Is an engaging conversational podcast about the myths, facts, and structures holding Africa back and what Africans at home and in the diaspora can do to change the dynamics that will lead to Africa's socio-economic advancement. The truth is I am trying get Africans to wake up and constructively confront the issues that we face. Join us as we examine corrupt institutions, officials, attitudes, and issues to show how the African continent with all her resources will take its rightful place on the world stage.     This episode aims at giving the conscious Africa a call to action and reminder of the consequences of the scramble and partition for Africa. What did the African nations who gained their independence in the sixties benefit. How independent was the independence? 

    Africa states of independence tells the story of some of those countries - stories of mass exploitation, of the ecstasy of independence and of how - with liberation - a new, covert scramble for resources was born. Let us keep an eye on the renewed thirst of China on exploiting the African continent beating the west at their own game. AWAKE AFRICA.

    Awake Africa is a podcast that engages Africans at home and in the diaspora to discuss burning socio-economic, political, and cultural issues that affects Africa and her peoples.

    We engage to inspire and enkindle love for the motherland. We promote mental and attitudinal change to REBRAND and REBUILD the battered image of Africa. We confront controversial issues such as: racism, gender and all other form of marginalization, incarceration of blacks, human trafficking and injustice that adversely affects Africans. We promote local trade, manufacturing, and the building of proper infrastructure that will propel Africa to her rightful place where she can compete and collaborate other nations. On this podcast, we discourage Africa's dependence on parasitic foreign aid. We engage to sensitize African youth about education both formal and informal. We promote agriculture for food sufficiency and self-reliance. We encourage and promote Africans who want to invest in Africa. Join us to create a movement of enlightened Africans capable of making policy decisions for change.
