  • 827 - Why Your Personal Brand Will Be Worth More Than Bitcoin by 2030

What if the biggest thing standing between you and the life you dream of isn't a lack of talent, money, or opportunity, but the fear of what other people will think? You have the idea. You feel the pull to create something. You know there's something inside you that wants to be shared with the world. But then that little voice creeps in. Who am I to do this? What if nobody cares? What if I fail? So you wait, you overthink, and you watch other people build the very thing you've been dreaming about.

In this episode, I'm joined by Adley Kinsman, entrepreneur, content creator, and the creative force behind Viralish, for a conversation about building a business, backing yourself, and standing out in the age of AI. Adley shares her journey from appearing on The Voice to experiencing bankruptcy, and how she turned those challenges into a new direction for her life. We explore how to overcome the fear of being judged, why your dreams deserve your attention, what makes content stand out, and whether niching down is still the smartest strategy. We also dive into why personal brands are becoming more valuable, how to build genuine trust when audiences are more sceptical than ever, and why being unapologetically yourself is one of your greatest strengths.

What if you could heal your relationship with money? Call in that lifestyle of abundance you truly desire? Achieve absolutely everything you want but without the crazy overwhelm and push? What if you could do less and *still* have it all? Well, my sweet friend… Kate Northrup is here to teach us how to infuse femininity into our business and powerfully reclaim our time, energy and finances once and for all.

Kate Northrup and her husband Mike Watts paved their own path by building an epic digital empire that teaches women to light up the world without burning out. She’s an entrepreneur, bestselling author, speaker, and mother who’s deeply committed to helping others thrive in life. Through her signature online course and book, Money: A Love Story, she’s helped thousands of people heal their relationship with money and cultivate a more fulfilling life. In her latest book (which I totally tore through), Do Less: A Revolutionary Approach to Time and Energy Management for Busy Moms, she shares how you can supercharge your life and energy on all levels with innovative data and soul-driven time management.

  • 824 - Why Manifesting Isn't Making You Happy

What if the thing you're desperately trying to manifest is the very thing keeping you from feeling whole? Most of us were never taught this. We chase the house, the relationship, the money, and the business because somewhere deep down we believe that when it finally arrives, we'll finally be and feel enough. So we get it, and for a moment it feels incredible. Then the feeling fades, the emptiness creeps back in, and we set our sights on the next thing, convinced that one will be different.

In this episode, I'm challenging everything you've been told about manifestation. I still dream big and I still want beautiful things for my life, AND I've learned that the energy you create from matters far more than what you're creating. When you manifest from lack, you'll never have enough. When you manifest from unconditional love, from already knowing you are whole, your desires become the cherry on top of a cake that was already delicious and beautiful. Once you stop needing your desires to make you whole, you become the woman they can't help but find.

  • 823 - The Missing Piece In Your Health You've Been Ignoring

Your body needs at least 90 nutrients to function properly: 17 vitamins, 59 minerals, 12 amino acids, 3 fatty acids. Most of us are not getting close, and it is not because we are lazy or uninformed. It is because the soil growing our food has been stripped bare. Crops today hold 80 percent less of the compounds your body relies on to move nutrients into your cells than they did a century ago. That is the gap David Reid, founder of Manna Vitality, has spent his life closing, and in this episode he explains why something as ancient as shilajit can support your immune system, your skin, and your memory in ways most modern supplements cannot, and why swallowing a nutrient means nothing if your body never actually absorbs it.

David did not arrive at this work from a lab. He arrived broken, burnt out, disconnected from himself, and stuck in a cycle of exhaustion and headaches that no amount of pushing harder could fix. That sent him searching from Egypt to Tibet to Mount Shasta, and what he brought back was not another pill to add to the pile. It was a way to get ingredients like shilajit and fulvic acid to actually reach your cells instead of passing straight through you. We get into what he calls the real foundation of health, where peptides fit into that picture and where they do not, and why what you put into your body today quietly becomes the life you are able to build on top of it tomorrow.
