On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, despite all the lies and static about “the conservatives” on the present Supreme Court, who are actually originalists doing the job of real jurists, these activists are destroying and intending to destroy the judicial system, using it as a kind of politburo to impose their ideology from the bench. This is the real Constitutional crisis, not President Trump, Elon Musk, and others trying to re-establish separation of powers, representative government, limited central authority, etc. These entities have the temerity to claim Trump is a threat to Constitutional government as they usurp it and him. The truth is, Trump is a threat to them. No judge has the power to run the executive branch, especially when it comes to such basic executive functions as restructuring agencies, personnel matters like severance, temporary holds on spending to conduct reviews, access to agency information to conduct audits, etc. These judges have no power to substitute their personal and political preferences for that of an elected president. Later, if an executive department or an agency has discretion on how to spend funds or appropriations then it’s clearly Constitutional for an elected President who oversees the agencies to do the same thing. We’re told the only person in the executive branch who cannot participate in this process is the president. That’s preposterous. How can it be a government employee in a back agency issue a grant to a left-wing group but the President can’t alter those decisions? Afterward, Attorney for America First Legal, Michael Ding calls in to discuss new documents they obtained through an ongoing investigation into the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) confirming that the classified documents case against Trump was a sham prosecution that involved the Biden White House from the start. Finally, Professor Randy Barnett calls in to discuss his book, A Life for Liberty: The Making of an American Originalist. https://www.amazon.com/Life-Liberty-Making-American-Originalist/dp/1641773774/ref=sr_1_1?dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.OnpUgGSoIebO7Y-HZhgGKg.VT37mlplLETuI_K9rfxvsOZGiskam8-1N_wtMwuE580&dib_tag=se&keywords=A+Life+for+Liberty%3A+The+Making+of+an+American+Originalist&qid=1739383661&sr=8-1 Learn more about your ad choices. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, what you are seeing right now is the exposure of this Democrat left-wing power structure that are now under assault by President Trump and Elon Musk. Trump and Musk are challenging the Marxist influence in the U.S., particularly in the economy and government bureaucracy, revealing entrenched corruption.  Democrats, along with media, academia, and government unions, are protecting a system that benefits them at the expense of the American public.  This left-wing power structure is being exposed, characterized by the strategic use of unelected officials and judicial overreach to maintain control.  We're learning more about the rot of the federal government than we've ever known. $50-100 billion a year is being stolen out of the Social Security system. USAID wasted billions of left-wing pet projects. Trump is facing more criticism for attempting to address the waste, fraud, and abuse than those who were responsible for it. Trump aims to curb reckless spending, and the Democrats scream that we’re in a constitutional crisis. Those opposing waste, fraud, and abuse are supporting the waste, fraud, and abuse. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Donald Trump calls in to discuss judicial challenges, and the ongoing efforts to uphold his agenda to remove waste, fraud and abuse. He also addresses the Biden government subsidizing media companies, birthright citizenship, a possible Democrat government shutdown and his thoughts on the Super Bowl. Also, Frédéric Bastiat once stated, 'When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men in a society, over the course of time they create for themselves a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.' This is precisely what we are witnessing today. If you stand up against the government for what you see as unconstitutional plunder, Federal Judges tell you that your actions could violate the Constitution or some statute. They assert that the Constitution mandates the appropriation of your tax dollars to subsidize individuals who hate you, or to support other nations. If you oppose this, you're labeled as a threat to humanity. Later, Stephen A. Smith calls in to give his take on the Super Bowl. It was shocking, a complete domination by the Eagles. Nobody expected that kind of beatdown. Afterward, Hamas has announced that Israel violated the ceasefire and they won’t release any hostages. Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu have had enough. Trump gave Hamas a deadline of Saturday to release all hostages or all hell will break loose. In addition, Gov Ron DeSantis calls in to discuss the breaking news that the Florida Senate Republicans reached a deal on the illegal immigration bill. A special session begins February 11 at noon. Finally, Georgetown Law University student Julia Wax calls in to discuss Georgetown’s decision to allow a convicted terrorist to speak on campus and they are silent. Learn more about your ad choices. On Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. This was a great week for President Donald Trump’s policy initiatives! He began the week with his first significant policy achievement - Panama reversed its deal with China. Trump's second and third policy successes came from Canada and Mexico, both of which capitulated to his demands on border issues, recognizing their greater dependence on U.S. trade. Trump also signed executive orders to withdraw funding from three U.N. organizations and established a sovereign wealth fund, all accomplished by Monday. This administration's pace is unprecedented. Also, an activist Federal judge blocked Trump's attempt to fire USAID workers. If the President of the United States cannot manage his own staff, it indicates a significant issue. The entrenched bureaucracy seems determined to protect its interests. Later, Trump revoked Biden's security clearance and access to daily intelligence briefings. Is Biden still receiving daily intelligence briefings? He might be sleeping through them. Finally, all roads lead back to education. Trump's teasing about getting rid of the Department of Education is very stimulating.  We had a great education system, and we let it go to crap. Learn more about your ad choices. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. There was a significant cost associated with illegal immigration during the Biden administration. Reports indicate a 700% increase in crimes committed by illegal immigrants in the U.S. from the beginning to the end of Biden's term. The left keeps saying illegals are less likely to commit crimes than U.S. citizens – that’s not true and it’s the taxpayer who has to pay for this.  The good news is America is becoming safer and more affordable under Trump. Also, the USAID report is starting to shed light on government operations. If there's corrupt spending within USAID, what might be occurring in other agencies? DOGE could be exactly what America needs. Later, President Trump is known for his deal-making approach. One of his first deals was to sign tariffs against Canada and Mexico if they didn’t take steps to secure their borders. Since Canada and Mexico rely so much on us for trade - they freaked out and caved. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
