  • 11 - Nick Santonastasso: Doctors Gave Me A 30% Chance To Live

Nick Santonastasso was born with no legs and one arm. He was the 12th case in recorded medical history, eight of whom died. Doctors gave him a 30% chance to live and told his parents to terminate. His mother refused.

In this conversation with Kris Fade he talks about the surgery he asked for at 16 so he could become a wrestler, losing his brother to heroin and not letting himself feel it for six months, the end of a five year relationship, and the nine day trip to Dubai that ended with him selling everything he owned in America.

He explains the bathroom sign that changed his life, why he thinks his body was never just for him, and how he handles a room where every eye is already on him.

Nick also shares two things he has never said publicly: a finished album recorded with Sean Kingston that has never been released, and his intention to represent the UAE in hand cycling at the 2028 Paralympics.

  • 10 - Dr. Paul Nassif: The Filler Damage Nobody Warned You About

Dr. Paul Nassif has spent 26 years fixing what other surgeons got wrong. Now he is telling people to stop doing the thing everyone assumes is the safe option.

The Botched star and Beverly Hills facial plastic surgeon sits down with Kris Fade in Dubai to explain why fillers, biostimulants and radiofrequency microneedling are leaving scar tissue deep beneath the skin, why that is making facelifts harder and riskier, and why he has reversed his own position on minimally invasive treatments.

He also settles the Botox and dementia myth, explains why he turns away up to 15 percent of his patients, describes what body dysmorphia looks like from the surgeon's side of the room, and reveals why breast augmentation has become a common high school graduation present in Los Angeles.

Then it gets personal. Paul on losing his brother at 63, the fear that has followed him since, having a baby at 62, and why he refuses to retire. Kris on his own health anxiety, the weight he lost after his divorce, and the thyroid nodule he asks Paul about live on the podcast.

  • 9 - Atif Aslam On Fame At 19, His Father, And His First Album In 18 Years | One on One with Kris Fade

Atif Aslam has sold out arenas across the world, but he cannot walk into a grocery store. He waits in the car while his wife does the shopping.

In this episode, the Pakistani superstar sits down with Kris Fade for one of his most open conversations to date. He talks about being handed money, fame and access at nineteen and the brother who kept him safe. He explains why his new album Subah Aye Na took eighteen years to arrive. He describes learning to play on a rusty three string guitar and not discovering for a year that it was meant to have six.

He talks about prayer as submission rather than asking. About singing on stage a song that nearly broke him, and why that is his therapy. About the father he lost, and what he would say to him now.

And on the music that has been banned in India for a decade, he says something you will not expect.

Atif also picks up a guitar and sings, a first for this podcast.

  • 8 - Marco Pierre White: Why I Gave Back My Three Michelin Stars | One On One With Kris Fade

Marco Pierre White won three Michelin stars younger than anyone before him. Then he asked to be taken out of the guide.

In this conversation with Kris Fade, Marco talks about the mother he lost when he was six, the milk round he ran from five in the morning from the age of 13, and leaving school at 16 with no qualifications. He explains why he believes Michelin has diluted its own currency, why he still uses a 2003 Nokia, and why he is certain that insecurity is the greatest fuel a person can have.

He remembers Oliver Reed as his favourite customer, the day King Charles spoke to him in French, and the chef who told him on his first shift that service is service and it is not personal. He talks about Gordon Ramsay, the difference between a chef and a television chef, and why he insists a story matters more than a recipe.

The conversation also turns personal in a way neither man planned, as Kris and Marco compare notes on anxiety, panic attacks and the mind's ability to manufacture an illness out of nothing at all.

  • 7 - Gary Brecka: The Man Who Predicted Death For a Living | One on One with Kris Fade

For 20 years, Gary Brecka's job was to read a stranger's medical records and work out, almost to the month, when they would die. He was good at it. Then he walked away from the whole industry, because he could see people heading for the edge and was not allowed to warn them.

In this conversation, Kris Fade sits down with the human biologist and longevity researcher to unpack what those two decades taught him: that most of us are not sick or broken, we are simply missing the raw materials our bodies need. They get into the test he thinks everyone should take once, the truth about Ozempic, why your anxiety might start in your gut, and the small morning habits that change everything. Kris also opens up about his own transformation from 128 kilos.

It is a conversation about mortality that somehow leaves you feeling more in control of your own.

Gary Brecka is a human biologist, not a licensed physician. This is general information, not medical advice. Speak to a qualified professional before changing your health routine.
