Buying your kids a car, or providing an education is neat and fun, but what happens when you're gone?  What are you leaving behind?  What is your legacy?  My choice is to leave behind a huge company with millions of dollars of real estate holdings.  That wasn't always part of my goal, but now that my goal is crystallizing, I realize that what I leave behind will far out way what I can do here on earth with what little time I have.  The question is, what is your legacy?

If you have gone out and invested in real estate, and are now ready to sell the property to make the big profits, don't do what most first time investors do and over price the property.  Make sure you price the property accordingly so it sells fast.  The worst thing you can do is price a property too high and it sits.  Sitting real estate changes the head space of buyers and they begin questioning why it's sitting...and worse, is there something wrong with it?  Why doesn't anyone else want it?

Don't let your friends, family and especially not the banks, influence you into thinking that home ownership is something you should do, it isn't.  This week, we look at a case study and discuss the benefits of being a tenant and not being a homeowner.  It is vitally important that you know this information before you buy a home to live in.

I get asked this questions all the time.  What do I personally do with the profits I make from flipping real estate.  The answers may surprise you, but here is a hint.  I haven't spent one penny on a lambo, fancy watch, shoes, or a trip.  Every penny that is made in real estate, stays in real estate.  Enjoy this episode, I always like sharing my answer.

I can speak for hours on this age old debate. You should NOT own what you live in until you can buy what you want to live in for CASH and it won’t affect your income or your lifestyle.
