- 97 - 94. Being in a rut is just stuck energy — here's how to get out
We all have bad days. If you're in one today, this one's for you :)
Let's talk through what actually causes a rut — burnout, loneliness in "lock-in season," stuck emotional energy — and the difference between processing it and just escaping it. Most importantly, how to process and release it healthily!
I'll also dissect why "protect your peace" should be taken carefully, signs in a rut you shouldn't take lightly, and why you should never, EVER ride through lows alone.
I hope this one hits home, in a good way <3

YA'LLL this episode is one of the realest I've recorded in a while. I decided to stop taking my ADHD medication 2.5 months ago after 2 years on 20mg Vyvanse almost daily. Here, I share my experience with ADHD, getting diagnosed, my experience with Vyvanse, why I decided to stop and all of its effects on me.
This isn't medical advice, it's my anecdotal experience — but I hope it offers some perspective to those of you also on stimulant meds.
Also, let's harness the power of ADHD. It's not a disorder, it can absolutely be a superpower and I believe it is one of mine :)
