On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, several decades ago there was a special law passed to give Congressional staffers a special privilege. Congressional staffers could get career civil service jobs if their House or Senate member was defeated. Landmark Legal Foundation demanded this absurd privilege by denied – and it was. Can you imagine what would happen if that was still the law today? The leftists would secrete themselves into the bureaucracy.  Later, the media and the Democrats keep using phony Gaza death toll numbers. Mark breaks down the most extensive and accurate examination of the deaths in Gaza, which the media are censoring. There’s also a Saudi effort to push for a Palestinian state, or pressure on Israel to create such a state. This would wide redline for millions of others. This cannot happen. The idea that you’ll have a peaceful Palestinian state is ridiculous. Afterward, all of a sudden Democrats are worried about billionaire tech oligarchs. They had no problem with Elon Musk when he was a Democrat. As long as the ‘tech bros’ are pouring millions into the Democrat coffers, they were fine with that. Learn more about your ad choices. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, despite all the announcements and news reports this Israel/Hamas ceasefire deal isn’t even completed on Israel’s side yet. And there’s reportedly significant opposition there to releasing 3,000 terrorists, among other things. The U.S. would never release thousands of terrorists in a deal. Americans were furious when President Biden released 3 terrorist leaders from Gitmo. This is not a peace treaty or a permanent ceasefire. Mark breaks down the details of the deal. Also, Pam Bondi will make an outstanding Attorney General. At her confirmation hearing, she went toe-to-toe with Democrat Senators.  Later, Gov Ron DeSantis calls in to discuss his proposals to help President-Elect Trump with deportations. These proposed actions will position Florida to quickly carry out Trump’s mandate to combat illegal immigration. If States can step up now, we can help until Trump gets more funding from Congress. With Trump taking office, Florida has a unique opportunity to help facilitate the end to America’s immigration crisis. DeSantis also explains that Biden has been the worst President in his lifetime. Biden led a wave of destruction and Americans are moving on from him. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, does the supposed hostage deal being pushed by the United States require Israel to release scores of terrorists? Reports say that there's enormous pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu to allegedly release multiple scores of Palestinian terrorists and convicted criminals in exchange for the hostages, even if it means the collapse of the Netanyahu conservative government. Hopefully, this is not true. Also, Pete Hegseth did extremely well during his confirmation hearing, but the Democrats dirtied themselves even though the Democrats, who have undermined our military repeatedly, posed as defenders of the military, they failed miserably.  In fact, they essentially continued promoting wokeism and politics at the Pentagon and the allegations that were already pushed in and by the media, respecting Hegseth's character, didn't go anywhere. Hegseth conducted himself very well during the Democrat inquisition and there is no reason any Republican should vote against his confirmation. Some are questioning, what qualifies Hegseth for Secretary of Defense. What qualified Pete Buttigieg to run transportation? Dick Cheney was Secretary of Defense and never served in the military. Sometimes you must rely on a person's life experience. Finally, Sen Eric Schmitt calls in to discuss his role at the Hegseth hearings today. He explains that Hegseth will root out DEI at the Department of Defense, which is poison, it has no place in our military. Hegseth is the change agent President-Elect Trump wanted. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the battle begins Tuesday with the hearings for President-Elect Trump’s cabinet posts. Every one of Trump’s nominees must be confirmed. These hearings will be a test of the Republican Senate majority. If the GOP Senate majority will not confirm Trump's cabinet nominees, then those who vote no must be primaried and defeated.  The GOP owes its majority to Trump and his landslide victory. Sen Chuck Schumer has made clear he wants to use the nomination process to weaken Trump and sabotage his entire agenda.  Schumer and his thugs must be put in their place, they must be crushed, and their sickening character assassination tactics must be exposed and defeated. The Senate Democrats will go over the allegations against Pete Hegseth not because they believe them, but because it is what they do -- the Senate Democrats are perversely obsessed with sex as a weapon against GOP nominees. The goal is to smear, humiliate, destroy.  Later, the Democrats are now starting – rather than change course and apologize for the wildfires in California, they whine about Trump. Gov Gavin Newsom should worry about his state, not Trump. Also,  President Biden is taking credit for the achievements of others like Benjamin Netanyahu and the IDF. Biden undermined Israel every step of the way. If there is a hostage deal it’s thanks to Trump and Netanyahu. Afterward, Florida's legislative leaders Daniel Perez and Ben Albritton are typical do-nothing Republicans. They are opposing Gov Ron DeSantis's call for a special session to deal with the deportation of illegal aliens and further hurricane relief.  All Floridians should get involved on these two huge issues, call your state reps and state senators, call Perez and Albritton, and insist that they act immediately. • 3430 - The Best Of Mark Levin - 1/11/25

This week on the Mark Levin Show, we had the official Constitutional certification of Donald Trump as President after he won a landslide victory. But there was no peaceful transfer of power yet – from this moment forward the Democrat party is looking to sabotage Trump’s presidency just as they did in 2016. Later, Judge Juan Merchan says he'll sentence Trump this Friday because all the left wants is to call Trump a convicted criminal. Merchan has lit a match to the supremacy clause and the electoral system. He has interfered in the Constitutional process like no other Judge and some say there's nothing we can do to fight back. Later, the actions of Attorney General Merrick Garland to the rulings of Judge Aileen Cannon unpacks the complex interplay of politics and justice. A few decades ago, California was known as one of the greatest States, now it has become a one-party-run, third-world hell hole. California is run by unserious ideologues who believe they are smarter than us. The politicians in California claim they care about the environment yet look what they’ve done to the environment. We're led to believe we are abusing nature - no nature abuses us whether we like it or not. It appears that everything that could go wrong went wrong in California. Not by nature but the ideologues who run California. We need answers and accountability. Why were they pushing radical, left-wing ideological policies that put people at risk, such as DEI and environmental justice programs? Learn more about your ad choices.
