The abundance we are gifted with is meant to be shared and used to plant seeds of growth further than we can see. Yet, we still need boundaries. Every cup is not to be filled by you. Vampires and mosquitos love the light too.

Life is all about balance. The higher we go the deeper we must go; within. The deeper we must dig into painful and joyful cycles rooted in our DNA. In order to know peaks we must know valleys. Finding gratitude in it all.

When we get the closest to our dreams and desires often times we experience self doubt. We ask, do I really deserve this? Can I really maintain all I asked for? Then, self doubt turns to self sabotage. So, we must remember God would never take us to a new level we aren’t prepared for. You DESERVE.

Our new self and new level we’ve entered cannot be maintained by recycling the energy of our past. We must incorporate new habits, new techniques, new skills, and whatever new energy this level requires.

Often times we get so caught up in self improvement and embodying a high frequency that we forget we are human. We put so much pressure on ourselves to constantly be and do better. We must know that true love is fully accepting the good and not so good parts of ourselves and life as a whole; never expecting perfection.

The higher version of yourself you become, the higher level of challenges we must overcome. Just like in school; each grade we pass the more challenging the assignments become. Jus like in science & nature; the brighter the light the more mosquitos that come in night. All for the purpose of further continuing our growth.

With every new beginning we must adapt to new blessings and new challenges. With every level up we must level up our boundaries. With every ascension we must move in alignment and ascend our mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional energy bodies.

We are a reflection of nature. Just like fruits, flowers, and leaves of trees must fall and die to grow again, we too must align with the cycle of life. We must release and let go of the old version of ourselves from the last cycle in order to elevate. Death is the only way to unlock the door to new life.

When we elevate, grow, and expand our internal world, our outer world soon begins to match. In both the internal and external process of expansion we must face different levels of pain to help kickstart and maintain the transition. Rest assured, it’s all a necessary part of the journey.

When you are basking in your earned success, love, and rich experiences, be prepared for the hate. Others wish they could be where you are and because of their dissatisfaction and disbelief within themselves, they will project their own self hate. Instead of internalizing and taking it personal, let it motivate and remind you that you only get hate because you’re GREAT.

Hate from others is simply an attempt to project ones own unhappiness, trauma, and dissatisfaction with life onto another. An attempt to transfer their energy to yours so they aren’t alone in their sadness; Misery loves company. So, we must learn to respond differently and remain in our high vibration and the hate can’t even touch us.

The traumas we have faced in childhood often become fears we carry into adulthood. We have a choice to run from them or faced them head on. If we choose to run we become exactly what we fear.

Happiness, peace, and alignment are a choice. If we choose to wait on our external circumstances or let the action/inaction of others determine our state of being, we will never maintain a state of happiness.

As a collective we are experiencing a transition; a shift. In this new rising paradigm, health is a priority as the divine feminine energy is making her return after being suppressed for centuries. When we do deep internal healing and make the necessary changes toward living in our highest form, people and energies from the past will attempt to interfere with you stepping into your NEW reality. We must release the worries, triggers, and lack of inner standing from others and be UNAPOLOGETIC.

When making changes to our lifestyle, habits, and beliefs, we must have patience and persistence. Change does not happen over night, it takes continuous and repetitive decision making in order to rewire brain patterns and see the results of these changes.

The higher we want to fly, the deeper we must go within our roots. The greater we want to be, the deeper lessons we must learn. When we learn to surrender and find gratitude for the ebbs and flow of life, we fall deeper in love with ourselves and this life experience as a WHOLE.

If we look at nature we’ll see all life is created from balance; a plant is grown from sunlight, water, earth, and air. A child is created through the join of man and womban. Nature shows us in order to embody love and create the reality we desire we must know balance.

All life begins at the roots! Therefore in order to transition and heal the energy we have built our lives on, we must return to the roots!

The cycle of life allows us to enters seasons of transition in order to elevate us like a spiral. With each new cycle of seasons, fall time ask us to release what is and will no longer serve the new cycle we are entering. When we release, we make space to receive what’s aligned with a higher version of ourselves.

In order to cultivate a true sense of love within ourselves, our friendships, our children, our partners, and our life as a whole we must learn to accept the light and darkness that is within everything.

We all go through seasons of release; releasing habits, people, jobs, beliefs, clothes, environments etc. We must let ourselves mourn. Yet, remember these seasons serve as space makers for new energy to be born.

It’s easy to get caught up in the idea of perfection; constantly striving to be a better version of ourselves. We must bring ourselves back to the present and realize we are a balance of dark & light. Nothing about us or our experience was ever suppose to be perfect or all “good”. We have always been enough.

We cannot manifest our new desired reality by trying to escape the one we’re currently in. All peace, happiness, and purpose is found in the present moment. Let go of expectations, control, and strive toward the future. Find gratitude for the present and all things shall come to you.

Our emotions are energy in motion, they are there own entities who come to us in order to reveal a hidden piece of ourselves which needs to be healed and released. Give gratitude instead of shame for the experience of emotions; it’s human nature.

Despite all the chaos going on in your outer world, use it as a reflection to move emotion through your being, heal, find peace within, and make space for new energy in vibrational alignment with your energy.

We are transitioning. With this season comes a detox of the old in order for the new to arrive. Take extra care of your physical and mental energy bodies!

Fearful thoughts are only illusions coming in to test you and prevent you from experiencing the reality you desire! Gain control over your thoughts and learn to rewire brain patterns with faith over fear! Let those fearful thoughts give you the power necessary to master your mind.

Everything we do to try and protect ourselves and prevent ourselves from feeling any pain only causes us more pain until we realize the pain is essential to truly feel the joy.

While changes are happening, things are leaving and entering our lives, remain in the present moment. Remain grounded and still so we can observe the transitions for what they are. Not holding on to what we thought but accepting what is.

You made it. We made it. This is the calm before the storm. The storm may come to nourish, revive, and replenish you or it may come and wipe you off your feet. The choices you have made thus far will determine your perspective.

When it seems like nothing is going right, like we’ve done all this work and there’s nothing to show. Hold on. These worries come with lessons; but, don’t let them hold you back.

The blessings are already written. They are in transit to you. However, before they come you must sit with yourself and remember the source!
