But first, Landi and Armani have plenty to catch up on, from the latest pop culture news and Armani’s first wedding anniversary to snake encounters and a newfound dream of farm life.

Then it’s all things weddings! With a little help from their listeners, the girls get into wedding guest dress codes, outfit repeating, the great plus-one debate and a few lessons from planning a wedding. And, as it turns out, there’s a lot more to discuss than they anticipated.

In celebration of their 30th episode, the girls handed over the reins to their listeners and let them decide what this week’s episode would look like.

And apparently, you guys can’t get enough of the yapping, because you voted for the longest episode (the girls are flattered 😉), a special AFRIKAANS edition of Sweet Nothings and a good old ANONYMOUS Q&A.

30 episodes of Sweet Nothings! 🥳 That’s 30 weeks of the girls showing up for their weekly dose of catch-ups, yapping and sweet nothings.

To celebrate, Landi and Armani are back together for a good old catch-up, this time letting their camera rolls guide them through the past two weeks. Between the two of them, there have been three weddings, a whole Woordfees, several late nights and plenty of time spent working and celebrating in Stellenbosch.

With Armani tied up with her real job this week, Landi is stepping in for a solo episode and sending the listeners a proper voice note.

After a week-and-weekend catch-up, Landi chats about her newly found interest in Hyrox and making the most of some boyfriend-free time to finally tackle her to-do list. Inspired by last week’s nostalgia, Landi also gets back into reading, revisits some old diary entries and chats a little more about something that’s been on her mind lately - making friends in your twenties.

After both finding themselves back in their hometown, Pretoria, last week, the girls were feeling a little nostalgic - so naturally, this week turned into a proper trip down memory lane.

They’re throwing it back to the TV shows, movies, games, snacks and childhood crushes they grew up on, with plenty of listener submissions bringing back things they’d completely forgotten about… The Suite Life of Zach & Cody, Bratz vs Barbie, sticker books, Nesquik, Troy Bolton and some questionable childhood fashion choices.

Pop star, business girl & bride-to-be — this week, the girls sit down with South African singer-songwriter Lisie Basson for a chat about everything happening both on and off stage.

Lisie opens up about finding her feet as an independent artist, balancing music with two other jobs, social media and comparison, and why she walked away from the pressure of a major record label. Plus, the girls get into her recent engagement, wedding plans and her self-confessed online shopping problem.

The girls enjoyed discussing the hills their listeners would die on so much that they had to come back for Part 2 - while also nearly dying on a very real hill themselves at the Gun Run.

Of course, the local sports commentators had to do a proper race debrief, especially after Armani’s first-ever half marathon! Armani talks through her rather unorthodox race weekend - a night out, a full Saturday of work, some last-minute carb loading, their race-day rituals, and the hill. Luckily, pro-athlete Landi was waiting at the finish line, managing to capture at least one average photo from behind.

The girls then get back to the hills they actually came to discuss. Matcha culture, activewear controversy, whether it really is chic, the return of the toilet-paper topic and some slightly scandalous Sydney Sweeney Sweet Nothings.

August went out with a bit of a bang, so the girls catch up on the chaos of the past week and a Springbok-filled weekend. September has arrived, spring is in the air and the girls are more than ready for a fresh start and better vibes. Just your local oversharers and sports commentators reporting for duty.

This week’s main agenda: the hills their listeners are willing to die on. The girls work their way through the submissions and decide whether they’re joining them on the hill or politely staying on the ground.

Exes as friends, Garmins ruining formalwear and the ongoing feud between cyclists and everyone else on the road… safe to say, some hills brought out stronger opinions than others.

Landi is fresh off the plane and giving our listeners the full Euro debrief - cycling through Amsterdam, slow beach days in Greece, family time, getting stranded on a boat, Greek food (and lots of Greek yoghurt), plus all the travel highs, lows and stories in between.

Landi and Armani return with two very different weekend recaps: one takes on the Versus route, while the other heads to the West Coast for a surprise poker party - mostly spent watching sport in formalwear, obviously.

This week we’re stepping into the office and chatting about all things corporate life - from freezing aircons and office characters to the unspoken rules, pet peeves, and the jobs some people take just a little too seriously.

We also asked you to send in your funniest, most random and most embarrassing workplace stories, and you definitely delivered. From awkward moments to classic office drama, we read through some of our favourites and realised that corporate life might actually be a universal experience.

Landi takes us through her Cape Town Marathon weekend - the build-up, the race day energy, the supporter signs, and how it felt to finally run the 42.2km we’ve been talking about for weeks.
