamp; the lamp is in glass, the glass as if it were a shining star, lit from the oil of a blessed olive tree, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil would almost glow even if untouched by fire. Light upon light. Allah guides to His light whom He wills. And Allah sets forth parables for the people, and Allah is Knowing of all things.

36

فِي بُيُوتٍ أَذِنَ اللَّهُ أَن تُرْفَعَ وَيُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ فِيهَا بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالْآصَالِ

In houses which Allah has permitted to be raised and that His Name be mentioned therein; exalting Him within them in the morning and the evening.

إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ
Indeed, We sent it (the Qur’an) down during the Night of Decree.

2
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ
And what can make you know what the Night of Decree is?

3
لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.

4
تَنَزَّلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.

5
سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ
Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.

Ramadan adalah peluang yang amat berharga untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah. Namun tiada siapa yang tahu sama ada kita akan dipertemukan lagi dengan Ramadan pada tahun hadapan.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَارًا وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ عَلَيْهَا مَلَائِكَةٌ غِلَاظٌ شِدَادٌ لَّا يَعْصُونَ اللَّهَ مَا أَمَرَهُمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ

O you who believe, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are angels who are stern and severe; they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded.

7

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَا تَعْتَذِرُوا الْيَوْمَ ۖ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

O you who disbelieve, make no excuses this Day. You are only being recompensed for what you used to do.

8

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا تُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ تَوْبَةً نَّصُوحًا عَسَىٰ رَبُّكُمْ أَن يُكَفِّرَ عَنكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَيُدْخِلَكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ يَوْمَ لَا يُخْزِي اللَّهُ النَّبِيَّ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَعَهُ ۖ نُورُهُمْ يَسْعَىٰ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَبِأَيْمَانِهِمْ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا أَتْمِمْ لَنَا نُورَنَا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

O you who believe, turn to Allah in sincere repentance. It may be that your Lord will remove from you your misdeeds and admit you into gardens beneath which rivers flow, on the Day when Allah will not disgrace the Prophet and those who believed with him. Their light will proceed before them and on their right, and they will say, “Our Lord, perfect for us our light and forgive us. Indeed, You are over all things capable.”

Ramadan adalah anugerah yang mendidik jiwa dengan sabar, taqwa dan keikhlasan. Namun tanda sebenar kita mensyukuri Ramadan bukan hanya pada ibadah sepanjang bulan itu, tetapi pada keupayaan kita untuk terus istiqamah selepasnya.

إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَخْفَىٰ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ

Indeed, nothing is hidden from Allah in the earth or in the heaven.

6

هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِي الْأَرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ ۚ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

He is the One who shapes you in the wombs however He wills. There is no deity except Him, the Almighty, the All-Wise.

7

هُوَ الَّذِي أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ مِنْهُ آيَاتٌ مُّحْكَمَاتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَابِهَاتٌ ۖ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ زَيْغٌ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ مَا تَشَابَهَ مِنْهُ ابْتِغَاءَ الْفِتْنَةِ وَابْتِغَاءَ تَأْوِيلِهِ ۗ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيلَهُ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ۗ وَالرَّاسِخُونَ فِي الْعِلْمِ يَقُولُونَ آمَنَّا بِهِ كُلٌّ مِّنْ عِندِ رَبِّنَا ۗ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّا أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ

He is the One who has sent down to you the Book. In it are verses that are clear and precise—they are the foundation of the Book—and others that are ambiguous. As for those in whose hearts is deviation, they follow what is ambiguous of it, seeking discord and seeking its interpretation. But none knows its true interpretation except Allah. And those firm in knowledge say, “We believe in it. All of it is from our Lord.” And none will be mindful except people of understanding.

اللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ وَفَرِحُوا بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا مَتَاعٌ

Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts it. And they rejoice in the life of this world, while the life of this world compared to the Hereafter is nothing but temporary enjoyment.

27

وَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْلَا أُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ آيَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ ۗ قُلْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُضِلُّ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي إِلَيْهِ مَنْ أَنَابَ

And those who disbelieve say, “Why has a sign not been sent down to him from his Lord?” Say, “Indeed, Allah leaves astray whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns to Him.”

28

الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ

Those who believe and whose hearts find peace in the remembrance of Allah. Surely, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find peace.

29

الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ طُوبَىٰ لَهُمْ وَحُسْنُ مَآبٍ

Those who believe and do righteous deeds—for them is bliss and a beautiful place of return.

أَلَمْ يَأْنِ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَن تَخْشَعَ قُلُوبُهُمْ لِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَمَا نَزَلَ مِنَ الْحَقِّ وَلَا يَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلُ فَطَالَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَمَدُ فَقَسَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ ۖ وَكَثِيرٌ مِّنْهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ

Has the time not come for those who believe that their hearts should become humbly submissive at the remembrance of Allah and what has come down of the truth? And that they should not be like those who were given the Scripture before, for whom the time was prolonged, so their hearts hardened; and many of them are defiantly disobedient.

17

اعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُحْيِي الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا ۚ قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ

Know that Allah gives life to the earth after its death. We have made the signs clear to you so that you may understand.

18

إِنَّ الْمُصَّدِّقِينَ وَالْمُصَّدِّقَاتِ وَأَقْرَضُوا اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا يُضَاعَفُ لَهُمْ وَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ كَرِيمٌ

Indeed, the men who give charity and the women who give charity and lend to Allah a good loan—it will be multiplied for them, and for them is a noble reward.

Syawal bukan sekadar sambutan kemenangan selepas sebulan berpuasa, tetapi juga peluang untuk meneruskan nilai ketaqwaan yang telah dibina sepanjang Ramadan. Bagaimana kita boleh menyambut Syawal dengan penuh adab, kesederhanaan dan berlandaskan sunnah Rasulullah ﷺ?

وَالْفَجْرِ
By the dawn,

2
وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ
And by the ten nights,

3
وَالشَّفْعِ وَالْوَتْرِ
And by the even and the odd,

4
وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَسْرِ
And by the night when it passes,

5
هَلْ فِي ذَٰلِكَ قَسَمٌ لِّذِي حِجْرٍ
Is there in that an oath for one of reason?

6
أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِعَادٍ
Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with ‘Aad—

7
إِرَمَ ذَاتِ الْعِمَادِ
Iram—who had lofty pillars,

8
الَّتِي لَمْ يُخْلَقْ مِثْلُهَا فِي الْبِلَادِ
The like of whom was never created in the land?

9
وَثَمُودَ الَّذِينَ جَابُوا الصَّخْرَ بِالْوَادِ
And Thamud, who carved out the rocks in the valley?

10
وَفِرْعَوْنَ ذِي الْأَوْتَادِ
And Pharaoh, owner of the stakes?

11
الَّذِينَ طَغَوْا فِي الْبِلَادِ
Who transgressed in the lands

12
فَأَكْثَرُوا فِيهَا الْفَسَادَ
And spread much corruption therein.

13
فَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّكَ سَوْطَ عَذَابٍ
So your Lord poured upon them a scourge of punishment.

14
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَبِالْمِرْصَادِ
Indeed, your Lord is ever watchful.

15
فَأَمَّا الْإِنسَانُ إِذَا مَا ابْتَلَاهُ رَبُّهُ فَأَكْرَمَهُ وَنَعَّمَهُ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّي أَكْرَمَنِ
And as for man, when his Lord tests him and honors him and favors him, he says, “My Lord has honored me.”

16
وَأَمَّا إِذَا مَا ابْتَلَاهُ فَقَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقَهُ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّي أَهَانَنِ
But when He tests him and restricts his provision, he says, “My Lord has humiliated me.”

17
كَلَّا بَل لَّا تُكْرِمُونَ الْيَتِيمَ
No! But you do not honor the orphan,

18
وَلَا تَحَاضُّونَ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ
And you do not encourage one another to feed the poor.

19
وَتَأْكُلُونَ التُّرَاثَ أَكْلًا لَّمًّا
And you consume inheritance greedily,

20
وَتُحِبُّونَ الْمَالَ حُبًّا جَمًّا
And you love wealth with immense love.

21
كَلَّا إِذَا دُكَّتِ الْأَرْضُ دَكًّا دَكًّا
No! When the earth has been leveled, pounded and crushed,

22
وَجَاءَ رَبُّكَ وَالْمَلَكُ صَفًّا صَفًّا
And your Lord has come and the angels, rank upon rank,

23
وَجِيءَ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِجَهَنَّمَ ۚ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَذَكَّرُ الْإِنسَانُ وَأَنَّىٰ لَهُ الذِّكْرَىٰ
And brought that Day is Hell—on that Day man will remember, but what good to him will be the remembrance?

24
يَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي قَدَّمْتُ لِحَيَاتِي
He will say, “Oh, I wish I had sent ahead for my life.”

25
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُعَذِّبُ عَذَابَهُ أَحَدٌ
So on that Day, none will punish as He punishes,

26
وَلَا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُ أَحَدٌ
And none will bind as He binds.

27
يَا أَيَّتُهَا النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ
O tranquil soul,

28
ارْجِعِي إِلَىٰ رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَّرْضِيَّةً
Return to your Lord, well pleased and pleasing.

29
فَادْخُلِي فِي عِبَادِي
Enter among My servants,

30
وَادْخُلِي جَنَّتِي
And enter My Paradise.

قُل لِّلَّهِ الشَّفَاعَةُ جَمِيعًا ۖ لَّهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

Say, “To Allah belongs all intercession. To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; then to Him you will be returned.”

45

وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ اشْمَأَزَّتْ قُلُوبُ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ ۖ وَإِذَا ذُكِرَ الَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ

And when Allah alone is mentioned, the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter shrink with aversion; but when those besides Him are mentioned, immediately they rejoice.

46

قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ أَنتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِكَ فِي مَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ

Say, “O Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the seen, You will judge between Your servants concerning that over which they used to differ.”

وَجَعَلْنَا فِي الْأَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ أَن تَمِيدَ بِهِمْ وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا فِجَاجًا سُبُلًا لَّعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ
And We placed within the earth firmly set mountains so it would not shake with them, and We made within it broad pathways so that they may be guided.

32
وَجَعَلْنَا السَّمَاءَ سَقْفًا مَّحْفُوظًا ۖ وَهُمْ عَنْ آيَاتِهَا مُعْرِضُونَ
And We made the sky a protected ceiling, but they turn away from its signs.

33
وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ ۖ كُلٌّ فِي فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ
And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; each floating in its orbit.

34
وَمَا جَعَلْنَا لِبَشَرٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ الْخُلْدَ ۖ أَفَإِن مِّتَّ فَهُمُ الْخَالِدُونَ
And We did not grant to any human before you immortality; so if you die, will they live forever?

35
كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ ۗ وَنَبْلُوكُم بِالشَّرِّ وَالْخَيْرِ فِتْنَةً ۖ وَإِلَيْنَا تُرْجَعُونَ
Every soul will taste death. And We test you with evil and with good as a trial, and to Us you will be returned.

فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِمَوَاقِعِ النُّجُومِ
So I swear by the positions of the stars.

76
وَإِنَّهُ لَقَسَمٌ لَّوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عَظِيمٌ
And indeed, it is a great oath—if you only knew.

77
إِنَّهُ لَقُرْآنٌ كَرِيمٌ
Indeed, this is a noble Qur’an.

78
فِي كِتَابٍ مَّكْنُونٍ
In a well-guarded Book.

79
لَّا يَمَسُّهُ إِلَّا الْمُطَهَّرُونَ
None touch it except the purified.

80
تَنزِيلٌ مِّن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
A revelation from the Lord of all worlds.

81
أَفَبِهَٰذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَنتُم مُّدْهِنُونَ
Is it this message that you treat with indifference?

82
وَتَجْعَلُونَ رِزْقَكُمْ أَنَّكُمْ تُكَذِّبُونَ
And make your denial your portion?

83
فَلَوْلَا إِذَا بَلَغَتِ الْحُلْقُومَ
Then why, when the soul reaches the throat (at death),

84
وَأَنتُمْ حِينَئِذٍ تَنظُرُونَ
And you are at that moment looking on,

85
وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنكُمْ وَلَٰكِن لَّا تُبْصِرُونَ
And We are closer to him than you, but you do not see.

86
فَلَوْلَا إِن كُنتُمْ غَيْرَ مَدِينِينَ
Then why, if you are not to be judged,

87
تَرْجِعُونَهَا إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
Do you not bring it back (the soul), if you are truthful?

88
فَأَمَّا إِن كَانَ مِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ
And if the deceased was among those brought near (to Allah),

89
فَرَوْحٌ وَرَيْحَانٌ وَجَنَّةُ نَعِيمٍ
Then for him is rest, provision, and a Garden of Bliss.

90
وَأَمَّا إِن كَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الْيَمِينِ
And if he was among the companions of the right,

91
فَسَلَامٌ لَّكَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الْيَمِينِ
Then (the angels will say), “Peace be upon you, from the companions of the right.”

92
وَأَمَّا إِن كَانَ مِنَ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ الضَّالِّينَ
But if he was of the deniers who went astray,

93
فَنُزُلٌ مِّنْ حَمِيمٍ
Then for him is hospitality of scalding water,

94
وَتَصْلِيَةُ جَحِيمٍ
And burning in Hellfire.

95
إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ حَقُّ الْيَقِينِ
Indeed, this is the absolute truth.

96
فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ
So glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most Great.

Saidatina Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:

I asked: "O Messenger of Allah! If I realize Lailat-ul-Qadr (Night of Decree), what should I supplicate in it?"

He (ﷺ) replied, "You should supplicate: Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun, tuhibbul-'afwa, fa'fu 'anni(O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive me)."

Antara petikan pada ayat 63, ia mengingatkan orang beriman yang sebenar bukan sekadar kuat ibadahnya, tapi lembut akhlaknya, yakni rendah hati dalam gaya, percakapan, dan cara berdepan manusia.

تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ فِي السَّمَاءِ بُرُوجًا وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا سِرَاجًا وَقَمَرًا مُّنِيرًا

Blessed is He who has placed in the sky great stars and placed therein a lamp and a luminous moon.

62

وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ خِلْفَةً لِّمَنْ أَرَادَ أَن يَذَّكَّرَ أَوْ أَرَادَ شُكُورًا

And it is He who made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude.

63

وَعِبَادُ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الَّذِينَ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ هَوْنًا وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ الْجَاهِلُونَ قَالُوا سَلَامًا

And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth humbly, and when the ignorant address them harshly, they say words of peace.

64

وَالَّذِينَ يَبِيتُونَ لِرَبِّهِمْ سُجَّدًا وَقِيَامًا

And those who spend part of the night before their Lord, prostrating and standing in prayer.

65

وَالَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا اصْرِفْ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَامًا

And those who say, “Our Lord, turn away from us the punishment of Hell. Indeed, its punishment is ever adhering.”

66

إِنَّهَا سَاءَتْ مُسْتَقَرًّا وَمُقَامًا

Indeed, it is evil as a settlement and residence.

67

وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَنفَقُوا لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامًا

And those who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor miserly but hold a moderate way between those extremes.
