  • 2035 - Machiavelli's 7 Laws of Psychological Power

How to Protect Your Energy, Your Time, and Your Sanity Introduction: The Art of Not Reacting We are constantly attacked, offended, and provoked—by people, by situations, by the endless noise of modern life. What do we do? Most people react. They explode. They explain. They defend. They justify. And they lose. Machiavelli understood something that most people never learn: Never react. Never explain. Just ignore. Osho said it differently: "Let the dogs bark. It is their nature." The strategies below will save you time, energy, and sanity—and give you a more fulfilling life. Here are Machiavelli's 7 Laws of Psychological Power. Law 1: Your Attention Is Your Most Valuable Asset Without your attention, time is worthless. Your focus makes your time valuable. If you use your attention to distract yourself—on dramas, bad news, or meaningless content—your time is lost forever. The Rule: Focus only on what matters most to you. Let everything else go. The Question to Ask Constantly: "Does this serve me?" If the answer is no—let it go. Law 2: Silence Is Not Surrender—It Is Domination Attar, the Persian poet, said: "If you have the choice to say too much or too little—say nothing." People will ask stupid questions. They will try to engage you in meaningless conversations. They will attack you, trick you, or demand explanations that don't serve you. They will try to sell you something, offend you, or waste your time. You do not have to engage. I have had enough of all of that. I simply walk away from the situation because I refuse to waste my precious time. Silence is not weakness. Silence is strategy. Law 3: Scarcity Is the Engine of ValueI hate wasting my precious time on useless things or conversations. I want to do my work. I don't want to be interrupted or disturbed. When I choose to speak with people, I want to be relaxed and open. I like to meditate before I communicate. My priorities serve me—and only when I have time do I spend it with others. The Principle:If you signal that you are always available, people will not value your time. If you are scarce, your time becomes valuable. People value what is rare. Do not make yourself cheap. Law 4: The Mind-Bending Power of Non-ReactionNever react. But respond. A reaction is automatic, emotional, and low-level. It comes from fear, anger, or ego. A response is deliberate, adequate, and controlled. It comes from awareness. When you are attacked, abused, or offended: Breathe deeply. In and out. Let it go. Relax your body. If absolutely necessary, give an answer that calms the situation. Otherwise, walk away—or make a joke. A reaction makes you weak. A response makes you powerful. Law 5: Know Who to Cut—and Do It Cleanly We want to spend our time with family and good friends. That means we must reduce the number of people we interact with. I have done this again and again—and it is such a release of tension. It gave me more freedom. More valuable time. There are three categories of people we do not need: Category Description ActionAdversaries People who are jealous, harmful, tricky, or speak negatively about you behind your back Cut them. Don't engage. Walk away.Chronic Critics The "no-sayers." The complainers. The people who always find fault. Let them go. Skip them.Energy Suckers People who ask for advice but never follow it. Who complain but refuse to change. Who waste your time. Let them go. No time. Finish. Life is too short to carry dead weight. Law 6: Build a Mind That Nobody Can Penetrate Don't let other people trigger your negative emotions. We get upset or sad in certain situations—and we repeat these situations again and again. What to do? Ask yourself: "What does this have to do with me?" Look deeper: Why did this happen? What is the root cause? Breathe into the emotion: Feel it fully. Let it pass through you. Heal the wound: Most triggers are connected to childhood. Do therapy if needed—EFT, Bioenergetics, Primal, whatever works. When you heal the wound, the trigger disappears. No one can penetrate a mind that has made peace with itself. Law 7: Learn to Discriminate—When to Act, When Not ToDon't waste your time on meaningless things. Instead, engage fully in solving the problems that matter most. Examples: Situation ActionYou get bullied Who cares? Don't do anything.People spread bad rumors about you Don't do anything. Be yourself. Ignore it.Someone attacks your character Don't explain. Don't justify. Let your life be your defense. In my life, people have spread bad rumors about me many times. I never defended myself. I never explained. And after some time, the people who believed the rumors needed me—and they apologized. Always ask: "Is my response valuable? Is it necessary?" If not—do nothing. • 2034 - Quotes Earl Nightingale

Bob Proctor was a big fan and a disciple of Earl Nighingale….  Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway. When you judge others, you do not define them, you define yourself. Your world is a living expression of how you are using and have used your mind. Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use. Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality. Be it good or bad. Our attitude towards others determines their attitude towards us. Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored. Wherever there is danger, there lurks opportunity; whenever there is opportunity, there lurks danger. The two are inseparable. They go together. The biggest mistake that you can make is to believe that you are working for somebody else. Job security is gone. The driving force of a career must come from the individual. Remember: Jobs are owned by the company, you own your career! Our environment, the world in which we live and work, is a mirror of our attitudes and expectations. People with goals succeed because they know where they're going. We will receive not what we idly wish for but what we justly earn. Our rewards will always be in exact proportion to our service. We are at our very best, and we are happiest, when we are fully engaged in work we enjoy on the journey toward the goal we've established for ourselves. It gives meaning to our time off and comfort to our sleep. It makes everything else in life so wonderful, so worthwhile. What's going on in the inside shows on the outside. All you have to do is know where you're going. The answers will come to you of their own accord. Everything that's really worthwhile in life comes to us. • 2033 - THIS Gut Bacterium Might Be the Real Cancer Breakthrough

Scientists made a stunning discovery – one that could change how we think about cancer treatment. For years, researchers studied chemotherapy patients, trying to figure out:Why do some people heal, while others don't? They examined everything: Cell structures Diet and lifestyle Family history and genetics Previous illnesses Age and gender Despite years of data, they found no common link among patients who survived – until they looked at the gut. The Answer: One Missing BacteriumThe breakthrough came down to a single microbe: Akkermansia muciniphila. If this bacterium was present in the patient's gut, recovery was far more likely. If it was missing, the patient was much more likely to die from cancer. Akkermansia is the first bacterium science has identified that directly supports the body's ability to fight cancer. Where Does Akkermansia Grow? This beneficial bacterium naturally lives in the human colon, but its population depends heavily on what you eat. Today, you can even buy Akkermansia as a probiotic supplement – but you can also feed the bacteria you already have with the right foods. Which Foods Grow Akkermansia? The following foods are scientifically shown to promote Akkermansia growth: Pomegranate (juice, seeds, or dried – all work) Cranberry (whole, juice, or dried) Chinese black vinegar (traditional, unpasteurized) Important: These foods must be unheated and unprocessed. Heat kills the beneficial compounds that feed Akkermansia. Fresh, raw, or freeze-dried forms are best. Why Some People Get Cancer – and Others Don'tHere's the reality:Every single day, your body produces between 10,000 and 30,000 cancer cells. That sounds scary – but it's completely normal. The difference is your immune system.A strong immune system recognizes and destroys these rogue cells before they can grow into tumors.A weakened immune system – due to poor diet, stress, lack of sleep, or gut imbalance – allows them to multiply. That's why a healthy lifestyle isn't just "good advice" – it's your first line of defense. Real-World Evidence: The Swedish StudyA long-term Swedish study followed 134 years of health data (across generations) and compared slim women to those with excess body fat. The result:Slim women had 3 times fewer cases of breast cancer than women who were overweight or obese. This isn't about appearance – it's about metabolic health, inflammation, and immune function, all of which are directly influenced by what you eat and how you live. The Bottom LineCancer cells appear daily – that's normal. Your immune system decides whether they grow or get destroyed. Akkermansia is a key ally in keeping your immune system sharp. Feed it with pomegranate, cranberry, and black vinegar – raw and unprocessed. Your lifestyle is your strongest weapon. The healthier you live, the smaller your cancer risk.  As Dr. William Li explains in his research, what we eat directly influences our body's natural defense systems – including angiogenesis, immunity, and stem cell regeneration. • 2032 - Increase Your Deserve Level

When we clear our shame and guilt, we increase our deserve level. You can't manifest something meaningful if you don't feel worthy of it.Clear out your shame and guilt, and your deserve level goes up. If you set goals that have high value for you, you increase your deserve level. If you do lower-level things that don't fit your agenda, or resent other people's values, or feel shame or guilt, you hold yourself back from doing the great things you want to do—and deserve to do. Take the time to clear your shame and guilt. And say: Hey, I deserve that. Be willing to do what is necessary to accomplish what you want. Nothing in this world is free—so do those things with the feeling that you deserve them. How to Clear Shame and GuiltShame is when you assume you have done—or not done—something that caused you drawbacks, negativity, or more loss than gain. Guilt is when you have done something that led to a negative outcome for another person. Both lead to symptoms in your life, such as: Overconsumption of food Compulsive shopping Altruistic actions to sacrifice something for others, just to feel better about yourself These are all signs of shame and guilt. When we diminish ourselves through shame and guilt, we hold ourselves back from our magnificence. The reality is that we received valuable life lessons through our failures and drawbacks. Guilt and shame no longer serve us.Altruistic behavior is often a compensation for our shame and guilt from the past. Exercise: Clear Your Shame and Guilt InventoryMake a list of anything you have done—or not done—in your life that you wouldn't want other people to know about. Write down your shame and guilt inventory. For every shame or guilt answer these 3 questions.   1. What I did or didn't do        What did they gain or benefit?       2. Who was impacted? (everyone who witnessed it) 3. How did this action serve them? What did they gain or benefit?                                                  Example: ... ... ...Look again and again until you find the benefits for them. What were the upsides? What were the downsides? Remember: everything has two sides, and both sides have the same size. If we resent people for things they have done, it's often because we have done the same and feel shame or guilt. When we clear our shame and guilt, we no longer resent others. As the Bible says in Romans: "What we judge in other people, we do the same." The Trap of PridePride is the opposite of shame, and it also affects us negatively—because we see only the upsides and refuse to see the downsides. We must balance pride as well, to become neutral. If we don't, it can lead to extremes like narcissism. When we minimize or exaggerate ourselves, it harms us. If you are infatuated with something, you don't want to see the downsides. If you resent something consciously, you don't want to see the upsides in the unconscious. This also weakens our immune system. All these fantasies about the perfect partner, perfect outcomes, and perfect life are unrealistic. Until you see and experience both sides, you don't live a balanced life.Otherwise, you live with the false expectation that you must always be good, always kind. Forget all that B.S. you read on Facebook, written by idiots—that is 100% hypocrisy. The same B.S. is preached by the Dalai Lama, yet in his monasteries, they beat children. The Dalai Lama says anger is bad—but he doesn't understand. He only repeats learned doctrines that are wrong. I use my anger to be productive. It is a great force—now I can do the things I don't like. True PerfectionThe perfection of yourself includes everything: All emotions All upsides and downsides All failures and successes When you embrace all of it, you become balanced. And then you feel gratitude for everything that happened to you. Liberate yourself from guilt and shame. • 2031 - Every fear tells us that we are not objective.

Everything has two poles, and both have the same size.AND WE MUST ALWAYS SEE BOTH SIDES! When we want something positive, we imagine it as positive—we have an infatuation. We create positive fantasies in our consciousness and push everything that contradicts our fantasy into our subconscious. For instance, we have a fear of loss.If we imagine a very positive outcome, we push our doubts into our subconsciousness or suppress our negative emotions, like fear. When we love, we push our jealousy, hate, fear of loss, and anger into our subconsciousness—otherwise, we could not idealize and love our darling. What supports our fantasy is greater than our challenge. When we fear something, we create nightmares and resentments in our consciousness. We create a negative outcome in our consciousness and have pushed all doubts about a positive outcome into our subconsciousness. If we resent somebody, we are anxious about a positive outcome or gain.In this case, the challenge is greater than our support. We have two different fears: the fear of loss and the fear of gain—by avoiding the situation. From our animal mind, we have a desire for food and prey, and a desire to avoid a predator that can harm us.The prey can feed us, and the predator can eat us. Anything that we focus on and do for a positive outcome is in our mind, and we suppress the fear of losing it—of not getting it. Anything that challenges us in life is interpreted as a predator, and we suppress the emotions that contradict a positive outcome. We try to avoid pain or seek pleasure. You can't separate the two poles of positive fantasy and phobia.Everything has two sides, and both have the same size.AND WE MUST ALWAYS SEE BOTH SIDES! If we embrace both sides, then we are neutral. We don't fear the loss or resent the gain.Only then do we gain objectivity and have peace of mind. This also means that our support is equal to our challenge. If we integrate both poles and dissolve the positive fantasy and phobia, we enter the state of unconditional love—love unites both poles. Our fear tells us that we have a polarized perspective, and that we need to unite or neutralize it. Our highest ambition should be love—or neutrality. If we face fear or phobia, we ask questions about the upside until we become neutral. The same is true if we have a positive fantasy—we ask questions about the downside until we become neutral. Buddha interprets both poles as suffering. Every ambition to gain something, or fear of losing something, is suffering. Normally we have both pain and pleasure, but we don't seek them. As long as we seek pleasure, we fear not getting it.Every ambition has a downside. The more we look for the positive side, the more the brain shows us the negative aspects. Your phobia is your friend, because it shows you the downsides—and because you are not being objective about the illusion of your fantasies. Only when you are neutral can you truly love.In every relationship, we have both sides. If we embrace what we don't like and don't magnify what we love about that person, our relationship problems are solved—and we gain real love. Instead of only loving that person when they do what we want.
