Groundbreaking developments should be left free from government interference because bureaucrats and politicians lack the expertise to direct innovation. Calls for greater regulation are driven by a desire for power and control rather than practical solutions. We need deregulation, limited government involvement, and allowing innovation and technological development to proceed with minimal restrictions. Later, Rep Thomas Massie is siding with Democrats and attempting to undermine the Trump administration during a war with Iran by promoting the impeachment of Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. Massie’s actions were based on the War Powers Act of 1973, which is unconstitutional. The Constitution gives Congress the power to declare war but not to conduct it. The president, as commander in chief, has the authority to wage war, while Congress’s primary check is its power to withhold funding. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the Declaration of Independence is the clearest statement of America’s founding principles. The United States was uniquely founded on a fusion of Judeo-Christian values and Enlightenment principles, combining faith, morality, reason, and natural rights while rejecting theocracy. America’s founding principles allow individuals to hold diverse beliefs, including atheism and agnosticism, while preserving freedom of thought and religion. Islamism and Marxism are incompatible with American founding ideals because they reject natural law, natural rights, and the reasoning embodied in the Declaration of Independence.  The founders sought to prevent both tyranny and mob rule, intentionally avoiding monarchy, oligarchy, dictatorship, and pure democracy. The Constitution is rooted in the principles of the Declaration of Independence and modern efforts to alter institutions such as the Electoral College, the Senate, or the Supreme Court represent attacks on those founding principles - Judeo-Christian and Enlightenment values. Attacks on the Constitution are fundamentally attacks on the Declaration, the founding, and the belief system. Later, President Trump has shown strong leadership on AI and data centers, which is the fourth industrial revolution with the potential to create large numbers of high-paying jobs, new businesses, medical breakthroughs, and opportunities for local and state governments. The AI threats and warnings are fearmongering - the United States must continue advancing because China is not slowing its AI development. Democrats are advocating greater regulation and oversight of AI and data centers, which would be the most massive power grab ever by them. In the 9,130 days since 9/11, an average of 5.5 terror attacks have taken place. Islamic terror has become so common that it takes an October 7th type of event to make news. Out of political correctness, many attacks get labelled "hate crimes." The truth is the Islamists didn't need to attack the Twin Towers. The Islamic plan has parallel paths: terror, infiltration and political correctness. The West has allowed itself to be manipulated by Islam and the plan is working. Then, 25 years ago, all of two elected officials in the U.S. were Islamists, both in Michigan. Today, that number is 255, including four members of Congress and Hizzoner Mayor Mamdani. The Muslim Brotherhood has an actual 100 year plan, first discovered in 1982, with a ten point plan to takeover the West. They realized the West couldn't be conquered militarily, so they're doing it by gradual entrenchment. They're playing the long game and it's working. Finally, if we do nothing else, where do we go from here? The Muslim Brotherhood 100 year plan tells us. We went from identifying western societies and establishing infrastructure, to building a North American network, to institutional consolidation, to political and civic participation. From here, the plan calls for influencing institutions, to influencing laws and public policy favorable to Islam, to the normalization of Islamist political ideas. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Mohamed Atta's own writings and background suggest that religious conviction and ideological commitment, rather than poverty, foreign policy grievances, or social alienation, were central motivations behind his actions on September 11th.  Western leaders and analysts have often preferred socioeconomic explanations while underestimating the role of religious and civilizational factors.  After misdiagnosing the enemy and importing culturally incompatible populations, the West now confronts the same threat at home and must undertake a serious stock-taking of violent Islamism and the wider ecosystem around it. Both Islamist and Marxist movements are fundamentally driven by the pursuit of power. Western elites often deny or underestimate cultural and ideological threats. Modern challenges to the West extend beyond terrorism to include demographic change, institutional influence, migration pressures, cyber operations, disinformation, and alliances between secular leftist movements and politicized Islamist groups. Western societies face a broader civilizational challenge and must recognize and respond to it in order to preserve their constitutional and liberal traditions. Section 999 of the Internal Revenue Code requires the United States to track allied countries that boycott, divest from, or sanction Israel (as in the BDS movement) so American companies are not put at commercial risk; she asked Bessent to review whether Britain’s action interferes with free U.S. commerce and specifically targets Judea and Samaria. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, there's a psyop campaign against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu just weeks before elections there. The far-left news site Haaretz cites a book that claims Netanyahu ignored a warning from the President of the UAE about Hamas' attack on October 7th. The book cites "three anonymous foreign sources" as proof. Netanyahu's office vehemently denies the report, but all of Netanyahu's election opponents have demanded an immediate investigation. This is a well-timed, well organized political ambush. The Western media and those who hate Netanyahu have latched on to the report, and it has spread like wildfire, and it's very difficult to defend yourself in just a few weeks. The media may be happy if Netanyahu loses, but so will the Iranian regime. Also, no, we shouldn't expand a government program to provide benefits to nearly all families. Doing so would create a broad new entitlement at a time when the nation faces massive debt, rising interest costs, and future funding shortfalls for programs such as Social Security and Medicare. More government spending, borrowing, taxation, and redistribution will worsen fiscal problems and could lead to economic and constitutional consequences. There are certain "conservative" thinkers, institutions, and advocates of “National Conservatism” who embrace larger government solutions, but the central government is already too large and powerful. Government expansion is not the answer to helping families - limiting government involvement is the better approach. Later, the European Union is looking to Israel to strengthen its high-tech air defense and space capabilities, even as 11 European countries impose sanctions on it. This is hypocritical - Israel should say no. European countries provide little support to Israel. Now is a good time to revisit the Falklands and Northern Ireland. The UK government has now set the precedent. Of course, the difference is that Judea and Samaria actually are the indigenes home of the Jews going back thousands of years, long before there were Muslims let alone Palestinians. Finally, Bart Hester, President Pro Tempore of the Arkansas State Senate, calls in and explains that Arkansas is one of the 40 states with an anti-BDS law to push back against antisemitism. The law allows the state to refuse to do business with those who boycott Israel. Then, imams of a Shia Muslim mosque in Dearborn, Michigan pledged its allegiance to the Islamic regime in Iran, calling the U.S. a nation of "devil-worshipers." Most of these mosques in Dearborn are raising future Islamists. The indoctrination of young kids is a poison that spreads into the wider culture. Why do these radical Islamist imams use the language of class warfare and violence? Ali Khamenei told them to use Marxist language and propaganda in the West. Marxism is attractive to Western liberals. Meanwhile, national conservatism is a form of older paleo conservatism and such isms are not new - like Theodore Roosevelt’s progressive nationalism and Huey Long who rebranded fascism as anti-fascism. This echoes Orwell’s remark that every government, even communist ones, claims to be a democracy. Words have meanings that politicians often confuse and contort, and conservatives and Republicans should not abandon one of the greatest periods of conservatism and Republicanism in the 80's, just as they should not abandon Trump. It ensures voter integrity and the requirements are common sense, yet Democrats and their media lie about it as an effort to stop women and people of color from voting and call it a grave threat. The money is supposed to be deposited into a trust fund, but that no longer exists. Today's retirees get less benefits than they paid in. And those who didn't pay into the system, like illegal aliens, get full benefits. Politicians are running Social Security into the ground like they did Medicare. Then, why are so many young people socialists? Because they don't read substantive stuff. And not these AI-generated books, but real books by real authors who did their own original research. Young people these days would rather get on TikTok and social media than read a book about America, the Constitution, the Third Reich, the Holocaust, or isolationism in the 1930s that led to Pearl Harbor. There is a difference between positive power and negative power. While negative power is the ruthless use of power, positive power is power exercised properly in line with the Constitution and the Declaration's emphasis on the individual. The Constitution spells out who gets what kind of power and how much, and the further away we get from the Constitution, the closer we come to authoritarianism and tyranny. Erdogan is now sending more vehicles including tanks into southwestern Syria; Netanyahu has again warned against it, while Erdogan claims this is not Gaza and even the United States could not protect Israel if struck, to which Netanyahu replied that Israel has faced bigger empires. He answered no but he's proud of his grandfather, who gave refuge to Jews while they were being burned in ovens in Germany. Pahlavi would be a great choice to lead an Iranian government-in-exile. She used taxpayer-funded court resources and staff to promote and sell her book by requiring organizations to purchase copies for her speeches, thereby earning substantial profits.  Jeffries shifted from ethics complaints to attacking a Supreme Court decision on the Voting Rights Act of 1965 because Democrats disagree with the ruling and seek to control the Court.  Also, there is no real substantive distinction between the DSA and the Democrat Party. The Democrats, as the more experienced institutional establishment, simply avoid overtly using terms like communism, Marxism, or even socialism while pursuing the same radical American Marxist agenda, differing mainly in approach, style, verbiage, and the speed of implementation rather than the underlying goals. Both seek to destroy the courts, citizenship, the Electoral College, and the voting system; promote open borders with no ICE deportations; centralize power in their own hands; and attack capitalism despite occasional claims otherwise. What Gill can't say out loud is the real reason DSAs want to eliminate police and prisons: so they can impose their own security services, loyal to their regime. Sen Rand Paul denied the privilege claim, directed Fauci to answer given the existence of a broad pardon, and warned of potential action for obstructing a congressional investigation. But the situation is not clear-cut. This matter may ultimately reach the courts or Supreme Court after a contempt resolution. It's clear that Israel isn't waiting around to see if any MOU will take effect. Then, there are a lot of mosques in this country that preach anti-American hate, and many of them are celebrating Lindsey Graham's death. But these mosques have a lot of sympathy. A new survey shows almost half of American Muslims - 44% - support Hamas. Only 26% of American Muslims have a favorable view of Israel. Support for Israel is even dropping among younger Republicans. The 14th Amendment and the preceding Civil Rights Act of 1866 were narrowly intended to grant full citizenship rights to freed Black slaves and their children amid post-Civil War resistance—not to address immigration or confer citizenship on children of illegal aliens. The opinion wrongly equates "jurisdiction" with mere physical presence, leading to illogical results like automatic citizenship for babies of illegal immigrants (who retain foreign allegiance) while creating unaddressed exceptions for diplomats, revealing a result-oriented, activist approach that rewrites history. Roberts and his Majority twisted the history of the 14th amendment and just constitutionalized birthright citizenship, knowing full well that our nation, like Europe, is facing a grave threat from within as a result, in part, of the intentional refusal of our government, when the Democrats are in power, to enforce immigration laws and, oppositely, facilitating the importation of aliens from all over the world without proper vetting.   Also, the constitutional amendment process is rarely used. It requires two-thirds approval in both houses of Congress to propose language, followed by ratification by three-fourths (38) of the states—neither of which is feasible for issues like changing birthright citizenship. The Supreme Court has constitutionalized elements not originally in the Constitution, making reversal through amendments impractical. Instead, the effective path is filling Court vacancies with constitutionalists, as achieved in overturning Roe, without resorting to court packing. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Chief Justice Roberts improperly relied on English common law as a basis for birthright citizenship, despite the framers using it only as a guide and rejecting elements that conflicted with the U.S. system. The 14th Amendment and the preceding Civil Rights Act of 1866 were narrowly intended to grant full citizenship rights to freed Black slaves and their children amid post-Civil War resistance—not to address immigration or confer citizenship on children of illegal aliens. The opinion wrongly equates "jurisdiction" with mere physical presence, leading to illogical results like automatic citizenship for babies of illegal immigrants (who retain foreign allegiance) while creating unaddressed exceptions for diplomats, revealing a result-oriented, activist approach that rewrites history. Roberts and his Majority twisted the history of the 14th amendment and just constitutionalized birthright citizenship, knowing full well that our nation, like Europe, is facing a grave threat from within as a result, in part, of the intentional refusal of our government, when the Democrats are in power, to enforce immigration laws and, oppositely, facilitating the importation of aliens from all over the world without proper vetting. Also, the constitutional amendment process is rarely used. It requires two-thirds approval in both houses of Congress to propose language, followed by ratification by three-fourths (38) of the states—neither of which is feasible for issues like changing birthright citizenship. The Supreme Court has constitutionalized elements not originally in the Constitution, making reversal through amendments impractical. Instead, the effective path is filling Court vacancies with constitutionalists, as achieved in overturning Roe, without resorting to court packing. In Florida, the DOJ announced three arrests of non-citizens for voting in federal elections. Three cases in one week in a red state. How much worse is voter fraud in sanctuary states and cities? With the midterm elections coming up, and voter ID being a 90/10 issue with Americans, we still can't get the SAVE America Act across the finish line. Also, the election integrity project ranks election integrity all over the world. The U.S. scores 54. California's score is 35, lower than Haiti at 37. First, the Court ruled 6-3 that you have to be in the U.S. to make an asylum claim. In the other, the Court again ruled 6-3 that the Trump Administration can revoke temporary protection status from Syrian and Haitian migrants. The three liberal justices tried to argue that you don't actually have to be "in" the U.S. to make an asylum claim, and "temporary" actually means indefinitely. Does the rule of law mean anything to these justices? Could it be that they are radical progressives who don't know right from wrong and want to abolish Constitutional law? Then, most people today don't appreciate the historically great leadership we have or how much has been accomplished in a short time. Since January, he has split off Venezuela from China and disabled the Iranian terror regime and their ability to build nuclear weapons and start World War III. The focus has been on affordability. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, twice as many MAGA Republicans favor regime change in Iran as those preferring a negotiated settlement, with President Trump's supporters overwhelmingly backing the overthrow of Iran's theocratic regime. 51% of MAGA Republicans and 50% of all Republicans support the US installing new leadership there, while only 25% in each group prefer a peace deal.
