Thu, 08 Oct 2026 - 32min - 707 - Rowan Vale on ENOUGH: Addiction, Sobriety and Finding Yourself Again | Abstract Essay
Rowan Vale
Author of ENOUGH — the man who gave himself away until he couldn't find his own face in the mirror.
Rowan Vale is the author of ENOUGH, a memoir about losing yourself to addiction and finding the long way back. Writing under a pen name to protect his family's privacy, he tells his story from lived experience — seven months sober and still doing the daily work. ENOUGH isn't a tidy redemption arc; it's the honest account of a man who gave himself away piece by piece until he couldn't recognize his own face in the mirror, and the slow climb back to himself. He writes and speaks for the person who feels too far gone to be reached — about identity, faith, fatherhood, and what it actually takes to come home. His message is simple: you are not too far gone.

Deborah Heiser
Founder/CEO/Author
I'm Deborah Heiser, PhD, an Applied Developmental Psychologist and coach specializing in midlife, aging, and the science of purpose across the lifespan. I'm the founder of Mental Mapping and My Legacy Tree. These are platforms designed to help people understand their impact, track personal growth, and intentionally shape the legacy they leave behind. I'm also the author of The Mentorship Edge, a contributor to Psychology Today and Substack, and the former Founder and CEO of The Mentor Project, a nonprofit I led for eight years focused on connecting individuals through mentorship. I bring a research-backed but highly practical perspective to conversations about aging. I talk about aging not as decline, but as a powerful stage of expansion, meaning, and contribution. I speak about why we're inherently wired to mentor, how to measure and map personal impact over time, and how mental health screening can be integrated into everyday life to support long-term wellbeing. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, technology, and purpose, and I love helping audiences rethink what it means to live a meaningful, impactful life at any stage.

Today's guest is Gaylen Wilson, a heart transplant survivor, 20-years-sober former alcoholic, relationship author, erectile dysfunction advocate, Certified Thriving Relationship Coach, and founder of The Monument Method Institute with his wife Heather. Gaylen's life has not been one comeback. It has been a series of forced reinventions. After farm failure, a collapsed stockbroker career, alcoholism, sobriety, career disruption after 9/11, rebuilding as a computer repairman, and later becoming a successful field-service technician, Gaylen faced the largest crisis of his life. In 2014, a virus attacked his heart and left him in end-stage heart failure. For the next three and a half years, he and Heather lived through hospital rooms, fear, financial pressure, uncertainty, lost intimacy, disability, and the reality that without a transplant, he was going to die. On June 19, 2018, Gaylen sat Heather down and told her he likely had only a few months left. About thirty minutes later, the transplant center called. The next morning, he received a new heart. That experience left him with one driving question:

Sun, 27 Sep 2026 - 28min - 698 - From Pro Wrestling to Publishing: Chad Martin on Storytelling, Entrepreneurship, and Building an Independent Creative Career
Chad Martin
Author/Podcaster/Pro Wrestler/Personal Trainer.
I've always believed that everyone has a story worth telling, and I've been fortunate enough to live several of them. I'm an author, podcast host, entrepreneur, certified personal trainer, internet radio station owner, and professional wrestler, and while those careers may seem unrelated at first glance, they've all been driven by the same passion: connecting with people. As an author, I write across multiple genres, including horror, fantasy, science fiction, business, and personal development. I love creating worlds that entertain people while making them think, whether that's through supernatural thrillers, epic adventures, or books that challenge the way we think about investing, financial freedom, and building a better life. Writing has taught me that every person has experiences, failures, victories, and lessons that deserve to be shared. I'm also the creator and host of the FAFO Podcast, where I've had the privilege of sitting down with authors, entrepreneurs, creators, and fascinating people from all walks of life. Because I'm on the other side of the microphone every week, I understand what makes a great conversation. I don't believe in canned interviews or rehearsed answers. I enjoy authentic, long-form discussions where there's room to explore ideas, tell stories, laugh, disagree respectfully, and go down unexpected rabbit trails that often produce the most memorable moments. Outside of writing and podcasting, I'm a certified personal trainer and have spent years helping people improve their health and confidence. Fitness has always been about much more than lifting weights—it's about discipline, consistency, mindset, and helping people become stronger physically and mentally. Long before I was writing books or interviewing guests, I entertained audiences as professional wrestler Big Daddy Storm. Wrestling taught me storytelling in its purest form. It taught me how to command an audience, think on my feet, adapt in real time, and understand that people connect with authenticity far more than perfection. Those lessons have influenced everything I've done since. I also own Undefined Radio, an independent internet radio station dedicated to giving independent musicians, podcasters, and creators a platform to reach new audiences. I believe independent voices deserve to be heard, and I enjoy helping others grow just as much as growing my own projects. If you're looking for a guest who can speak about writing, publishing, podcasting, entrepreneurship, fitness, entertainment, storytelling, branding, creative entrepreneurship, or simply the lessons learned from living an unconventional life, I'd love to join you. I'm laid-back by nature, I genuinely enjoy conversation, and I don't need a list of prepared questions to have a great interview. Some of the best discussions happen when two curious people simply sit down, start talking, and see where the conversation leads.

Speaker & Strategic Communications Leader on Trust, Human Connection, Resilience, and the People Who Change What We Believe is Possible
Emillio Rodriguez is a speaker and strategic communications leader whose work is built around a powerful idea: the way we see people can change what they believe is possible. At 16, Emillio survived an 80-mph rollover crash. The vehicle rolled three times, and metal tore through the center of his seat, missing him by inches. In the years that followed, he worked through guilt, self-doubt, and questions about purpose. What changed his trajectory was people, those who showed up, believed in him, and saw possibilities he could not yet see. That experience became the foundation of his message, See Them First. Today, Emillio uses stories and his practical SPACE framework to help people become more intentional, connect more deeply, and show up in ways that build trust and lasting influence.

Silvia Rizzo
High-Performance Leadership & Decision-Making.
Silvia Rizzo works in high-performance environments across sport and business, focusing on leadership and decision-making under pressure. Her background is in elite sport, where she has spent years working with performance, error management, and mental resilience in real-world, high-stakes situations. On podcasts, she explores how leaders handle pressure, make decisions when things don't go as planned, and maintain credibility over time.
My work sits at the intersection of high-performance sport and business, where pressure, decision-making, and responsibility are part of everyday reality. I've spent years operating in environments where mistakes are visible, outcomes matter, and leadership isn't theoretical — it's tested in real time. That experience shaped how I think about performance, credibility, and how people respond when things don't go as planned. On podcasts, I don't deliver rehearsed frameworks or motivational soundbites. I prefer honest conversations, practical examples, and thoughtful dialogue around leadership under pressure, managing error, and making decisions in complex situations. Hosts usually appreciate that conversations with me are natural, reflective, and easy to navigate — focused on creating value for the audience rather than promoting a personal agenda.
Mon, 21 Sep 2026 - 26min - 692 - Weird Marketing That Works: How Amber Petty Built a $900K Business Without Social Media
Amber Petty
Weird Marketing Maven, Email Marketing, Ads, Non-Social Media Marketing, Anti-Perfectionism, Bringing Weird to Your Business is the Best Way to Make Money.
After 13 years as a working actor in New York City, I got tired of waiting for auditions like "woman disappointed by scale" for a Weight Watchers commercial and went into freelance writing. From there, I got bylines, realized perfectionism was ruining my life, and went into a major depressive episode! All during a move to LA where I felt like a pale alien in a foreign land. From this place of low energy and big dreams, I developed systems to get work done without hating myself. Without constant inner critic attacks shutting me down. And...I kept getting work. Eventually working as a full-time copywriter for major brands and realizing that copywriting for others was not my hearts desire, but building a business of my own? Ooh! From a free workshop to out of work actors during lockdown, my current business was born. In 5 years, I've helped creatives get bylines, start businesses, and grow their audience without feeling like an influencer posing in front of their neighbors Lamborghini. As a disorganized oddball who doesn't shy away from a Simpsons or Little Mermaid reference, I've made $900K in 5 years and have an email list of 11,000. Now, I run the Weirdness Way, my 4-week marketing program that focuses on creativity first, KPIs second. It's like the Artist's Way for Marketing, but you only have to do stuff 3 times a week. And the Weird Sisterhood - a business mastermind for Weird Girls of all genders to network, connect, and grow without relying on social media. It includes a monthly virtual marketplace where Weird Sisters get a chance to sell their stuff live to an audience that loves quirky, small businesses. When I quit acting, I thought I wasted my life. That I spent years learning useless skills, destined to be broke forever. Yet every single skill from "yes and" to performing for a quiet crowd, made my business a success. There's no one way to do business. There's no one way to market. The only real rule is: it has to come from YOU. For real. So that's me! A weird girl helping overlooked geniuses translate their many skills into words that get attention.

Sun, 20 Sep 2026 - 30min - 690 - From Conflict to Connection: Dan Messinger on Leadership, Trust & Executive Presence
Dan Messinger
Authentic, Deep OG Conflict Resolution Expert and Executive Presence Trainer whose Passion is to Transform Leaders, Teams, and Organizations. Worked with Google, Facebook, CAT, Sargento and others.
I'm a Conflict Resolution expert and Executive Presence trainer. I've worked with Google, Facebook, CAT, IMAX, hp, Sargento, and so many others. I'm authentic and I run deep. I'm able to help leaders, teams, and organizations transform because I've spent decades transforming myself. When facilitating Conflict Resolution, I teach leaders how to bring up concerns without blame and how to listen without defensiveness. I then facilitate challenging and delicate conversations where the leaders must use these same communication tools. When people communicate without blame and defensiveness, all of the old stories and misperceptions crumble and they are left with the authentic connection and mutual trust they just created. When facilitating Executive Presence trainings, I help leaders discover their authentic self which in itself is powerful and inspirational. I do this by helping leaders become conscious of their unconscious thought and behavior patterns so that they can make conscious proactive choices about how they want to think, act, and even feel, which transforms their results and way of being. I help leaders become present by helping them become conscious within the myriad of ways we take for granted every day: how we think, how we move, how we speak, how we sit and stand. When leaders choose to become conscious in this way throughout their day, they actualize their authentic self and their true executive presence.

After 12 years leading strategy in financial services, management consulting, and investment banking, I walked away from corporate to build something of my own and never looked back. Within 15 months I built my first brick and mortar business to six figures. Since then I've scaled to $600K+, helped over 1,200 clients transform their relationship with their own self, marriage, partners, money and business, and watched my clients land six figure contracts they once thought were impossible for someone like them. But here's what makes me a different kind of wealth conversation: I'll be the first to tell you that making money and keeping it are two very different skills. I can help a client scale to six figures and still admit I'm working on paying myself consistently. That kind of honesty is rare and it's exactly what women need to hear.

Marcia Ruben
The Untangle Doctor.
Dr. Marcia Ruben is an executive coach, organizational consultant, and graduate leadership professor emerita with more than three decades of experience helping leaders cut through complexity and lead with clarity. She's the author of The Neuroscience of Leadership: Rewire. Untangle. Lead., which translates brain science into practical tools leaders can actually use — so they can stop reacting and start leading with intention.
For more than three decades, I've sat across from leaders who are smart, capable, and completely overwhelmed. They're not failing because they lack skill or drive — they're stuck because their brains are running patterns that made sense once and now work against them. That's the work I've dedicated my career to: helping leaders untangle those patterns and lead from a place of clarity and confidence instead of reaction and fear. I'm an executive coach, organizational consultant, and graduate leadership professor emerita with a doctorate and a deep background as a student of social cognitive neuroscience. I was awarded two teaching awards. My new book, The Neuroscience of Leadership: Rewire. Untangle. Lead., just launched and hit number one new release on Amazon in both Business & Management and Social Science Research within days. What I bring to your listeners isn't a pep talk or a productivity hack. It's a grounded, research-informed framework that explains why capable leaders get stuck — and exactly what they can do about it. Your audience will walk away understanding their own brain a little better, and with practical tools they can use the moment they're back at their desk. If your listeners are leaders navigating complexity, uncertainty, or the kind of pressure that makes good people react badly, this conversation is for them.

Bryant Oberg
Founder of Human Co-Pilot, Helping Business Owners and Professionals Put the Human Back in AI.
I'm Bryant Oberg, the founder of Human Co-Pilot, where I help business owners put the human back in AI. I work with entrepreneurs, executives and business professionals who feel overwhelmed by AI to help them actually utilize this technology. I live in Jerusalem with my wife and four, who range from six to four months. I gave up a position as a partner at a hedge fund to explore my dream of entrepreneurship and I found my footing in AI. Never a tech geek, I now wear the tech hat. My focus is not on hype or technical jargon, but on helping real people understand where AI fits in their business. My journey isn't smooth, nor is it wildly successful (yet), but I am one of the few people spending hours every day understanding how to practically leverage this technology for the tired professional, exhausted executive and overwhelmed entrepreneur.
Wed, 16 Sep 2026 - 25min - 686 - The Calm and Connected Parent: Ending Power Struggles Through Emotional Leadership with Todd Sarner
Todd Sarner
For more than 20 years, I've worked with parents who love their children deeply, have read the books, tried the advice, and still find themselves stuck in daily conflict, power struggles, and self-doubt. Again and again, I saw the same pattern: good parents were being taught to manage behavior at the surface, while the real drivers of family stress were going unaddressed. As a licensed psychotherapist, parent coach, and former faculty member of the Neufeld Institute, I built my work around a different approach, one rooted in attachment, emotional regulation, and calm, connected leadership. I help parents understand what is actually happening underneath the behavior so they can stop reacting, start leading, and create lasting change in their homes. What makes me a strong podcast guest is that I bring both depth and practicality. I can speak to the psychology, the neuroscience, and the family dynamics, but I also know how to translate those ideas into language that feels accessible, compassionate, and genuinely useful to listeners. My goal is not just to sound insightful. It is to leave audiences feeling relieved, understood, and better equipped. I'm the author of The Calm & Connected Parent, which focuses on raising resilient children in the age of screens, stress, and AI. I also have a forthcoming book, The Weather Maker: A Father's Guide to Transforming His Marriage, His Family, and Himself, scheduled for release in September 2026. Together, these books give me a timely and meaningful lens for conversations not only about parenting, but also about fathers, marriage, emotional leadership, and the deeper work of shaping a healthy family culture. If a host wants a guest who can offer substance, warmth, and actionable insight, while speaking directly to the struggles so many parents and couples quietly carry, I'm a strong fit.

Drew Mcholm
Doing work that changes hearts.
Drew McHolm's Scottish brogue gives him away immediately. Yes, he is from Scotland, and yes, he is the pastor at The Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. But there is so much more... Drew was born in Glasgow. His mom, an avid reader and creative, adopted him. His adoptive father was a hard-working man who lived out his deep faith every day. He taught Drew the value of hard work, of finishing what you start, and how to push through the inevitable difficulties we all face in this life. Early on, Drew became the youth minister and worship leader at his church. His love for music and his desire to keep getting better at it continues to this very day. Through the years, Drew has been an entrepreneur, a business leader and a working musician and singer. And now, he is an author. His first book, Minister of Justice will publish summer of 2026. In every endeavor throughout his remarkable (and never boring) life, he has had a single goal in mind. "I have always strived to make sure that the work I do will somehow change the hearts of people." He is married to Jesse and they pastor the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa.

Mon, 07 Sep 2026 - 26min - 677 - Natalie Luke: The Trust Tax—Why Burnout Is a Responsibility Design Problem
Natalie Luke
Burnout isn't a wellness problem. It's a responsibility design problem — and I can prove it.
The year my house burned down, my organization asked me to publish 15 peer-reviewed papers. Most professors produce one or two in a year. I had a destroyed home, a family to hold together, and a publication pipeline that couldn't stop moving. There was no playbook for what I was being asked to carry. And there was certainly no one in the room formally acknowledging how much of it had quietly become mine. That year didn't break me — but it forced me to solve something I hadn't seen clearly before. If I was going to survive at this level, I couldn't just work harder or manage my time better. I had to completely rethink how I led — what was actually mine to own, what I was absorbing out of habit or reward, and what the structure around me kept funneling in my direction whether I agreed to it or not. What I discovered is what your audience is living right now. The most capable people in any organization become the default holders of everything unclaimed. Not because they're weak. Because they're trusted. Because they step in. Because the alternative is watching things fall — and they care too much to let that happen. That dynamic has a cost. I call it the Trust Tax. And it compounds invisibly until suddenly it doesn't. Your audience doesn't need another framework for doing more. They need someone who has lived at the intersection of impossibly high stakes and structural chaos — and came out the other side with a research-backed answer to the question nobody is asking out loud: Is this just what it takes to be this good at this level — or is something actually wrong with the system? The answer is yes. Something is wrong with the system. And it can be fixed. That's what I bring to your show.
Sun, 06 Sep 2026 - 27min - 676 - Pam Landry: Caregiver Resilience, Self-Care and Rediscovering Your Inner Compass
Pam Landry
Caregivers and others who care for family members while managing a career
WHY BOOK ME
While I'm a nice person, it's my peaceful presence that creates a safe space for an audience to allow their inner wisdom to begin to shine through as they listen. For some change-seekers, I represent an example of how post-intense life experiences, such as caregiving, can look. It's not about what I do for a living now, but how I successfully navigated the chaos with a resiliency that boosted, rather than weakened, my mental health state. Listening to your chat with me, could spark the realization within your audience that change is not only possible but that it's within them to decide to make whatever change they desire most. Holding space for others is the strongest of my super powers. I unintentionally honed it throughout my life to serve the various chapters in my journey from the corporate world to prayer chaplain, and, ultimately, to becoming a health/inner connection coach with certifications in multiple disciplines to better support my clients.
ABOUT
I have a passion for people who care for others in whatever capacity, including caring for self. I am a space-holding haven for change seekers who have misplaced their inner compass while caring for others. I use focused inquiries to inspire and support self-discovery, bringing compassion, empathy, and experience to each meeting. I offer a collaborative effort, creating self-awareness and maintainable changes. I believe that each person knows what to do to resolve difficulties, but situations keep them stuck and unable to access their inner wisdom by themselves.
Sat, 05 Sep 2026 - 40min - 675 - Peter S. Bergeron: The Trapped Operator | 12 Fatal Issues Facing Small Businesses
Peter S. Bergeron
Author of The Trapped Operator and Creator of the 12 Fatal Issues for Small Business Framework.
My name is Peter Bergeron. I am the author of The Trapped Operator™ and creator of the 12 Fatal Issues Framework™ — a structural diagnostic system built from fifty years inside small businesses, including nearly two decades running my family's business before closing its doors on January 13, 2020. That fifty years did not start in a classroom. It started on the showroom floor of my dad's business in 1977, when I was four years old. By six I was matching incoming inventory against packing lists. By fourteen I was good enough at the work that my mom, who ran the administrative side, had to fire me for the kind of trouble fourteen-year-olds cause when they know too much and answer to nobody. I spent the next two decades working inside other small businesses — a gas station, a financial services firm, a job shop, a beer distributor — moving through bookkeeping, controller, and operations roles, learning the same structural patterns repeating across different industries, different owners, different decades. When I finally had enough experience and an MBA to back it up, my dad called and said, in the way he said most things, "I think you might finally be smart enough to come work for me." I said yes without hesitation. Closing that business in January 2020 left me with more questions than answers. That drove me back to pursue my doctorate, and what I quickly discovered was that what happened to us was the norm, not the exception. What started as a personal search for what I did wrong evolved into something larger — how do we stop other families from repeating the same fate. Three years of research led to an answer: what small business owners experience every day is not bad luck or personal failure. It is a predictable, structural condition that no existing framework had been built to explain or address. The Small Business Durability Model and the 12 Fatal Issues Framework™ were built to fill that gap. What a podcast audience gains from a conversation with me is not theory for theory's sake. It is fifty years of pattern recognition from inside the businesses most frameworks were never built to describe — translated into language that does not require a business degree to follow, but never talks down to the people living it. The Trapped Operator™ released July 1, 2026. Information about the book, the framework, a preview, reader reviews, where to buy it, and how to claim your bonus gift are all at thetrappedoperator.com. I am a doctoral candidate in business administration at Johnson & Wales University, with a dissertation focused on family business succession and generational transfer, and an adjunct instructor of Entrepreneurial Mindset at Florida Gulf Coast University.

Christopher Thompson
Instructor Thompson of Dragonfly academy of integrated defensive arts and My self defense studio..
Salutatuons! I'm instructor Thompson, a firearms instructor, range safety officer, certified firearms specialists ( allows me to testify in court on firearms and ammunition) and a martial arts instructor. I have twenty seven years in as a teacher, and a practitioner of 31 in Ed Parkers Kenpo. To keep it brief in 2014 a student of mine was brutally, murdered with a knife. He wasn't just a student. He was a family friend and ever since and for more than a decade, I have been studying, creating and building solutions that were not generally known and much of which wasn't even publicly available. As a student first I started cross training in everything I could possibly find. Looking for a solution to how to stop a knife attack. At the time I thought I knew, I was wrong! I promised his parents who were friends of mine that I would always keep his name alive in the bravery of his actions trying to stop someone who just and took the life of his best friend in front of him. I went to Kali, Muay Thai and firerarms. I've spent every day since studying in practicing on how to survive a stabbing event. I run a couple of companies and with my business partner. Those words, " a stabbing event" belong to my colleague Michael. His own experiences were similar to mine, and what he says is, knife defense doesn't exist. There's simply surviving a stabbing event! We created Dragonfly academy of integrated defensive arts. Specializing in managing violence, and specifically on a mission to help serve marginalized communities like LGBTQ+, indigenous and native population, and groups that face targeted acts of violence. We built this to help save lives, because self defenses is for everyone! But not everyone has equal access, our mission is to help those who really need it survive! Our mission is for those groups but our work is for everyone. We want to help as many people as we can and ensure they understand what survival looks like across the spectrum. Because violence and self defense training are not one thing, they're both many things!

Sarah Turner
Brain Red Light Expert
Sarah is the founder and CEO of CeraThrive, with a science background and a focused interest in how light influences biology, particularly circadian rhythms, mitochondrial function, and brain health. Her perspective is shaped not only by research, but by hands-on experience, including involvement in clinical trials in neurodegeneration, where she saw first-hand the impact that targeted light therapies can have. What makes her valuable to podcast audiences is her ability to connect that science with real-world application. Rather than presenting health as a set of complex protocols, she explores how modern environments, especially disrupted light exposure, are quietly affecting energy, sleep, and long-term resilience. She also speaks to the idea of agency in wellness and ageing, drawing on both personal experience and ongoing research, and challenging the assumption that decline is inevitable.

Ingeborg Mooiweer
Successful in business. But Love hurts?
Ingeborg Mooiweer is an executive coach with 35 years of experience helping high-achieving executives break the patterns that make them brilliant at work and struggling at home. She helps executives who have built everything they wanted, except a love life that works.
I grew up with a narcissistic mother. I didn't have language for it then, I just knew that love felt conditional, that being enough meant being safe, and that I learned to read rooms before I learned to trust people. That pattern followed me into my career. And into my marriage. I became exceptional at work. I built a practice, helped organisations, and earned the trust of C-suite executives across the world. Professionally, everything looked right. But in the span of two and a half years, I lost seven people who mattered most to me. Grief upon grief, with no room to breathe. Those losses cracked something open and confirmed what I had been seeing for 35 years in my work: the patterns we develop in childhood to survive become the patterns that silently erode our closest relationships as adults. I call them survival codes. For most high-achieving executives, one of three codes is running the show right now and they have no idea.

Thomas Addison
Not Just Talk! I have been there. Business Consulting Services for Growth Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and Duke MBA
Thomas Addison is an exit planning advisor, AI strategist, and serial business owner who has been on every side of the transaction table. He lost $1.55M on a business re-entry that looked right on paper — then used what he learned to acquire a garage door company, make money and sell it, execute a 2x exit on a sandwich franchise, and build a federal contracting company with a GSA Schedule and SDVOSB designation. The loss wasn't the end. It was the education that made everything else possible.Today Thomas holds the CEPA certification from the Exit Planning Institute, a Duke MBA, and a CISSP, and owns a commercial PCB repair company that runs without him — because he built it that way deliberately. He works with business owners $2M+ in enterprise value to close the operational and technology gaps suppressing their valuation before a sale, using AI tools he has built and deployed in live businesses. He speaks on exit readiness, the real cost of owner dependency, and how AI is changing what buyers actually pay for.

Jennifer Ballow
Social Worker Writes Book About Tooth Fairy to Help Kids Connect with Caregivers
My name is Jennifer Ballow and I'm a social worker and children's book author in Austin. I wrote a children's picture book about the Tooth Fairy, called Under My Pillow. The story is about five-year-old Sam, who loses her first tooth. At her mom's direction, Sam puts the tooth under her pillow for the tooth fairy, but the following day, it's gone! No tooth and no present. Sam writes a letter to the tooth fairy inquiring about the tooth, and the tooth fairy decides to make an exceptional visit to Sam's house. She arrives with her pet bird Gordy—who, it turns out, has stolen the tooth! Sam, her mom, and the tooth fairy team up to solve the mystery. Once they do, Sam must forgive Gordy's "trick." In this way, the book explores themes of problem-solving, trust, and forgiveness. My decades of experience as a social worker have taught me how critical social/emotional learning is to healthy childhood development and that stories, above all else, drive this learning—especially when reinforced by related activities. I wrote UNDER MY PILLOW to give kids the words to express their emotions, to model both curiosity and conflict resolution, and to challenge the roles tradition, family, and friends play throughout the coming-of-age experience. The supplemental questions and activities included at the back of the book are designed to spark creativity and foster imagination, while also encouraging children and their caregivers to connect in more meaningful ways.

Elliot Sawyer
Loyalty Strategist: Helping High Capacity Organizations Experiencing Low Buy-In, Become Businesses People Love to Work For and Buy From
I help businesses grow by building loyalty across leadership, teams, and customers. While this applies across industries, I've seen some of the strongest results in low-trust environments where skepticism is high and growth is hardest to unlock. That's where loyalty becomes a true competitive advantage.
In those settings, most companies rely on tactics rooted in self-interest, which leads to disengaged teams, guarded customers, and stalled growth. I help leaders replace that with a honor-based approach that increases connection, strengthens relationships, and drives demand.
Part of what shaped this work comes from my own experience. Earlier in my life and career, I struggled with performance anxiety, which forced me to confront how much of my focus was on myself… how I was performing and how I was being perceived. When that shifted, everything changed. I began to see that the same self-focus shows up in business and quietly erodes trust.
Since then, I've delivered over 1,500 talks and spent over 10,000 hours guiding professionals across a wide range of industries, shaping how they lead, build relationships, and show up in their work. My work shows that even in the most skeptical environments, loyalty can be rebuilt and become a multiplier for growth.
What I bring to podcasts is a clear, bridging the gap between mindset and measurable business outcomes. I bring practical frameworks, real-world application, and a clear message: in low-trust environments, people skills aren't soft skills… they are the competitive advantage.

But the road to that moment began years earlier in Skokie, Illinois, where a block of co-op apartments and split-level houses felt like an entire universe.

George Little
I design, build, and tinker. Always for fun, sometimes for money.
I'm George, a designer, tech entrepreneur, and outdoor enthusiast! I have an equal love for tinkering with AI as I do hiking with my dogs.
Here's a little backstory on who I am and what makes me tick...
Originally from the Philly area, I studied architecture at Syracuse and thinking I was going to be a black turtleneck wearing new york architect, moved to Brooklyn to work for one of the big name firms.
After a few years, I realized this wasn't for me. It dawned on me that the part of my job I liked the most I was doing the least of: graphic design & technology. I found I was much better at pitching building designs, marketing the company's brand, and tinkering with technology to improve our efficiencies and workflows.
So I pivoted my career to "graphic design" which lead me to an AI company where I learned about startups, remote-work, SaaS marketing, and building a business that serves the tech community.
Years later, I now run my own remote-only consultancy that aims to work with startups and venture-backed companies to build/improve their brands and websites.
I spend my workdays balanced between client work, marketing my own business, and tinkering on projects I find interesting... like VetResumes.com, Archive51.art, Stacked.camp, to name a few. More recently I've been trying to slash my AI company subscriptions by building my own system on the back of a bunch of used mac minis.
Outside of work, I'm a big nature lover. I've hiked, camped, kayaked, trailered, overlanded, and backpacked all over this country (and a splash of Canada). My wife and I recently moved our family to Oregon to purse a long-time dream of running a PNW flower farm (which i will, of course, find a reason to apply technology).

Online Dating Safety Expert and Dating Coach
I have been a dating coach for over 15 years. A few years ago I realised that my clients don't have the same horror stories as other people I talk to do because I bake safety into their dating training.
A year ago in the same 24 hour period I heard from two friends that their children had just experienced horrific sexual assault... gang rape on a young gay man naively picking up someone for a 1st date on tinder and the rape of my friend's daughter hosting a dinner on a second date while my friend was in the house.
In both of these instances when I heard the circumstances I KNEW that these horrible assaults could have been prevented if these young people had only had the skills and tools I teach to date safely online.
From there I created Swipe Safely, the first course aimed at increasing internet dating safety.
It is now my mission to make people safer dating online, shifting them from prey behavior to confident deterrance.

Mark Astor
Attorney Saving Families at the Intersection of Law, Mental Health & Addiction
I didn't set out to build a law firm. I set out to save families.
Early in my career, I was a prosecutor inside the criminal justice system. I saw firsthand what happens when addiction and untreated mental illness collide with law enforcement: people don't get better — they get processed, warehoused, and traumatized. Families are left powerless, confused, and grieving someone who is still alive.
Years later, after leaving government service, I found myself sitting across from parents, spouses, and siblings who all said the same thing:
"We don't know what to do anymore."
Their loved one wasn't asking for help. Treatment had failed. The system had failed. And "waiting" felt like a death sentence.
So I co-founded a law firm with a singular mission: to give families lawful, compassionate tools to intervene when a loved one's mind has been hijacked by addiction or severe mental illness.
Since then, I've helped thousands of families navigate crises involving substance use, psychiatric instability, medical complexity, and resistance to care — using legal frameworks most people don't even know exist. I've watched families move from chaos and despair to clarity and action. And I've seen lives saved not by handcuffs or hope alone, but by informed intervention.
What makes my voice different is this:
I live at the intersection of law, mental health, addiction, and family dynamics — and I'm not speaking in theory. I'm speaking from the trenches.
On podcasts, I don't offer platitudes. I explain:
Why "waiting until they're ready" can be deadly
Why the system often reacts after irreversible harm
Why families are not "controlling" — they are responding to cognitive impairment
And why legal intervention, when done correctly, can be an act of love, not punishment
Hosts book me because I bring clarity to uncomfortable conversations, challenge popular myths around addiction and recovery, and give audiences something rare: a framework for action when compassion alone isn't enough.
If your show tackles mental health, addiction, family trauma, personal growth, leadership, or hard truths — I won't just fill time.
I'll give your audience something they'll remember, wrestle with, and share.

Tom Anderson — Author, God-pursuer, collector of friends. Helping people rediscover who they are through grace, belonging, and a relational view of God.
I'm Tom Anderson, author of "From Sinnership to Sonship: The Story of Becoming", and my message was born out of a long, imperfect, grace-filled journey of marriage, fear, healing, and discovering who we truly are in God.
My wife Nancy and I married young — and we were a mess. I was afraid of life. I lived inside a very small comfort zone, and when my world felt threatened, I would literally curl into the fetal position. Nancy struggled with clinical depression and felt trapped in a marriage that wasn't giving either of us the life we hoped for.
Early in our marriage, we committed ourselves to Jesus because we knew what we were doing wasn't working. For eight years, we hung on by our fingernails, trying to survive while quietly wondering if real change was even possible. Then one day, as we prayed together, a Scripture from Isaiah came forcefully to us:
"Consider not the former things… Behold, I am doing a new thing."
We sensed God was not just offering comfort — He was making a promise. And over the decades, we have watched Him faithfully "perform that word" in our lives.
Like Abraham, our journey has been a slow process, going through predictable stages, from brokenness to wholeness, from striving to belonging, from not being enough to being sufficient. What started as a survival mentality gradually became growing relationship. What started as religion gradually became sonship, and we rest in the place of "It is finished."
More than fifty years later, Nancy and I are still married, still growing, and — even in this past year — have entered a deeper level of relational ease and shared pursuit of what God has called us to: ministering the grace of God. We're the grateful parents of a son and daughter, with spouses, who are walking with the Lord, and grandparents to six grandchildren.

Shermain Melton is a truth teller. He is also Black, accomplished, gay, and Christian. For a long time, he thought God had played a trick on him by giving him a big heart to love people while subjecting him to rejection from the church for living his truth of being gay. He has lost friends and business for owning who he is. Shermain rose from a childhood of poverty, gunshots, and drug dealers to become a self-made and debt-free millionaire. He carries survivor guilt because not all his friends made it out alive. At age twenty, he became the general manager of an underperforming Pizza Hut and led his team of forty to generate over one million dollars in revenue. While his peers were learning business theory, he was running a real business. He eventually walked away from a lucrative technology career as a senior network engineer at American Express. He spent years optimizing broken networks but realized the most critical network that needed fixing was the connection between leaders and their authentic selves. We are currently battling a loneliness epidemic that is killing accomplished Black men in silence. Shermain is on a mission to end this isolation by demanding deep connection, unapologetic belonging, and raw courage. He is the author of The Loneliness of the Accomplished Black Man and he is here to challenge you to stop playing small. Please welcome Shermain Melton.

Success you can live with! 60 hours/week to 10 hours with 4 kids in 2.5 years while maintaining income and starting new businesses! Hire & onboard a VA in less than 10 hours
Alexia Hoffman had four daughters in 30 months, a rental portfolio of over 80 doors, a coffee shop, and a real estate business she'd built from the ground up since she was 19 years old.
And she was doing almost all of it herself.
At her peak she was working 60-hour weeks — not because she didn't know better, but because she hadn't yet built the system to get out. She was the bottleneck in her own business, and she knew it.
So she built a framework. A repeatable, no-fluff process to hire and fully onboard a VA in under 10 hours — and she used it to get her weeks down to 10 hours without losing income, clients, or control.
Eight months after having her fourth baby, she ran her first half marathon. Nine months postpartum, she completed her first triathlon. That's what the time back actually meant.
Alexia is a TEDx speaker, 2024 Entrepreneur of the Year, and the creator of the Delegation Clarity Framework. She's not teaching theory — she's teaching exactly what she did, in the season of life your listeners are probably in right now.
If your audience is full of high-achieving women who are building something real but running out of runway to do it alone, Alexia is the guest that moves them from stuck to actually doing it.

On podcasts, Cristian helps audiences think differently about complex, high-stakes initiatives, showing how early decisions shape long-term outcomes, how governance can either reduce or reinforce risk, and how leaders can create clarity in under pressure.
Listeners walk away with a grounded, practical insight they can apply immediately to strengthen decision-making and execution in their own organizations.

Noelle Cablay
A deeply honest, literary memoir about facing a rare cancer and making meaning when life breaks open.
I'm an author, musician, and university professor who wrote Washed in Blue after facing a rare cancer diagnosis. In the book, I not only share my lived experience but also explore the realities of treatment, offering a clear and honest look at what patients actually go through. My work brings together emotional honesty, thoughtful reflection, and a faith-informed perspective to examine the mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions of illness. I'm especially interested in conversations that move beyond surface-level inspiration and get into the real work of making meaning out of difficult experiences, something I've spent much of my life both living and teaching.

Christopher Bauer
Legacy Teacher - Changemaker - Old Soul. Helping Entrepreneurial men raise conscious families, create impact in their local community & build a legacy which outlasts them.
I grew up in Victoria BC and spent most of my life on Vancouver Island. Graduating in 2008 and then spending 5 years going to post-secondary school... I have a Drafting Certificate, a Diploma in Social Sciences, A Diploma in Collision/Refinishing and an Associates Degree in Applied Service Management.
Built my first business in 2014/2015 - Reborn Relics - my classic car restoration shop. I learnt the hard way due to getting mentorship in 2017... that I hired a bad employee. That ended up creating more problem and challenges beyond the financial losses.
In 2017 I started my first online business venture along side the restoration shop - a digital home design business. I spent that year and 2018 promoting it which did not go the best, even with talking to local entrepreneur groups. After investing 5k into the business I only made $500 and due to wanting to expand the market - I tried doing a preliminary design of a multifamily building which got me in trouble with the old boys club (AIBC). That along with the lack of smaller homes design sales pushed me to fold the business in 2019 out of frustration and trying to get a slice of an oversaturated market.
Over 2020-2021 I pivoted and built out a online training business, after going thru Knowledge Broker Blueprint from Tony Robbins and Dean G. It is now known as Mastermind.com.
In the summer of 2024 I got a co-author book deal thru linkedin - Cracking the Rich Code Vol 15, which went international best seller in Dec of the same year.
Leaving Legacy Live is my primary business focus and it is an 8 session/ 22 hour live training for entrepreneurial men on how to raise conscious families, create local impact and leave a legacy which outlasts them.
Beyond my business experience, I have more hobbies and interests than most people.
In no particular order....
- I got into Archery in my teens and then got back into it again my 30's, getting a traditional horse bow (50lb & 60lb draw weights) and a compound bow.
- Planning on having a large library in my next home - I am collecting books when possible to fill it, so I have a large book collection of mostly non-fictional work (business, self help, reference material...)
- Being someone into cars, I have a large classic car collection which I am in the process or restoring (14 total). With my knowledge and experience I am also rebuilding insurance write offs to get into newer sports cars for less than retail.
- I have experience growing Orchids for 17 years and have a collection of around 200 of them.
- In the process of tooling up for bladesmithing as I see that as a form of functional art.
- Since 2020 I have gotten into having Chickens on my acreage.
- Even though I did not become an Architect, I am still very interested in old world building design along with making modern homes more energy efficient to save in annual costs.

Michael Proctor
Founder and President of StewardRight
My name is Michael Proctor, founder of StewardRight. I built my RIA from the ground up alongside a team committed to excellence and deep responsibility.
My work is supported by credentials as a CFP®, RICP®, and CVGA, but my perspective has been shaped by something more personal: wealth is rarely simple. It is emotional, relational, and often messy.
Stewardship Is a Calling
For me, stewardship is not a marketing slogan or a branding exercise. It is a calling and a heavy responsibility.
My Christian worldview teaches that every dollar is a resource entrusted to us, meant to be managed with wisdom. That responsibility extends beyond portfolios and into the home, where money often becomes a source of friction rather than a tool for unity.
The Industry Has Trained People to Expect Too Little
The financial industry has conditioned clients to settle for far too little. Many firms charge high fees while delivering average, index like outcomes that most investors could achieve on their own. I believe that if a client can do it alone, we should be honest enough to say so. If you are paying for professional management, you should receive professional value.
The Friendship Tax and Emotional Shortcuts
I often hear people defend an underperforming advisor because they are a longtime friend. They say, "It's not about the rate of return." To me, saying investing is not about return is like saying going out to eat is not about flavor. Personally, I could open a dog food restaurant and charge twenty dollars a plate if the market was there, but I would not call it fine dining. Too often, we undermine our financial health with emotional shortcuts just to avoid social awkwardness.
Who I Serve
I serve disciplined savers, people who have already done the hard work of building a foundation. Now they are ready for high end stewardship and a clearer path toward building lasting family wealth. Much of my work involves bridging the gap between spouses. It is difficult to talk about money when you cannot see your spouse on the other side of the coin. Because couples are wired differently, financial planning often becomes a series of relational missteps.
A Student of People
I am a student of human wiring, communication, gifting, and the way people are built. My goal is to help individuals and families operate in alignment with how they were designed, and to have direct conversations about the weight of stewardship and the shortcuts that compromise the future.

John Cobb
I help business leaders avoid the twin failures of weak governance and weak messaging.
Podcast audiences want guests who can connect expertise to real-world impact. My work has always been about helping leaders see clearly in the moments when it matters most.
I advise boards, entrepreneurs, and investors through Pholus Advisory, where the focus is on complex markets and high-pressure transitions. Much of my work begins at inflection points: a business preparing for exit, a board under reputational pressure, or an organization where governance and revenue are collapsing at the same time. These are situations where conventional playbooks break down, and leaders need clarity to protect both trust and growth.
People hear words like governance, post-conflict economies, or go-to-market strategy and want to yawn. They sound abstract, but in reality they are some of the most important and interesting challenges leaders face today. That is why I enjoy turning jargon into stories people actually remember. My philosophy is simple: if the audience cannot use it on Monday morning, I have failed them. I do not believe in abstract frameworks. I share the mess, the mistakes, and the plain-spoken lessons that leaders actually carry forward when they face their own problems.
What does that mean for a podcast audience? It means I bring case-based insights, not theories. I can share what actually happens when governance fails, why crises escalate, and how leaders can avoid turning small risks into existential threats. I have advised across the Americas, Africa, and Europe, and those cross-border experiences help me show listeners how fragile environments operate and what that means for their own decision-making.
Beyond governance, I also have a background in direct response marketing and messaging strategy, which gives me a rare perspective: I understand both the discipline required to build internal trust and the storytelling needed to build external credibility. That combination allows me to offer listeners lessons that apply whether they are board members, business owners, entrepreneurs, or NGO leaders.
Hosts who book me get a guest who is serious about preparation and generous with stories and takeaways. Audiences walk away with memorable frameworks and practical insights they can apply immediately; whether that is preparing for a business exit, building investor confidence, or simply learning how to lead under pressure.

Stuart Jones
Author of For the Love of Stephen | Redefining Disability, Dignity & What It Means to Be Fully Human
I'm not coming to your podcast with theory—I'm coming with a story that has been lived.
I'm the author of For the Love of Stephen, a memoir about my brother who lived with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with a foreword by Dr. Temple Grandin and now included in the Library of Congress. His life—and his loss—reshaped how I understand dignity, belonging, faith, and what it truly means to be human.
Professionally, I spent my early career as a minister, then spent 30 years in executive leadership in higher education, and now teach speech communication part-time at the university level. I've had the opportunity to speak with audiences across the country and appear on podcasts, where I'm known for thoughtful, engaging, and often unexpectedly humorous conversations.
On your podcast, I help listeners rethink disability, challenge assumptions, deepen empathy, and see others—and themselves—through a more human and inclusive lens.
If your audience is open to a conversation that is heartfelt, honest, and perspective-changing, I would be honored to join you.

I help leaders & change makers move from extractive performance to regenerative impact
I work with leaders and changemakers who are sensing that the way they've been operating and the systems they're part of no longer quite work, but the next way hasn't fully formed yet.
My work focuses on helping leaders move from extractive performance to regenerative impact — translating inner shifts in clarity, integrity and awareness into how they lead, decide and shape systems in the real world.
After three decades inside and advising or coaching in influential institutions (including the Gates Foundation, the NHS, Nesta, the World Bank) as well as smaller nonprofits and startups, I've seen firsthand how today's leadership models were brilliant for getting us here and why they increasingly fall short of what's needed now. Even deeply values-led leaders can find themselves exhausted, fragmented, and working harder for diminishing returns.

Harvard | Marine | Sequoia Founder
Mike LeBlanc brings a distinct perspective shaped by experience in environments where decisions carry real consequences. He spent 13 years as a Marine Corps officer, including deployments and advisory work at the Pentagon, before transitioning into entrepreneurship and building robotics companies deployed in complex, real-world conditions.
After leaving the military, Mike co-founded multiple robotics companies, including Cobalt Robotics (acquired in 2024) and his current company, Foundation Future Industries, which builds humanoid robotic systems for defense and industrial applications. His work sits at the intersection of leadership, technology, national security, and organizational design.
Podcast conversations with Mike tend to go beyond surface-level business stories. He speaks candidly about leading under pressure, building teams from nontraditional backgrounds, translating military experience into civilian organizations, and what it actually takes to deploy technology in high-stakes environments. He also draws on experience building venture-backed companies at the intersection of AI and robotics—from early hiring and product decisions to scaling and fundraising across all stages. Hosts often find that his background creates natural entry points into discussions on leadership, trust, decision-making, ethics, and execution—whether the audience is interested in startups, defense, robotics, artificial intelligence, or personal leadership growth.

Lin Green
Author, Consultant & Speaker Helping Individuals and Communities Rise with Intention
I'm Lin Green — an award-winning community advocate, columnist, author, speaker, and business and nonprofit consultant. My work sits where real life meets real growth: helping people and organizations turn hard stories into healing, purpose, and impact.
I didn't start out with a polished plan — I started out with a strong willed Matriarch of a Mother. And oh boy, did she give me material. My memoir, Enough with the Secrets, Mama!, is about the messy, hilarious, heartbreaking, and ultimately redemptive journey of trying to survive a complicated mother-daughter relationship while breaking generational patterns most of us would rather ignore. Part immigrant family story, part self-help disguised as memoir, and part "please tell me I'm not the only one," the book takes readers from cultural shifts and childhood chaos to the moment when you decide you're done waiting for permission — and give yourself grace instead.
This lived experience fuels everything I do. From serving on community task forces to empowering nonprofit leaders, I blend real-world strategy with heart — helping audiences laugh, reflect, and do something with what they feel. Podcast hosts book me because I bring depth without dryness, vulnerability without self-pity, and practical insight that meets listeners where they are — whether they're navigating forgiveness, leadership, or legacy.

Christopher Rivers
The Real Story Behind You Shouldn't Have to Kill to Get Ahead — and How We Rebuild the American Dream
I grew up in a working‑class family that did everything right but still struggled to get ahead. At seventeen, I enlisted in the Army and went on to serve in Iraq and Afghanistan. After my first deployment, I earned my degree from West Point, returned to serve again, and later completed graduate studies at Georgetown.
Across those years — from combat zones to diplomatic work to corporate strategy — I kept seeing the same pattern: people working hard, playing by the rules, and still feeling like the system wasn't built for them. That realization pushed me to run for state office, where I knocked on nine thousand doors and heard those stories firsthand.
My book, You Shouldn't Have to Kill to Get Ahead, is the result of that journey. It blends lived experience with clear, accessible insights about leadership, belonging, and what it will take to rebuild trust and opportunity in America.
Hosts bring me on because I make complex issues human and hopeful. I don't do partisan fights — I bring clarity, honesty, and a grounded perspective that helps audiences feel seen and empowered. Sophie Malahieude
Emotional Balance Coach & Author of Beyond Emotions: From Overwhelm to Intentional Love
I'm Sophie Malahieude, an Emotional Balance Coach, Yoga and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, certified Life Coach, and author of the self-help book Beyond Emotions: Stop Letting Emotions Control You and Start Living with Love.
My path into this work didn't begin with a career plan. It began with movement, curiosity, and a deep need to understand myself.
I was born and raised in France, then moved to Germany as an adult. In 1997, I walked into my first yoga class without speaking the language. Yet something in me immediately understood what was happening. Yoga became a place where I felt at home and listened inward. It wasn't just exercise—it was a doorway to understanding how my mind functions. Over time, yoga became my anchor, a practice that taught me how to stay with myself through discomfort, change, and uncertainty.
In 2003, my family and I moved to the United States. With that move came another reinvention. I felt called to go deeper into the practices that had already changed my life, and I decided to become a yoga teacher and later an Ayurvedic practitioner.
For me, yoga is the art of coming home to yourself. It is a living philosophy that teaches us how to observe the mind, feel the body, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate awareness in everyday life. It is not about perfect poses—it is about learning how to be in a relationship with yourself.
Ayurveda added another essential layer. It helped me understand the unique nature of each person and how emotions, digestion, lifestyle, seasons, and daily habits shape our physical and mental health. Ayurveda showed me that symptoms are not random; they are messages. That the body is always communicating with us, and that healing happens when we learn to listen.
With each international move, I had to rebuild my life—new culture, new community, new identity. Along the way, I became a mother, raised two children, and, like many caregivers, spent years prioritizing others while setting parts of myself aside.

Wed, 25 Mar 2026 - 25min - 609 - Abstract Essay in its sixth season, features Brylye Collins Helping singles thrive in self-love and find love intentionally. as my guest.
Brylye Collins
Helping singles thrive in self-love and find love intentionally.
I'm Brylye Collins—Certified Relationship Coach and founder of Building with Bry (Thriving Solo + Intentional Connections). I built this work because I kept hearing the same thing from smart, successful people: "I'm not even excited to date anymore." Not because they don't want love, but because modern dating has become exhausting, confusing, and often disconnected from real values.
My perspective is simple: the quality of your relationships is directly tied to the quality of your relationship with yourself. Before you can connect deeply with someone else, you have to reconnect with you—your needs, your standards, your boundaries, your patterns, and the parts of you that learned to chase, settle, over-give, or tolerate uncertainty. That's what Thriving Solo is about: helping people rebuild self-trust and emotional readiness so dating stops feeling like a performance and starts feeling like alignment.
I work with clients across the U.S. who are ready for a healthier, more intentional approach to love. In coaching, we focus on confidence, clarity, healing old cycles, communication, and boundaries—so clients can stop repeating the same dynamics with different people. And for those who are ready to date with real intention, I offer Intentional Connections, a boutique matchmaking experience designed for people who want a relationship that leads somewhere and are done with the chaos of app culture.
Podcast audiences gain practical tools and honest truth-telling. I'm not here to sell fantasy or "perfect partner" narratives. I help listeners understand why they keep choosing the same type of person, how to spot emotional unavailability early, what secure dating actually looks like, and how to build standards without building walls. I also bring a grounded, modern take on matchmaking—what works, what doesn't, and how to date with strategy while staying true to yourself.
If your show serves women or men who are high-functioning but tired of dating, healing after heartbreak, rebuilding confidence, or ready to call in a healthier relationship, I can give your audience both mindset shifts and actionable steps they can use immediately. A conversation with me helps people stop chasing love and start creating it—consciously, confidently, and intentionally.
