    Ryan Huber serves as special advisor to the New Canaan Society on Thought Leadership and leads the NCS Speakers Bureau. Ryan has been teaching, speaking, writing, and helping people grow for over 20 years in church, school, college, seminary, and corporate settings. He is an affiliate assistant professor of Christian Ethics at Fuller Theological Seminary. Ryan’s first book, Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s Ethics of Formation, was released in 2020. His FORMATION series has been used by small groups, Bible studies, and church classes across the country. He’s also written on the Significance of Friendship for Spiritual Formation in Bonhoeffer’s life and for Christians today. He holds a PhD in Theology, concentrating on Christian Ethics and Church History, from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a ThM from Boston College. He lives with his wife, Jessica, and three sons in Nashville!

    Dr. William Henry, a devoted husband to Keisha and a proud father to Daniel. A distinguished graduate of New York Theological Seminary where he earned his Doctor of Ministry as a member of the Dr. Adam Clayton Powell Jr. cohort, 2022 and Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he obtained a Master of Social Work Degree in 2017. For over sixteen years, Dr. Henry has faithfully served returning citizens in the Paterson community, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to restoration, reintegration, and dignity for those transitioning from incarceration. Over the past three years, he has further extended his impact through his work at New Destiny Family Success Center and the Restorative and Transformative Justice Hub, where he mentors and guides justice-involved youth between the ages of 14 and 20. His work reflects both professional excellence and a deeply rooted calling to uplift those navigating complex life circumstances. A seasoned professional mentor, Dr. Henry brings a unique integration of theological insight and social work practice, bridging spiritual truth with practical transformation. When sharing, Dr. Henry will integrate content about the Parodical Son (Luke 15: 11-32), from his dissertation, with a focused exploration of His justice and righteousness, as revealed in John 3:16–17, a passage that not only proclaims divine love, but also underscores the balance of mercy and moral order in God’s redemptive plan.
