    British Colombia is adopting year-round DST! I'm so happy for (and jealous of) them. :)

    Last week, I had my first colonoscopy. Colorectal cancer is the second leading cancer here in the US. Eat your fiber, drink your water, move your body, and get your preventative screenings.
