In Matthew 7, Jesus closes out His longest recorded teaching, The Sermon on the Mount. Jesus will highlight 2 types of people: “Hear and Do” people and “Hear and Don’t” people. ‘Hear and Do’ people stormproof their life, while ‘Hear and Don’t’ people are building their lives on sinking sand. It’s only a matter of time until the storm comes and wipes it all away.

In John Chapter 4, Jesus invites a Samaritan woman to come and drink from Living Water. The world offers wells that can never satisfy. Jesus promises if you come to Him, He will give you living water and you will never thirst again.

Jesus is the Good Shepherd. In life we have a choice between 2 paths and 2 people. There isn’t a third option. The Good Shepherd and Abundant Life or the Thief that steals, kills and destroys. To say “No” to the Good shepherd is to say “Yes” to the Thief. Jesus is leading us into the best life possible.

Without Faith it is impossible to please God. Do you trust HIM? It’s a question all of us must answer. Peter walked on water until doubt crept in. When we trust the Lord, walking on water is possible. Do you trust God?

Shame's goal is to distance you from God, disconnect you from your God given purpose and destiny-and eventually, destroy you. You will never hear Jesus say, “Shame on you.” Instead, Jesus says, “Shame on ME” as He goes to the Cross. Jesus bore your shame.

Jesus was asked roughly 183 questions in the Gospels. He asked 307 questions. None were more important than this one: “who do you say I am?” You can’t afford to get that question wrong

The first words we hear from Jesus from John’s Gospel are: “What are you seeking?” It’s a great question. A question we all need to answer. Seek after things and possessions and you’ll be enslaved to them. Seek first the King and the Kingdom and you are freed up to enjoy this life.

How do we make sense of bad things happening to good people. It’s a very human question. One we’ve been asking since Genesis 3 and the fall of man. Today we will tackle this question and in all of it, see the goodness of God

The Gospel is the power of God unto salvation (Romans 1) What happens to people that never have a chance to hear the Gospel? People in closed countries, unreached people groups and children that die before the age of understanding, what happens to them in light of eternity. In times past God spoke through various means: a burning bush, a donkey and the Prophets- He has communicated by the casting of lots and using an ephod. But, when the Holy Spirit arrived on the Day of Pentecost, we received a new dynamic power to hear from God. We received power to walk in God’s will.

Our text today in 1Corinthians chapter 15, Paul calls it the most important thing. The Gospels saves us, keeps us and continues to save us. It is the most important thing. The Gospel hinges on Jesus’s Resurrection. Without it, Paul says, ‘we are to be pitied above all people’, but if it’s true…….The Resurrection changes everything!

The Triumphal entry of Jesus is recorded in all 4 Gospels. The Lord has much for us to see as Jesus rides into Jerusalem. This moment speaks to Jesus’s Domination. Our Sanctification. And the Kings Coronation. Enjoy today’s talk from Matthew 21:1-11.

Psalm 139 reminds us that God was intricately involved in your design. Your “frame” and your “unseen substance” are the result of a a benevolent creator that has a mission for you. Acts 17 tells us that God determines where and when we live so that the world may know God. Therefore, you’ve been uniquely made for the day and the day was made for you to make Jesus known to a lost world.

The Kingdom of God starts small and grows up to be something enormous. Jesus, like a seed, was buried in the ground for 3 days and has grown to 2.6 billion people today. Christians make up more than 1/3 of the world. We continue to cultivate the Garden of God wherever we go and whatever we do.

All of life is worship (Colossians 3:23) But worship and song have been a part of creation from the very beginning. Music has a way of transporting us into the Most Holy Place- The Presence of God. Psalm 100:1-4 encourages us to “enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise.

Generosity has been woven into the fabric of God’s creation. When we are generous we tap into God’s good design which always leads to human flourishing. Generosity is God’s Desire and God’s Design.

In Genesis 2, we see the first account of marriage. 4 spiritual laws to a stronger marriage are revealed: The Law of Priority, the Law of Pursuit, the Law of Partnership and the Law of Pure Presence.

You’ve been designed by God for community. To pull away from people is to harm your self. The Surgeon General has deemed isolation and loneliness to be an epidemic in our country. It’s killing us. God has made us to walk together in spiritual family- The Church.
