You're going to have to get out there and work for it Be weary that not everyone will like you - be strong enough to love yourself - especially when things fall apart -- let them - if they are meant to be - they will come back the stronger your mental health the more you'll fly -- those who are the strongest in mental wellness and health - those who are the most real - those are the ppl I've seen FLY- bc they don't have to live with all of their shitty demons at night Hot Bodies only come from working out & eating well exercise, eating fresh fruits, veggies, whole foods and cooking real delish foods- Have Grace for everyone. Tough mental wellness Take advice with a grain of salt - and only from someone far wiser and more accomplished than you Know people will talk about you- they will be cruel and they will let you down -- this is sadly, life and -- as we say in japanese "Shikata ga nai" - it cannot be helped Times will change - you may be at the top one year and have fallen the next -- keep going -- because martha & julia child didn't make it BIG until their 50's!! Instant success is not lasting and it's not for everyone - most of us will not have a "viral" moment - therefore its best to work hard, perform in quality work within integrity, do something meaningful and keep going- they right people will give you opportunity at the right timeDo not compare your journey to anyone else's - it's impossible to be the same and will never be the same - there will always be someone thinner, smarter, prettier and richer than you learn to let go of he people and things that cause suffering - is optional - opt out inner tranquility and peace - this is what to seek - not happiness - happiness is fleeting Read more books by solid authors -- vs online crap and trash - watch out for scammers, fakes, wannabes and con artists - the are everywhere & stay away from them Most of the time my mother was right - I fought her for a very long time - until we became friends a few years ago - I slowly had less resistance and more of my life made sense Cynthia - Cynthia from top chef was always my real friend - she and I had the biggest age gap on top chef - and yet we became the closest - find the ally that believed in you - especially when nobody else did - we went on to do big things, together and apart but mostly - the success we have is internal and its not shared openly to the public - not all success stories need to be bragged or boasted about - sometimes sits just for you It is better to be respected & to seek merit - than to be beautiful, successful in finance or in power - trust me - respect is all I have ever focused on - and that's made the biggest difference in my career. Gratitude for the small things I do have - this is what makes life worth living & share it with others along the way - Kindness is the most powerful resource to success - because at the end of the day kindness is all we've got.

(HERE WE GO) helps to prevent common cold, stress & get better sleep - Do check out aromatherapy - for mental wellness - How to make your own electrolytes - Forest bathe in nature// eye health is important for 2024 - Get rid of trackers and devices - let go of tech this year - Consider deleting tik tok - its not really good for anything - Perhaps it is time for a pet - pet wellness is key - Kindness & Giving back are and always will be the best wellness practices of all - Beauty is mostly from your inner heart - looks will fade over time - so get started on that inner beauty journey, now. Don't make the focus of your life on food, weight or counting calories. Martha Stewart was Baking & Publishing her Mag Alice Waters was cooking Thich Nhat Han Was writing books Dr Wayne Dyer was giving talks The Bulls were winning basketball games Men's Health was the hottest mag Models Modeled Actors Acted Snoop was Rapping Dr Dre was really the coolest Leonardo Dicaprio was the hottest thing and he still is We used analog clocks, land lines, called for cabs on the phone or by hand We connected more as humans We figured out how to get from A To B using our brains or maps no a phone Eventually --We listened to music on an Apple Nano & then the Nokia rage came out - one day my roommate in college said :wow you can get gmail on the phone now: ... and then my life was over. Here's what we can do that's REAL wellness and not fake - sleep better without any digital needs - lay off the drugs and alcohol- don't buy shit you don't need - its ALL marketing read more books - read bestsellers - - get outside and run - go to events with no cell phones allowed- try to use a regular alarm clock - write and mail thank you cards, post cards, mail letters - try to disconnect at least on weekends- unfollow strange ppl on social who are only giving opinions (try living a life without opinions from others or reading reviews)- learn from those who made it in the analog years - they deserve an applause if they are still here and esp to those who have passed. - pick up a book by Roald Dahl book, a Dennis Rodman book 1996!, watch the last dance - remember what it was like not to be a slave to being available to everyone and using a land line and mail give props to those who came up in analog - without this hot mess of social distortion and fake famous shit - mark my words - it will fade with time & the cream will still rise to the top -follow real deal. Value health, prioritize it. 6- Wellness of the mind is the most profound work right next to the work in your heart space; start reading more books from Ram Dass, Thich Nhat Hahn & Eckhart Tolle 7- Research: someone's background to match their words and their inner being purpose from a projection of false reality verb (used with object): vet·ted, vet·ting. to appraise, verify, or check for accuracy, authenticity, suitability. Do your research on all wellness backgrounds and resumes. HYPE is not wellness, a large following is not wellness & ppl that overshare, overpost, over-promise - are more than likely praying on your vulnerability and want to make money off of your vulnerability. True wellness practitioners are found at the temple, church, on hikes, at the monastery, homeless shelters, a Chaplain , praying for others and not seeking attention, fame or money. Guess what? At the size of California, they are still a world power today. Get some skills, use them, humbly+gracefully. 5- Humility + Grace: This is what my character is made out of. Mom + Dad taught me to love, to be kind, to be respectful. Although I hate rules, I respect everyone, even when they were shitty to me. Grace Always Matters. You will in this life, get what you give. 2- be grateful for the women that raised you & you mother's friends!
3- be grateful for the public library as a child and the free dreams and opportunities books have created for you: thank all the women who write beautiful literature: thank you to the female writers, artists and aspiring ones!
4- If you are alone, it is okay - you don't need a partner + life is full of opportunities to come5- when everyone is healthy - this is life's greatest blessing
6- be grateful for your body that moves, keeps you twerkin, werkin and busy
7- be grateful for the jobs you will one day create and have currently created for yourself - the opportunity comes when you create it
8- be grateful for the painful lessons; breakups, job losses, from high school, college and beyond... pain turns into progress and progress is growth
9- when there is enough to eat -- this is a blessing .. you have enough & if you don't don't be afraid to ask for help a the local food bank
10 - you dont have to do what everyone else is doing ...
that's marriage, kids, home, --- you can do whatever you dream of in this lifetime! - live and let live. it'd your timeline ;)
