Sami says that it has one of the most entertaining packages he's driven in a long time, and Benjamin asks, why can't all Honda/Acura cars be this good? With over 300 hp, a sweet limited slip diff, and one of the nicest six-speed manual transmissions on the market, the Integra Type S makes its mark on a really niche market segment that should be appealing to all enthusiasts.

Then Benjamin has a couple of product reviews. Starting with a Chemical Guys snow foam wash, he explains his cleaning habits, and how this new product was put to use, and if it was as easy as advertised.

This week on the Unnamed Automotive Podcast: OOPS ALL KICKS! The show this week centers around the entry-level 2026 Nissan Kicks. This is the first appearance of the second generation Kicks on the show, which is important considering how much our hosts like the previous models. Now the Kicks is available with lots of equipment, a bigger engine, and available all-wheel-drive. However, this bumps up the price of the Kicks to a new level, which is an important factor to consider when discussing the Nissan crossover.

The show starts with Benjamin's review of the 2025 Audi SQ6 e-tron, a performance minded electric crossover which seems to nail so many thing, but falls short of its rivals in one key area; can you guess where? Benjamin's review of the EV expands to a wider discussion of its rivals that you don't want to miss.

Then Sami shares his thoughts on the 2026 Honda Passport TrailSport, a rugged looking SUV with the same bones as the Pilot, but with fewer seats. While it looks tough and offers a few handy features that are useful off-road, Sami claims this isn't a true all-terrain SUV comparable to the likes of the Wrangler, 4Runner, Bronco and others. Then the guys wonder what's in the water at all the automaker HQs that make them so off-road-trim happy.

This week the Unnamed Automotive Podcast is so revved up it's putting Benjamin to sleep! He jumps into the pilots seat of the 2025 BMW M2, which has been totally redesigned on a new platform and feels very close to its M3/M4 cousins. While boasting plenty of power, and a manual gearbox, Benjamin wonders if there's something missing in the M2's typically exciting sauce.

Then Sami climbs into the 2026 Honda CR-V TrailSport Hybrid, and comes away unimpressed. Yet another off-roading cosplaying trim arrives on the street with minimal real upgrades to capability and it sends out hosts into disassociation mode. What does Honda think its doing? Listen to find out!

If you're after the latest reviews of some three-row crossovers of varying sizes, then you're listening to the right podcast! The Unnamed Automotive Podcast starts off with Benjamin's review of the 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander, loaded with three rows and a gas-powered motor, the Outlander begins to boil Sami's blood due to its lack of competitiveness in a field full of excellent options. Benjamin has more than a few nice things to say about the Outlander, but none of them are about the barely-useable third row.

Then Sami chimes in about his plug-in experience with the 2025.5 Volvo XC90. Loaded with 455 ponies and 30-ish miles of range, the XC90 is sure to be a hit. But then Sami's attention turns to the Swedish automakers attempts at designing an infotainment system, and things fall apart a bit. While not as bad as the EX90, the XC90 has a few glitches of its own that make it hard to recommend.

We can thank TECHNOLOGY for bringing us the Unnamed Automotive Podcast this week, but we can also BLAME it for making Sami's life difficult during his week-long test of the 2025 Volvo EX90 EV. With a huge battery, over 500-hp and plenty of driving range, the EX90 should be a slam dunk in the world of three-row EVs, but Sami shares the many frustrations he experienced while driving this vehicle. Most issues revolve around the infotainment system and a minimalist approach to controls, which makes usually easy tasks quite distracting.

However, Sami's experience with the Crown has been changed by recent tests of the Camry and Accord, both of which were spacious, well equipped, efficient and responsive. Then Benjamin finally gets his chance to drive the 2025 Honda Pilot TrailSport. A three-row crossover with some off-roading capabilities, the Pilot feels like it should be more interesting to drive and live with than other three-rows like the Highlander, Telluride and Palisade, but Benjamin points out that there are a few things that stop it from being a standout.

Benjamin starts this week off with a review of the 2025 BMW M5, a car that's heavier and more powerful than the vehicle it replaces, but now picks up a fancy plug-in hybrid powertrain that can pre-gear for more impressive launches using all 700+ of its horsepower. Benjamin is eager to describe just how special this new M5 is, but wonders who is this vehicle for, what with its varying goals and innovations. Sami suggests it's a car that can do it all, but is there a customer out there looking for what the BMW offers or should they opt for something else?

Then Sami talks about his time in two new, but very similar Mazdas. The 2025 Mazda CX-70 and CX-90 are offered with the same powertrains, either a turbo six cylinder model or a plug-in hybrid, and both use the same platform, but are available in either a two or three-row setup. However, Sami points out that the five-seater CX-70 feels like a lackluster effort, and the automaker has a lot of other low points too, including the plug-in powertrain and cumbersome infotainment system. Is this the best Mazda can do?

Then Benjamin has some choice words about the 2024 Acura ZDX A-Spec. Lacking important equipment as the 500-hp Type S model tested a few weeks ago, the A-Spec feels featureless and expensive. The discussion this week opens with the 2025 Mini Cooper S, a formerly subcompact car that's grown up a bit, but still has a way to broadcast its cute charm. Benjamin has plenty to say about its design, but there are a few important issues he brings up about its user experience. Does that all get in the way of how it drives?

Then Sami chimes in with a review of TWO Honda Civics. First up is the manual-only 2025 Civic Si, which gets a few mild updates this year to ensure no one forgets about this sport-compact staple. Sami has a lot to say about whether the Si is still worth talking about these days, and if it's gone too far from the usual gameplan of being a cheap fun car. Then he discusses the 2025 Civic Hatchback Hybrid, which has plenty of torque along with incredibly low fuel consumption, making it a jack of all trades. But it does carry a steep price tag in some regions, which turns him off entirely.
