Adrienne (Renee's mummy and absolute legend) sits down with us for a chat all about what she has learned in her 60 years on earth. The best thing about part one is that all the problems and issues we face now are very similar to the issues she faced while raising her FIVE children on the farm... Who am I now that my kids are older, what do I want to be? This is a really amazing story of a determined woman, wife and mother, who just wanted the very best for everyone around her, and herself. Part two next week, where we delve into the age old saying 'in sickness and in health'. You will not want to miss this one!

In this episode we are joined by our dear friend Vicki Williams, an everyday mum who followed her now husband (international rugby referee Paul Williams) to the long white cloud! Vicki shares some gems in this episode, the story of the rat pad, going solo as a mum of three while her husband is away for work, coping while living away from her family and her thoughts around moving back into the workforce post babies. Vicki is an absolute hoot, and is seriously fueled by connection, which is a huge part of what has made her transition here so much easier.
