Busy, busy week in golf. Dustin Johnson and Bryson DeChambeau committed to playing on the PGA Tour after rumors of them leaving for the Saudi Arabia-backed league started to fly. This, of course, leaves Phil Mickelson alone as he continues to bad-mouth the PGA Tour. Rory McIlroy voiced his opinion on Mickelson's comments and it was fantastic. Andy and Riley discuss that situation and how they feel the Saudi league stands. Then they dive into a preview of this week's Honda Classic including their favorite picks for the week. Enjoy!

Scottie Scheffler finally got the job done, taking down Patrick Cantlay in a playoff to earn his first PGA Tour win. For the first time since 2015, the 16th at TPC Scottsdale saw an ace, then the very next day, saw another. The WM Phoenix Open delivered yet again, and so did Harry Higgs and Joel Dahmen when they went bare-chest on the 16th green. Charley Hoffman posted a very questionable IG pic and caption, and the boys dive into how stupid he looks. Then it's time for the Genesis Invitational preview. It's one of Riley's favorite weeks of the year. Enjoy the show, everyone!

Jordan Spieth was doing Jordan Spieth things at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am including making par after nearly falling off the cliff on No. 8. It made us nervous watching it live. Tom Hoge won for the first time on the PGA Tour. The boys also discuss Phil Mickelson, yes Phil Mickelson, calling the PGA Tour greedy. Bryson WD due to injury. Harold Varner III won for the first time, too. And finally, the boys preview the WM Phoenix Open in Scottsdale where the field is loaded. Enjoy!

Well, that was one of the best/worst betting weeks of Riley's life. On the bright side, he was up over 8 units on position plays. On the bad side, he lost another outright winner in a playoff. Willy Z couldn't get it done. The boys recap the Farmers Insurance Open, including Luke List's life-changing win. Well, it's tough to be excited about a golf tournament after what happened in the NFL this weekend. With that being said, Hudson Swafford got it done down the stretch in the desert. The highlight of the week, though, was Jon Rahm being caught on video going off about the setup. He was not happy. After a recap of the AMEX, the TOC on the LPGA, and a quick chat about the DP World Tour, the boys get into their Farmers Insurance Open preview. On January 5th, Golf Channel will be airing the 'Shorties Classic' where Joel Dahmen, Harold Varner III, Pat Perez, and Harry Higgs play a wolf match at a pitch and putt course down in Texas. Team Woods entertained the entire golf world over the weekend, and it was truly insane to watch. Tiger Woods, despite a little fatigue, looked great. Swing was solid, short game was polished. Will he play on Tour again? Will he win again? The boys discuss. Charlie Woods was electric, and his swing is incredible. The Daly's took the title, and JD2 is a STUD. Nelly Korda might have the best swing in golf. And much, much more - Enjoy!

Tiger Woods wouldn't stop pounding balls on the range at the Hero World Challenge. We loved every second of it. Viktor Hovland took home the trophy thanks to a collapse from Collin Morikawa. Well, after a week, the PGA Tour is back. The Safeway Open is no more,  in steps the Fortinet. Napa, CA, wine country. Pat Perez might just mess around and win this thing. 

The Ryder Cup teams are now official, and I have to say, the U.S. team is absolutely loaded. I mean, how do we lose? (Important to note: I said that when we went and got our asses kicked in France a few years ago). 

Patrick Reed is at it again, liking tweets that were directed right at Stricker for not picking him for the squad. Because of course he did. 

And lots more!

I mean, how good was that Solheim Cup? I didn't watch a second of the Tour  Championship once the girls teed off, and man am I happy about that decision. Those ladies put on an absolute show, and that was probably the most fun I've had watching golf for a LONG time. 

The Tour Championship (I heard) was okay. Cantlay is $15 million richer so that's cool. 

Who's the player of the year on Tour? I think the answer is very obvious and people are just over-thinking it. 

Lastly, I try to predict who's going to be on this year's Ryder Cup team.

 Bryson and Jon Rahm have been forced to WD from the Olympics due to positive COVID-19 tests. This is the second time Rahm has tested positive, and we talk about how much that sucks. 

Cameron Champ is your - nope not gonna do it - at the 3M Open. He made it interesting down 18, but stuffed it from 127 to earn his 3rd PGA Tour win.

And, of course, it's time for the Olympics! The USA team is stacked, and it should be a great tourney!

Betting wise last week, we were up 3.45 units on our position plays! Let's keep that going!

What a week across the pond. Collin Morikawa was unreal, and his iron play was unfair to be completely honest.

Harris English grabbed his second win of 2021, and it only took 8 playoff holes to get it done.

The Korda sisters continue to dominate women's golf, and Nelly just became a major champion. 

I was on site Sunday at the Travelers, and TPC River Highlands was very impressive. 

And this week, we're back in Detroit for the Rocket Mortgage!

What. A. Week. 

Jon Rahm is a major champion, and to be honest, it's overdue. The kid is a stud, and everything pointed to him winning this week. It was incredible to watch.

Yuka Saso was NAILS all week long, and became the 3rd teenager to win the Women's US Open. Hit a 10 footer for birdie on the 3rd playoff hole to capture her first major title.

Brooks and Bryson continue to hate each other. 

Patrick Cantlay, completely thanks to Rahm testing positive for COVID-19, wins the Memorial for the 2nd time.

What just happened. 
50 year old Phil Mickelson beat a field full of young studs for his 6th major championship. Nothing about golf makes sense and I love it. 
We recap everything that happened on Sunday, including Brooks struggling down the stretch once again. 
After our talk about the PGA, we move to Texas for the Charles Schwab. The field looks pretty good, and I think I have a great pick to win.

I mean, what a perfect weekend that was. Rory won for the first time in over a year and a half, his wife and baby girl there, on Erika's first Mother Day as a mom. Incredible.

Hideki Matsuyama Wins the Masters tournament. Sunday was spectacular, as many tried to catch him, but all failed.
