But what is really driving this chaos? In this monologue, I examine the extraordinary scenes unfolding in France, the role of mass immigration, Islam, radical left-wing ideology, and why decades of political decisions may have brought Western Europe to a dangerous breaking point. 

From Emmanuel Macron's vision of French identity to the legacy of Marxism, multiculturalism, decolonisation, and the education system, I explore how an entire generation has come to view its own country as the enemy. Drawing on conversations with Charles Gave and Katharine Birbalsingh, I investigate whether the unrest is simply the result of economic inequality and social frustration, or something far more profound. 

But the deeper I looked, the more I began to suspect that what we're witnessing isn't merely a French crisis. It's something much bigger, and the implications for Britain, America, and the future of Western civilisation are deeply disturbing.

In an age defined by mass migration and a growing sense that the West has lost control of its own borders, I travelled to the heart of Europe to see something few believe still exists…a country that said no to open borders.

Hungary.

For years, we’ve been told there is no alternative. That mass migration is inevitable and even beneficial. That borders are outdated. That resistance is immoral. But standing here, on the southern frontier of the European Union, a very different reality emerges, one built not on theory, but on action.

This film is not about ideology. It’s about outcomes.

From the fallout of the Arab Spring and the 2015 migrant crisis, to the political choices that reshaped Europe, we trace how the West arrived at this moment and why one nation chose a radically different path.

In Britain, the crisis feels inescapable: spiralling costs, overwhelmed systems, and a political class unwilling to change course. But here in Hungary, the story is starkly different. Border fences replaced open invitations. Enforcement replaced ambiguity. And the results are impossible to ignore.

This documentary explores not just immigration, but identity, sovereignty, and the future of Europe itself. It asks whether the West made a historic mistake and whether it still has time to correct it.

Because if Hungary represents one possible future, then Britain and much of the Western world represent another.

Two models. Two paths. Two very different outcomes.

The question is no longer theoretical.

It’s already playing out.

We begin with the backlash to Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s claim that Britain has been “colonised,” and explore why immigration has become the most morally charged issue in Western politics. Shriver argues that debates over borders, demographic change, and the so-called “great replacement” divide societies into irreconcilable camps, and that mass migration touches deep anthropological instincts that elites refuse to acknowledge.

Julie traces the origins of the r*pe gang crisis back to the 1990s, long before it became national news, and explains how police, social services, and local authorities repeatedly ignored warnings from families.
