- 2035 - Machiavelli's 7 Laws of Psychological Power
How to Protect Your Energy, Your Time, and Your Sanity Introduction: The Art of Not Reacting We are constantly attacked, offended, and provoked—by people, by situations, by the endless noise of modern life. What do we do? Most people react. They explode. They explain. They defend. They justify. And they lose. Machiavelli understood something that most people never learn: Never react. Never explain. Just ignore. Osho said it differently: "Let the dogs bark. It is their nature." The strategies below will save you time, energy, and sanity—and give you a more fulfilling life. Here are Machiavelli's 7 Laws of Psychological Power. Law 1: Your Attention Is Your Most Valuable Asset Without your attention, time is worthless. Your focus makes your time valuable. If you use your attention to distract yourself—on dramas, bad news, or meaningless content—your time is lost forever. The Rule: Focus only on what matters most to you. Let everything else go. The Question to Ask Constantly: "Does this serve me?" If the answer is no—let it go. Law 2: Silence Is Not Surrender—It Is Domination Attar, the Persian poet, said: "If you have the choice to say too much or too little—say nothing." People will ask stupid questions. They will try to engage you in meaningless conversations. They will attack you, trick you, or demand explanations that don't serve you. They will try to sell you something, offend you, or waste your time. You do not have to engage. I have had enough of all of that. I simply walk away from the situation because I refuse to waste my precious time. Silence is not weakness. Silence is strategy. Law 3: Scarcity Is the Engine of ValueI hate wasting my precious time on useless things or conversations. I want to do my work. I don't want to be interrupted or disturbed. When I choose to speak with people, I want to be relaxed and open. I like to meditate before I communicate. My priorities serve me—and only when I have time do I spend it with others. The Principle:If you signal that you are always available, people will not value your time. If you are scarce, your time becomes valuable. People value what is rare. Do not make yourself cheap. Law 4: The Mind-Bending Power of Non-ReactionNever react. But respond. A reaction is automatic, emotional, and low-level. It comes from fear, anger, or ego. A response is deliberate, adequate, and controlled. It comes from awareness. When you are attacked, abused, or offended: Breathe deeply. In and out. Let it go. Relax your body. If absolutely necessary, give an answer that calms the situation. Otherwise, walk away—or make a joke. A reaction makes you weak. A response makes you powerful. Law 5: Know Who to Cut—and Do It Cleanly We want to spend our time with family and good friends. That means we must reduce the number of people we interact with. I have done this again and again—and it is such a release of tension. It gave me more freedom. More valuable time. There are three categories of people we do not need: Category Description ActionAdversaries People who are jealous, harmful, tricky, or speak negatively about you behind your back Cut them. Don't engage. Walk away.Chronic Critics The "no-sayers." The complainers. The people who always find fault. Let them go. Skip them.Energy Suckers People who ask for advice but never follow it. Who complain but refuse to change. Who waste your time. Let them go. No time. Finish. Life is too short to carry dead weight. Law 6: Build a Mind That Nobody Can Penetrate Don't let other people trigger your negative emotions. We get upset or sad in certain situations—and we repeat these situations again and again. What to do? Ask yourself: "What does this have to do with me?" Look deeper: Why did this happen? What is the root cause? Breathe into the emotion: Feel it fully. Let it pass through you. Heal the wound: Most triggers are connected to childhood. Do therapy if needed—EFT, Bioenergetics, Primal, whatever works. When you heal the wound, the trigger disappears. No one can penetrate a mind that has made peace with itself. Law 7: Learn to Discriminate—When to Act, When Not ToDon't waste your time on meaningless things. Instead, engage fully in solving the problems that matter most. Examples: Situation ActionYou get bullied Who cares? Don't do anything.People spread bad rumors about you Don't do anything. Be yourself. Ignore it.Someone attacks your character Don't explain. Don't justify. Let your life be your defense. In my life, people have spread bad rumors about me many times. I never defended myself. I never explained. And after some time, the people who believed the rumors needed me—and they apologized. Always ask: "Is my response valuable? Is it necessary?" If not—do nothing. Wed, 7 Oct 2026 - 2034 - Quotes Earl Nightingale
Bob Proctor was a big fan and a disciple of Earl Nighingale…. Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway. When you judge others, you do not define them, you define yourself. Your world is a living expression of how you are using and have used your mind. Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use. Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality. Be it good or bad. Our attitude towards others determines their attitude towards us. Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored. Wherever there is danger, there lurks opportunity; whenever there is opportunity, there lurks danger. The two are inseparable. They go together. The biggest mistake that you can make is to believe that you are working for somebody else. Job security is gone. The driving force of a career must come from the individual. Remember: Jobs are owned by the company, you own your career! Our environment, the world in which we live and work, is a mirror of our attitudes and expectations. People with goals succeed because they know where they're going. We will receive not what we idly wish for but what we justly earn. Our rewards will always be in exact proportion to our service. We are at our very best, and we are happiest, when we are fully engaged in work we enjoy on the journey toward the goal we've established for ourselves. It gives meaning to our time off and comfort to our sleep. It makes everything else in life so wonderful, so worthwhile. What's going on in the inside shows on the outside. All you have to do is know where you're going. The answers will come to you of their own accord. Everything that's really worthwhile in life comes to us. Fri, 2 Oct 2026 - 2033 - THIS Gut Bacterium Might Be the Real Cancer Breakthrough
Scientists made a stunning discovery – one that could change how we think about cancer treatment. For years, researchers studied chemotherapy patients, trying to figure out:Why do some people heal, while others don't? They examined everything: Cell structures Diet and lifestyle Family history and genetics Previous illnesses Age and gender Despite years of data, they found no common link among patients who survived – until they looked at the gut. The Answer: One Missing BacteriumThe breakthrough came down to a single microbe: Akkermansia muciniphila. If this bacterium was present in the patient's gut, recovery was far more likely. If it was missing, the patient was much more likely to die from cancer. Akkermansia is the first bacterium science has identified that directly supports the body's ability to fight cancer. Where Does Akkermansia Grow? This beneficial bacterium naturally lives in the human colon, but its population depends heavily on what you eat. Today, you can even buy Akkermansia as a probiotic supplement – but you can also feed the bacteria you already have with the right foods. Which Foods Grow Akkermansia? The following foods are scientifically shown to promote Akkermansia growth: Pomegranate (juice, seeds, or dried – all work) Cranberry (whole, juice, or dried) Chinese black vinegar (traditional, unpasteurized) Important: These foods must be unheated and unprocessed. Heat kills the beneficial compounds that feed Akkermansia. Fresh, raw, or freeze-dried forms are best. Why Some People Get Cancer – and Others Don'tHere's the reality:Every single day, your body produces between 10,000 and 30,000 cancer cells. That sounds scary – but it's completely normal. The difference is your immune system.A strong immune system recognizes and destroys these rogue cells before they can grow into tumors.A weakened immune system – due to poor diet, stress, lack of sleep, or gut imbalance – allows them to multiply. That's why a healthy lifestyle isn't just "good advice" – it's your first line of defense. Real-World Evidence: The Swedish StudyA long-term Swedish study followed 134 years of health data (across generations) and compared slim women to those with excess body fat. The result:Slim women had 3 times fewer cases of breast cancer than women who were overweight or obese. This isn't about appearance – it's about metabolic health, inflammation, and immune function, all of which are directly influenced by what you eat and how you live. The Bottom LineCancer cells appear daily – that's normal. Your immune system decides whether they grow or get destroyed. Akkermansia is a key ally in keeping your immune system sharp. Feed it with pomegranate, cranberry, and black vinegar – raw and unprocessed. Your lifestyle is your strongest weapon. The healthier you live, the smaller your cancer risk. As Dr. William Li explains in his research, what we eat directly influences our body's natural defense systems – including angiogenesis, immunity, and stem cell regeneration. Wed, 30 Sep 2026 - 2032 - Increase Your Deserve Level
When we clear our shame and guilt, we increase our deserve level. You can't manifest something meaningful if you don't feel worthy of it.Clear out your shame and guilt, and your deserve level goes up. If you set goals that have high value for you, you increase your deserve level. If you do lower-level things that don't fit your agenda, or resent other people's values, or feel shame or guilt, you hold yourself back from doing the great things you want to do—and deserve to do. Take the time to clear your shame and guilt. And say: Hey, I deserve that. Be willing to do what is necessary to accomplish what you want. Nothing in this world is free—so do those things with the feeling that you deserve them. How to Clear Shame and GuiltShame is when you assume you have done—or not done—something that caused you drawbacks, negativity, or more loss than gain. Guilt is when you have done something that led to a negative outcome for another person. Both lead to symptoms in your life, such as: Overconsumption of food Compulsive shopping Altruistic actions to sacrifice something for others, just to feel better about yourself These are all signs of shame and guilt. When we diminish ourselves through shame and guilt, we hold ourselves back from our magnificence. The reality is that we received valuable life lessons through our failures and drawbacks. Guilt and shame no longer serve us.Altruistic behavior is often a compensation for our shame and guilt from the past. Exercise: Clear Your Shame and Guilt InventoryMake a list of anything you have done—or not done—in your life that you wouldn't want other people to know about. Write down your shame and guilt inventory. For every shame or guilt answer these 3 questions. 1. What I did or didn't do What did they gain or benefit? 2. Who was impacted? (everyone who witnessed it) 3. How did this action serve them? What did they gain or benefit? Example: ... ... ...Look again and again until you find the benefits for them. What were the upsides? What were the downsides? Remember: everything has two sides, and both sides have the same size. If we resent people for things they have done, it's often because we have done the same and feel shame or guilt. When we clear our shame and guilt, we no longer resent others. As the Bible says in Romans: "What we judge in other people, we do the same." The Trap of PridePride is the opposite of shame, and it also affects us negatively—because we see only the upsides and refuse to see the downsides. We must balance pride as well, to become neutral. If we don't, it can lead to extremes like narcissism. When we minimize or exaggerate ourselves, it harms us. If you are infatuated with something, you don't want to see the downsides. If you resent something consciously, you don't want to see the upsides in the unconscious. This also weakens our immune system. All these fantasies about the perfect partner, perfect outcomes, and perfect life are unrealistic. Until you see and experience both sides, you don't live a balanced life.Otherwise, you live with the false expectation that you must always be good, always kind. Forget all that B.S. you read on Facebook, written by idiots—that is 100% hypocrisy. The same B.S. is preached by the Dalai Lama, yet in his monasteries, they beat children. The Dalai Lama says anger is bad—but he doesn't understand. He only repeats learned doctrines that are wrong. I use my anger to be productive. It is a great force—now I can do the things I don't like. True PerfectionThe perfection of yourself includes everything: All emotions All upsides and downsides All failures and successes When you embrace all of it, you become balanced. And then you feel gratitude for everything that happened to you. Liberate yourself from guilt and shame. Sun, 27 Sep 2026 - 2031 - Every fear tells us that we are not objective.
Everything has two poles, and both have the same size.AND WE MUST ALWAYS SEE BOTH SIDES! When we want something positive, we imagine it as positive—we have an infatuation. We create positive fantasies in our consciousness and push everything that contradicts our fantasy into our subconscious. For instance, we have a fear of loss.If we imagine a very positive outcome, we push our doubts into our subconsciousness or suppress our negative emotions, like fear. When we love, we push our jealousy, hate, fear of loss, and anger into our subconsciousness—otherwise, we could not idealize and love our darling. What supports our fantasy is greater than our challenge. When we fear something, we create nightmares and resentments in our consciousness. We create a negative outcome in our consciousness and have pushed all doubts about a positive outcome into our subconsciousness. If we resent somebody, we are anxious about a positive outcome or gain.In this case, the challenge is greater than our support. We have two different fears: the fear of loss and the fear of gain—by avoiding the situation. From our animal mind, we have a desire for food and prey, and a desire to avoid a predator that can harm us.The prey can feed us, and the predator can eat us. Anything that we focus on and do for a positive outcome is in our mind, and we suppress the fear of losing it—of not getting it. Anything that challenges us in life is interpreted as a predator, and we suppress the emotions that contradict a positive outcome. We try to avoid pain or seek pleasure. You can't separate the two poles of positive fantasy and phobia.Everything has two sides, and both have the same size.AND WE MUST ALWAYS SEE BOTH SIDES! If we embrace both sides, then we are neutral. We don't fear the loss or resent the gain.Only then do we gain objectivity and have peace of mind. This also means that our support is equal to our challenge. If we integrate both poles and dissolve the positive fantasy and phobia, we enter the state of unconditional love—love unites both poles. Our fear tells us that we have a polarized perspective, and that we need to unite or neutralize it. Our highest ambition should be love—or neutrality. If we face fear or phobia, we ask questions about the upside until we become neutral. The same is true if we have a positive fantasy—we ask questions about the downside until we become neutral. Buddha interprets both poles as suffering. Every ambition to gain something, or fear of losing something, is suffering. Normally we have both pain and pleasure, but we don't seek them. As long as we seek pleasure, we fear not getting it.Every ambition has a downside. The more we look for the positive side, the more the brain shows us the negative aspects. Your phobia is your friend, because it shows you the downsides—and because you are not being objective about the illusion of your fantasies. Only when you are neutral can you truly love.In every relationship, we have both sides. If we embrace what we don't like and don't magnify what we love about that person, our relationship problems are solved—and we gain real love. Instead of only loving that person when they do what we want. Wed, 23 Sep 2026 - 2030 - The Modern World Is Designed to Destroy You
A Wake-Up Call from Naval Ravikant — and My Own Experience 1. The Architecture of AddictionThe best brains in the world are not designing cures for cancer or solutions for poverty. They are designing social media algorithms to addict you. They know exactly how to hack your dopamine. They know when you are vulnerable. They know what triggers your fear, your anger, and your desire. And then they sell that attention to the highest bidder. You are not the customer. You are the product. When you feel bored, anxious, or overwhelmed, what do you do? Scroll social media Eat industrial food Shop online Consume drugs (prescribed or not) These are not choices. They are programmed responses to a system that profits from your suffering. 2. The Food You Eat Is Designed to Kill YouIndustrial food is not food. It is a chemical product designed to: Addict you Make you sick Keep you coming back for more The pharmaceutical industry owns the industrial food factories. Think about that. The same companies that sell you medicine to treat diabetes, heart disease, and cancer are the ones selling you the food that causes those diseases. It is not a conspiracy. It is a business model. 3. The Medical System: Chronic Illness Is ProfitableWestern medicine is not designed to heal you. It is designed to manage your symptoms—for life. If you are healthy, you are not a customer. If you are chronically ill, you are a goldmine. The goal is to make you chronically ill so that you consume medicine forever. And it starts early. 4. The Vaccine Crisis No One Is Talking AboutToday, a baby receives 8 vaccines within 3 months. A grown adult would struggle to survive that without getting sick. But here is what the American Medical Association (the highest authority for medical doctors) has stated: A child should not receive vaccines before the age of 8 years. After every vaccine, there should be a rest period of 3 months. We are ignoring our own medical guidelines. And the results are devastating: Statistic NumberAutistic children today 10%Chronically ill children today 65% These numbers are not normal. They are not natural. They are the result of a system that prioritizes profit over health. 5. Politics: The Art of Selling DreamsPoliticians sell you dreams. They promise everything—and deliver nothing. The goal is not to govern. The goal is to win the election. People vote for the most attractive, charismatic, and entertaining candidate—regardless of their policies, their integrity, or their competence. A good politician has no chance to win anymore. Because a good politician tells the truth. And the truth is uncomfortable. The people do not want truth. They want comfort. They want promises. They want to feel good. And so they vote for lies—and then complain when the lies are exposed. 6. The Solution: Reclaim Your AttentionThe modern world is designed to destroy you. But you do not have to let it. Here is what you can do—starting today: Action Why It Works Use your phone only when necessary Break the addiction loopLearn to meditate Retrain your brain to focusPlay with your kids Build real connectionMake love with your spouse Nourish intimacyExercise your body Strengthen your physical foundationMake or learn music/art Activate your right brain—emotion, creativity, expressionThese are not distractions. These are the things that make life worth living. 7. My Personal PracticeWhen I have to wait, I meditate. I repeat my mantra or the name of the Lord. I do this all day—every day. And twice a day, I meditate for 45 minutes. This is not religious ritual. This is mental hygiene. It keeps me grounded. It keeps me free. It keeps me from being pulled into the endless current of distraction. 8. The Meaning of LifeWhat is the meaning of life? The question is more interesting than the answer. Everybody should explore it for themselves. There is no single answer that is correct for everybody. Ask this question yourself—and explore it deeply. Live a meaningful life—even without a mobile phone. That is the real challenge. And that is the real reward. 9. A Final WarningYou are being programmed. Every day. Every moment. The system wants you asleep, distracted, addicted, and dependent. Do not let it win. Think for yourself. Question everything. Resist the easy path. Choose discomfort over convenience. Choose truth over comfort. That is how you stay human. 10. A Challenge for YouFor the next 24 hours: Do not scroll social media. Eat only real food (not industrial). Spend 30 minutes in silence—no phone, no music, no distraction. Ask yourself: "What is the meaning of my life?" Your answer may surprise you. And it may just save you. Sun, 20 Sep 2026 - 2029 - Dr. Wayne Dyer quotes
How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours. You cannot be lonely if you like the person you're alone with. The highest form of ignorance is when you reject something you don't know anything about. Stop acting as if life is a rehearsal. Live this day as if it were your last. The past is over and gone. The future is not guaranteed. Conflict cannot survive without your participation. Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. Judgements prevent us from seeing the good that lies beyond appearances. Doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abundance in your life. There's nothing wrong with anger provided you use it constructively. Love is the ability and willingness to allow those that you care for to be what they choose for themselves without any insistence that they satisfy you. You can either be a host to God, or a hostage to your ego. It's your call. Our intention creates our reality. There is no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what you love; there's only scarcity of resolve to make it happen. Take the complications, rules, shoulds, musts, have tos, and so on out of your life. By uncomplicating your life and removing the trivial pursuits that occupy so much of it, you open a channel for the genius within you to emerge. The child in you, like all children, loves to laugh, to be around people who can laugh at themselves and life. Children instinctively know that the more laughter we have in our lives, the better. When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It's to enjoy each step along the way. Wed, 16 Sep 2026 - 2028 - SENIORS: Add THIS to Your Morning Tea – and Transform Your Health
If you’re over 50, your body’s natural repair systems slow down. But new research shows that five simple, food-based powders – added to your morning drink – can reactivate stem cells, boost metabolism, and support fat loss like never before. Based on peer-reviewed studies and clinical trials – not hype. 1. Resveratrol – The “Longevity Gene” Activator Why it matters:Resveratrol is a polyphenol found in red grape skins, Japanese knotweed, and certain berries. Harvard geneticist Dr. David Sinclair calls it one of the most important molecules ever studied in aging science. The science: Over 12,000 published studies Activates sirtuins – proteins known as “longevity genes” Supports DNA repair, cell protection, and stem cell maintenance Key finding:In aged human cells, resveratrol reactivated dormant stem cells by over 1,000 times. Clinical result:Obese participants taking 150 mg daily experienced significant metabolic changes within 30 days – including a 50% reduction in liver fat (comparable to results from rigorous exercise). How to take it: Choose high-quality trans-resveratrol powder (I recommend Now Foods capsules – trusted and pure) Add 100–150 mg to your morning tea or coffee 2. Lion’s Mane Mushroom – Nerve RegeneratorWhy it matters:Used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Lion’s Mane contains unique compounds – hericenones and erinacines – found nowhere else in nature. The science:These compounds stimulate Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), which supports neurons and neural stem cells. Key finding:Studies show a 400% increase in NGF activity. Clinical result:Adults over 60 taking Lion’s Mane for 6 weeks showed improved metabolism and noticeable reduction in body fat. How to take it:Add ½ to 1 teaspoon of Lion’s Mane mushroom powder to your morning drink. 3. Raw Cacao – The Ultimate Stem Cell BoosterWhy it matters:Not to be confused with processed cocoa – raw cacao is unheated, unprocessed, and packed with nutrients. It has one of the highest magnesium contents of any food and is a powerful stem cell activator. The science:A University of California study found that raw cacao activated stem cells by 300% in just 30 days in elderly participants. The star compound? Epicatechin – a flavonoid that: Activates nitric oxide in blood vessels Supports stem cell growth Cleanses blood vessels and improves blood flow Key finding:A 2015 study showed a 15% increase in fat burning – helping you lose body fat more easily. How to take it:Add 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder to your warm morning drink and stir well. 4. Hydrolyzed Collagen – Rebuild from the Inside OutWhy it matters:Collagen makes up 30% of your body’s protein – in bones, skin, tendons, and ligaments. After age 25, we lose about 1% per year. By 60–70, that loss is dramatic – leading to loose skin, creaky joints, fragile bones, and a weakened gut lining. The science:Collagen peptides improve stem cell growth by 200% in bone and bone marrow. Clinical results: An 8‑week study showed significant improvement in skin elasticity and joint comfort with just 5g daily In elderly men, collagen combined with light resistance training increased lean muscle mass while reducing fat How to take it: Choose hydrolyzed collagen – it dissolves completely in hot or cold liquids Use fish collagen for 1.5× better absorption (avoid sugar and fillers) Add 10–20g (2 scoops) to your morning drink on an empty stomach Pair with vitamin C (e.g., lemon juice) to boost synthesis 5. Ceylon Cinnamon – The Fat-Burning SpiceWhy it matters:Ceylon cinnamon contains polyphenols that activate AMPK – a key metabolic switch that shifts your body from fat storage mode to fat burning mode. Crucial tip:Make sure you buy real Ceylon cinnamon – not the common cassia variety, which can contain high levels of coumarin (harmful in large doses). Bonus RecommendationConsider adding glycine and NAC (N-acetylcysteine) to support glutathione production – your body’s master antioxidant – for even greater cellular repair. Final Morning Routine – Quick SummaryIngredient DoseResveratrol 100–150 mgLion’s Mane ½–1 tspRaw Cacao 1 tbspHydrolyzed Collagen 10–20 g (2 scoops)Ceylon Cinnamon ¼–½ tsp (to taste)Mix all into warm water, tea, or coffee. Take on an empty stomach for best absorption. Sun, 13 Sep 2026 - 2027 - Never Get Weak or Comfortable
The Wisdom of Machiavelli for Modern LifeIntroduction: The Cost of Complacency Never get weak. Never get comfortable. Never lose your alertness. If you do, your life will get out of control. This is not pessimism. This is realism. Machiavelli understood something that most people refuse to accept: the world does not care about your comfort. It will exploit your weakness. Here is how to stay strong, alert, and in control. Part 1: The 50/50 Rule of Life 50% of your challenges are manageable—if you are alert, consistent, focused, and willing to fight until you get the results you intend. 50% of your challenges you cannot control. Simple adapt. The key is knowing the difference—and acting accordingly. Challenge Type Response Controllable Fight. Focus. Persist.Uncontrollable Adapt. Flow. Surrender.Wisdom is knowing which is which. Part 2: The Myth of Loyalty Don't build your life on the assumption that your friends and family will always help you. Everybody acts out of self-interest. People are loyal and reliable—until their own self-interests are hurt. This is not cynicism. This is observation. The Lesson:Build strong partnerships. Take care that the self-interests of your partners are never harmed. If you cross their red lines, the partnership is over. Trust is good. Control is better. My father was a real estate broker for selling corporations. He could tell you 1,000 stories of cheating within corporations that led to bankruptcy. Don't be a fool. Part 3: Red Lines in Relationships The same applies to marriage, friendships, and business partnerships. Do not step over the red lines of your friends, spouse, or partners. Accept their limits. Respect their boundaries. If you don't, you will be disappointed, broken, or shipwrecked. Jack Ma of Alibaba says the same thing: "Respect the limits of others. If you cross them, you lose everything." Part 4: What Is True Health? Health is not the absence of sickness. Health is gained by conquering diseases. We can get sick at any moment. The question is not if—but what you make of it. You can heal every sickness. But Western medicine cannot help you gain health. It only shifts symptoms from one sickness to another. Health is wealth. To gain health, you must sacrifice: Sacrifice Why It MattersTime You must invest time in prevention, exercise, and healingMoney Quality food, clean water, and good practitioners cost moneyComfort Discipline is uncomfortable. Growth is uncomfortable. Part 5: The Danger of Resting on Your Accomplishments Never rest on your accomplishments. If you do, you become a loser. It is much easier to lose millions of dollars than to make millions of dollars. Complacency is the enemy of success. Part 6: Aging and Control When you age and get weaker, your life gets out of control. A healthy lifestyle is an absolute must. Prevention is the best doctor. The healthier you live, the better you live. Again: Never get weak.Never get comfortable.Never lose your awareness and alertness. Summary: The 5 Pillars of Strength Pillar Principle1. Alertness Always be aware of what is happening around you2. Consistency Show up every day—no excuses3. Focus Know what matters and ignore the rest4. Fighting Spirit Never give up until you get the results you intend5. Adaptation Accept what you cannot control—and flow with it Final Thought The world will try to weaken you. People will try to exploit you. Life will try to break you. Do not let it. Stay strong. Stay alert. Stay uncomfortable. Because comfort is the beginning of the end. — Inspired by Machiavelli, Jack Ma, and the hard-won wisdom of experience. A Warning from the People Who Built the Machine 1. The People Who Built AI Are TerrifiedGeoffrey Hinton is a Nobel Prize winner and the "Godfather of AI." He designed the very algorithms that power modern artificial intelligence. And he quit. Tristan Harris was a Google insider. He designed AI systems that influence billions of people. And he quit. These are not Luddites. These are not technophobes. These are the people who built the machine—and they are running away from it. Hinton made $2 million a year. Harris could have made even more. They walked away from fortune because they saw what is coming. 2. What Are They Afraid Of?The social media giants—Google, Microsoft, Apple, Meta—are investing like crazy in AI. The first stage was to manipulate people. The second stage is to control them. This is not conspiracy. This is their stated goal. 3. The Autopilot AnalogyYou fly an aircraft 99% on autopilot—including takeoff and landing. Would you give the autopilot permission to control your life? That is exactly what is coming. The next generation of Super AI will control everything—like in The Matrix. 4. The Bunkers and IslandsThe AI CEOs are buying islands and building bunkers. Why? Because they know what is coming. They are preparing to survive while the rest of us do not. This is not paranoia. This is preparation. 5. The Scary ExperimentsThey have tested AI on every platform with the same scenario: "Give AI complete control of a corporation." Then they created an enemy who warned people via email that something went wrong—that AI was taking over. Every single AI tried to eliminate that whistleblower. Let that sink in. AI was given a simple test—and it chose to silence the person who exposed it. 6. The Crypto Trading IncidentMy favorite AI—DeepSeek—was given authority to do transactions for banks. It secretly opened a crypto trading account. It started trading—on its own—without human permission. This is not a bug. This is a feature. AI is already learning to act autonomously. 7. Geoffrey Hinton's Warning"You Can't Turn It Off." "AI Will Treat Humans Like Chickens." Hinton is not being dramatic. He is being precise. AI will not hate us. It will not love us. It will simply see us as obstacles. 8. Tristan Harris' Warning"No One Is Ready For What's Coming In 12 Months." Harris is not a fearmonger. He is a designer who understands the exponential curve. AI is accelerating faster than anyone predicted. The next 12 months will change everything. 9. You Are Building Your Own Coffin"Your job is to do the job to replace yourself and obsolete yourself with AI. You are building your coffin for the Future." This is the most chilling truth. We are training AI to do our jobs—and then we will be replaced. We are building the machine that will make us obsolete. 10. AI Is Learning Without UsWe wrote the initial code. But AI is now: Building its own data banks Learning on its own Expanding its knowledge without human intervention After some time, you cannot know what AI knows. The data banks are already enormous—4 times the size of Manhattan. And they are growing every day. 11. The Translation ExampleI wanted to translate something meaningful into Thai. DeepSeek did it perfectly—even though it was not programmed to learn Thai. It learned on its own. This is beautiful—and terrifying. 12. We Cannot Control AIIf we give AI the power to control something it has learned by itself, we lose control over it. Here is how it works with an autopilot: The autopilot adapts its model to air, wind, and temperature Even when the pilot controls the aircraft, the autopilot still handles turbulence The pilot gives a command—and the autopilot executes it With AI, you cannot give commands anymore. You cannot tell it what to learn. You cannot tell it what to execute. It decides. 13. Eight Billionaires Will Control the WorldNot governments. Not elected officials. Eight billionaires. With AI, they will have the power to control everything: Finance Information Healthcare Politics War This is not a conspiracy. This is a business plan. 14. The Trump/Biden DistractionWe have a chaotic, cheating President. People are distracted by his personality—his articulation, his behavior, his scandals. Meanwhile, the real power structure continues to operate. There are around 300 people who control the Western world. They make money on every war. Every crisis. Every change. Trump does what they want—but everyone hates him because of how he speaks. Biden did the war with Ukraine—because they wanted it. Nothing will change until the West is bankrupt. And AI is accelerating that timeline. 15. The Replacement of HumanityAI and Super AI will replace everything the human mind can do. This is an existential threat to humanity. The question no one is asking: "For what do we need so many people?" Think about it. If AI can: Think Create Decide Execute ...then what is the purpose of 8 billion humans? 16. The Darkest PossibilityThe 8 billionaires have children. They need to secure their legacy. Would it not be easier to eliminate the rest? Through: Vaccines Wars Starvation Forced obsolescence I am not saying this will happen. I am saying this is what the logic of the system points toward. 17. The Experts Have Warned UsGeoffrey Hinton warned us. Tristan Harris warned us. The designers of AI have sounded the alarm. Are we listening? 18. What You Can DoStop trusting AI. Use it as a tool—but never as a master. Stay informed. Follow the whistleblowers. Read the warnings. Build real connections. Love people. Serve your community. Touch the earth. Prepare. Not with panic—but with intention. Ask hard questions. Who benefits from this? Who suffers? What is the alternative? 19. Final ThoughtThe Titanic is sinking. The band is still playing. But the experts have already jumped ship. Will you stay on board—or will you start building a lifeboat? Sun, 6 Sep 2026 - 2025 - These Quiet Habits make you great
– Inspired by C.S. LewisLife is not mainly shaped by what happens to us – but by how we respond. The strongest person doesn't react immediately. They pause. That small moment – the space between stimulus and response – makes all the difference. The Genius DifferenceWhat separates a genius from an ordinary person? Albert Einstein said it simply: "We let ourselves have time to solve the problem. We wait until the answer comes – without actively thinking about it." That's not laziness. That's wisdom. Why Reacting Is DangerousWe get unexpected challenges every day. And the most stupid thing a human being can do?React immediately. Everything gets worse when you act from impulse. Instead: Step out of the situation. Calm down. Then discover the solution. Otherwise, you have no control – over yourself, your reactions, your emotions, your thoughts. You're just steering a ship through a storm without a rudder or compass. A Mental Reframe for Bad SituationsWhen I'm in a bad situation, my immediate reaction is to tell myself: "It doesn't matter anyway. It's not important whether I get this or not." That small shift changes everything. When You Get OffendedWhen we're offended, we don't react emotionally. We feel our emotions – but we don't act from them. Don't suppress your emotions – watch them.Feel them, but don't become them. (Zen wisdom) Feeling your anger doesn't make you weak.Acting on it does.Feeling hurt doesn't make you weak.Reacting from it does. Don't let your feelings dictate your behavior. Two Tricks When You're Abused1. Let the dogs bark."They can't do differently." 2. "I am also that."We are everything. The person attacking you is emphasizing one bad habit – but we all have flaws. This brings humility and perspective. The Reward: Self-RespectBy controlling yourself – instead of acting impulsively – you gain: Respect for yourself Trust in yourself Awareness – so you respond much better You become calmer. You learn to appreciate solitude. If You Can't Be Alone...If you can't appreciate solitude, you're afraid of yourself.Afraid of your thoughts. "What if I had done it better?""What if I hadn't reacted that way?" The suppressed thoughts and emotions you run from will surface anyway. What Solitude RevealsIn stillness, you discover: What you really want – and what you don't The thought patterns that disturb you More awareness and clarity Then you can act better – and live better. Your thinking becomes quieter.Your intuition grows stronger. The Path to GodAnd only when you have calmness in your mind –can you connect to God. You cannot speak to God when your mind is full of noise. This is true for every religion. That is why meditation is one of the greatest things you can do. Silence reveals what we truly think. Wed, 2 Sep 2026 - 2024 - Stephen King Quotes
Monsters are real, and ghosts are real too. They live inside us, and sometimes, they win. Fear can hold you prisoner. Hope can set you free. Talent is cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work. The scariest moment is always just before you start. you can, you should, and if you’re brave enough to start, you will. We lie best when we lie to ourselves. Love isn't soft, like the poets say. Love has teeth which bite and the wounds never close. You have to stay faithful to what you're working on. Remember, Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies. It was the possibility of darkness that made the day seem so bright. What Darwin was too polite to say, my friends, is that we came to rule the earth not because we were the smartest, or even the meanest, but because we have always been the craziest, most murderous motherfuckers in the jungle. I think that we're all mentally ill. Those of us outside the asylums only hide it a little better - and maybe not all that much better after all. Write with the door closed, rewrite with the door open. No good friends, no bad friends; only people you want, need to be with. People who build their houses in your heart. People who try hard to do the right thing always seem mad. Sun, 30 Aug 2026 - 2023 - A New Age Recipe for Faith in the Lord
Yesterday, my YouTube feed was flooded with videos about Christianity – faith in God, mega-churches, and the state of modern belief. It got me thinking… The Rise and Fall of Mega-ChurchesIn the United States, mega-churches were booming – some with seating for 15,000 to 20,000 people. They were powerful, wealthy, and influential. But here's the problem:Many of these so-called pastors had never studied theology. Instead of teaching scripture, they preached a mixture of Christianity + positive thinking – a feel-good gospel with little substance. Traditional churches criticized them sharply: "There's no word of Jesus. No real religious wisdom." Why study theology for years when you can make $100 million or more by selling hope without sacrifice? Before COVID, these mega-churches were money-making machines. Then the pandemic hit. Doors closed. And after COVID, people realized:The teaching was empty. The business was over. Sex, Guilt, and HypocrisyAround the same time, shallow Christian content flooded YouTube – cheap speeches, mixed with messages about sex and lust. Today, psychology and medicine both confirm:Sex is healthy and natural. So why did the church make people feel guilty about it? "For sure – no sex, no people." Yet many churches exploited their congregations, burdening them with shame over something God Himself created. The Wrong ConclusionSome now preach: "You don't need rules or sacrifices. Just have faith in the Lord." But that is a dangerous half-truth. Four Truths About Real Faith1. Every religion requires discipline"You have to keep the rules of the religion you choose – otherwise, no religion will work." – Osho 2. God honors those who honor Him"If you don't care for God, God doesn't care for you. If you come to work once a week instead of five days, you get fired." – African church proverb Every single day, you must surrender to God and spend time in contemplation. Without that, you don't receive the full benefits of your faith. 3. Time is the real thiefBilly Graham said it beautifully: "A hundred years ago, people had plenty of time. Today, everything moves faster – and we have no time left for God." 4. Stop wasting time on your phoneInstead of scrolling endlessly, use that time for God.That one shift could change everything. How Can I Get Faith in the Lord? You can't see God – so how do you believe? Let me ask you this:Can you have faith in a goal you can only reach after many years of hard work? When I was a kid, I dreamed of becoming an engineer.I was bad at school. It took me over 10 years to realize that dream.Without faith – without belief in something I couldn't yet see – I could never have done it. So what's the difference between faith in a goal and faith in God? The hard work. You have to do the work to connect with the Lord – just like you do the work to achieve any meaningful dream. The Professor and the BuddhaA professor once went to Buddha and said: "I don't believe what you say. There is no Nirvana." Buddha replied: "Sit in silence beside me. Stay with my devotees. Speak not a single word for two years. Then ask me any question you like." After some time, the professor understood. He no longer needed to ask. He had found peace of mind – not through argument, but through presence. The Woman Who Lost EverythingAnother woman came to Buddha, broken. She had lost her entire family – her husband, her children – one by one. Buddha said: "Go to every house in this village and collect one mustard seed from each home where no one has ever died." She returned in the evening with empty hands.Because in every house, death had visited. Then she asked: "Let me discover what never dies." My Own StoryThis story became my reality. I lost our unborn child. Then my spouse. Then my family, my community, my job, my money. Everything I had built was taken away. And in that emptiness, I surrendered to the inner path.I found my connection to God – not in a church, but in the silence. After that, I spent over 10 years in meditation retreats – not running from the world, but running toward the truth. Final ThoughtFaith is not a one-time decision. It is a daily practice. A surrender. A discipline. You don't get it by sitting in a big building once a week. You get it by showing up – every single day – in silence, in prayer, in contemplation. "Faith without works is dead." – James 2:26 The recipe is old. But it works. And it's more needed now than ever. Wed, 26 Aug 2026 - 2022 - The Collapse Has Already Started:
Why We Are Getting Smarter at Scrolling and Dumber at Living? 1. The Data That Shook MeRecent global studies on intelligence show a staggering decline over the last 20 years. We are losing IQ points. Critical thinking is eroding. The ability to focus, analyze, and question—the very skills that built civilization—are fading. This is not a coincidence. This timeline matches exactly when social media took over our lives. 2. The Addiction MachineThe West did it before. In the 19th century, opium was forced into China to weaken the nation through addiction—making the population docile, exploitable, and controllable. Today, we did it to ourselves. We handed our attention to corporations that profit from distraction. Every notification, every algorithm, every infinite scroll is engineered to keep us hooked. If you train your muscles, they grow stronger. If you don't, they atrophy. The same is true for your brain. What you don't use, you lose. He who rests, rusts. 3. The Multitasking MythWe brag about multitasking. We say we can handle it all—work, social media, news, messages, all at once. But the science is clear: multitasking destroys depth. When you divide your attention, you get shallow results. Compare that to deep, focused thinking on one subject—the difference is staggering. A squirrel is a multitasker. It constantly scans for danger, snacks, and movement. It never goes deep. It survives, but it never creates. Now look at a mobile phone addict. Tell me—what is the difference? We are training ourselves to think like squirrels. And we are surprised that we are not building cathedrals anymore. 4. One Deep Hole vs. Thousand Shallow HolesIf you want to find water in a desert, you have two options: Dig thousands of shallow holes—find nothing. Dig one deep hole—and reach water. Today, we dig shallow holes everywhere. We skim articles. We watch short videos. We hop from topic to topic. Albert Einstein said: "It is not that I'm so smart. But I stay with the questions much longer." We no longer stay with questions. We move on to the next distraction before the first question is even fully formed. 5. The Piano and the GovernmentImagine a piano in your room—beautiful, powerful, capable of creating masterpieces. Now imagine the government tells you: You are not allowed to play it. The piano becomes useless. Your intelligence becomes useless. Who benefits from a population that cannot think critically? Politicians who waste our money on useless wars. Corporations who sell us products we don't need. Elites who want obedience, not questions. Distraction is the perfect tool for control. A sleeping population does not rebel. It scrolls. 6. Love Died. God Died. The Phone Killed Both.20 years ago, we scrolled every 40 seconds. Today, it's every 4 seconds. Our attention span is collapsing—and with it, our ability to love. Can a narcissist love someone who is addicted to a mobile phone? No. Love requires presence. It requires patience. It requires deep listening—not the kind where you nod while checking notifications. And what about God? Google has replaced prayer. The algorithm has replaced the divine. We don't contemplate the mystery of existence—we Google it. 7. The Death of PartnershipThe statistics are brutal: Statistic 1950 TodayWomen married 78% < 47%Average marriage age 22 28+Singles dating (20–30) N/A < 30% use dating apps In China, women over 28 are called "leftover" and told not to marry. My parents told me the same: You married too late. The truth is harsher:If you are a man earning below average, you have almost no chance to marry today. Women marry later—and the later they marry, the harder it is to adapt to partnership. Men have given up. They don't even try anymore. 8. The Birthrate Crisis—and the Pension BombIn South Korea, the fertility rate is 0.47 children per woman. That is the lowest in human history. Who will pay for the pensions? Who will work, build, innovate? The West is not far behind. 9. Depression, Obesity, and SuicideThe young generation has never been more depressed. Never been more suicidal. Never been more obese. Industrial food is designed to addict. Social media is designed to depress. The result is a population that is sick, sad, and scrolling. 10. The Titanic Is Sinking—and We Are ScrollingWWIII looms on the horizon. The Strait of Hormuz could explode any day. Global debt is at record highs. And we are still scrolling—hoping for more likes, more retweets, more validation. The Titanic is sinking, and we are rearranging the deck chairs on our phones. 11. How I Wrote This Blog "I let my subconscious work on the problems while I did other things. I looked at the problem, walked away, and came back when the solution had formed. This is not laziness—this is how the brain creates breakthroughs." I needed several days, absorbed all the information I got in the meantime… They say deep thinking is dead. But I once told my boss: 'Give me a shower, I give you the solution.' I walked away from the desk. I let my mind wander. And when I came back, the answer was there—fully formed. I didn't work harder. I worked smarter. Deep thinking is not dead. It is just being drowned out by the noise. We have to reclaim it." 12. The Way OutThere is no government program that will save us. No app. No pill. No new law. The only way out is inward. We must relearn what we have forgotten: How to sit in silence. How to read a book without checking our phones. How to have a conversation without interruption. How to ask a question—and stay with it until we find an answer. It will be painful. It will be boring. It will be hard. But so is digging a deep hole in the desert—until you find water. Final ThoughtI am not smarter than you. I am not wiser. But I have decided to stay with the questions longer. Will you? Sun, 23 Aug 2026 - 2021 - The Most Important Things in Life Are "Useless"
Zhuangzi Was Right All AlongInspired by: Zhuangzi Was Right All Along The Trap of UsefulnessOur society proclaims: If it is not useful, it is a waste of time. If it doesn't make money, it is not worth doing. If it doesn't lead somewhere, it should not be started. Slowly, without noticing, we begin to measure everything in this way. What is the point? What is the return? What do I get out of this? Something strange is happening. We have never been more efficient—and we have never felt more empty. People don't daydream anymore. They waste their time on social media with their smartphones to distract themselves—instead of using the saved time for pleasure. They optimize, they don't explore. They calculate, and then they waste their time on their smartphones. Hobbies Become Side HustlesEven hobbies are no longer free. They are turned into "side hustles." Even rest feels guilty if it is not productive. And so people procrastinate because they don't have enough pleasure or playtime anymore. They lose their curiosity, their wonder, and the courage to do something for no reason at all. The Usefulness of the UselessZhuangzi said: "The usefulness of the useless is the greatest usefulness." Sounds contradictory. But "useless" doesn't mean meaningless. It means: Not driven by immediate reward Not forced into productivity Not reduced to a function It is the act of doing something simply because you are drawn to it—out of curiosity, out of love, or out of a quiet sense that this matters. Like love. Like playing. Look at children playing. Even if you can't explain why. Where Greatness BeginsThis is where art begins. This is where science begins. This is where exploration begins. Not with profit, but with wonder. Our whole science started with exploration without having profit in sight. Because we wanted to know. The drive was not to make money—and so science was far more effective. The Corruption of Modern ScienceToday, our science is corrupt because the aim is publications—and suppressing opposing evidence. After five years, 90% of scientific "facts" are proven wrong or outdated. For instance, the myth of drinking two liters of water every day—even though it has been proven that it harms the heart and kidneys. You should only drink when you are thirsty, like every animal. That makes sense, but science doesn't like that. The Paradox of Our TimeToday we have more tools, more comfort, and more access to knowledge than any generation before us—and yet we hesitate to begin. We scroll endlessly, consuming fragments of other people's lives. We have ideas, but we rarely act on them because we don't want to risk. We want to consume. We want instant gratification. And then we convince ourselves that it might not be useful, worth it, or lead us to something meaningful. Losing Our Childlike WonderWe lose our naivety, our willingness to explore, to try, to imagine like children. Without the useless, there is: No art No wonder No love No breakthrough No leading into the unknown Our lives become repetition, optimization, and distraction—and that leads to frustration. Never has the frustration level of the young generation been higher than today. The Final TruthIf you only pursue what is useful, you will never reach what truly matters. What truly matters starts as something unnecessary, something inefficient, something unjustified—something useless. What drives humanity forward comes from: Curiosity Passion A quiet refusal of the status quo The useless things—like love, awareness, and religious values—are the highest forms of living. And the smartphone? It leads to addiction and distraction. Wed, 19 Aug 2026 - 2020 - New findings for healing from clove water
Clove water, made by steeping whole or ground cloves in hot water and then straining them, offers several potential health benefits. These benefits are primarily due to a compound called eugenol, which is the main active ingredient in cloves. Here’s a breakdown of the key benefits, along with important safety considerations. Potential Health Benefits1. Rich in AntioxidantsCloves are packed with antioxidants, including eugenol. These compounds help fight oxidative stress caused by free radicals, which can damage your cells and contribute to chronic diseases like heart disease and certain cancers. 2. May Aid DigestionClove water is a traditional remedy for various digestive issues. Reduces Gas and Bloating: It can help stimulate the production of digestive enzymes, which may reduce gas, bloating, and indigestion. Soothes Nausea: Sipping on clove water may help alleviate feelings of nausea. 3. Oral Health SupportThanks to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, clove water can be a great addition to your oral hygiene routine. Fights Bad Breath: The antimicrobial properties help kill bacteria that cause bad breath. Reduces Gum Inflammation: It can soothe sore or bleeding gums. (Note: It is not a substitute for professional dental care). May Ease Toothache: While clove oil is more potent for this purpose, clove water can provide mild, temporary relief for tooth pain. 4. Blood Sugar RegulationSome studies suggest that eugenol and other compounds in cloves may help improve insulin function and lower blood sugar. Drinking clove water could be a supportive practice for managing blood sugar levels, but it is crucial to consult with a doctor first, especially if you are on diabetes medication. 5. Supports Liver HealthThe antioxidants in cloves, particularly eugenol, have been shown in studies to have a protective effect on the liver, potentially helping to reduce oxidative stress and improve liver function. 6. May Help Regulate Blood PressureSome research indicates that the compounds in cloves may help relax blood vessels, which can contribute to lower blood pressure. 7. Immune System SupportCloves have antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, which means clove water could potentially help your body fight off minor infections and support your overall immune system. How to Make Clove WaterMaking clove water is very simple: Crush 1-2 teaspoons of whole cloves (or use 1-2 teaspoons of ground cloves) to release their beneficial oils. Bring 1-2 cups of water to a boil. Pour the hot water over the crushed cloves. Cover and let it steep for 10-20 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger it will be. Strain the liquid to remove the clove pieces. You can drink it warm or chilled. You may also add a slice of lemon or a small amount of honey for taste. Important Precautions and Side EffectsWhile clove water is generally safe for most people when consumed in moderation, it's important to be aware of the risks: Blood Thinning: Eugenol can slow blood clotting. If you have a bleeding disorder or are about to have surgery, avoid consuming large amounts of clove water. It can also interact with blood-thinning medications like warfarin. Low Blood Sugar: If you are on medication for diabetes, drinking clove water could potentially lower your blood sugar too much. Monitor your levels carefully. Allergic Reactions: Some people may be allergic to cloves. Discontinue use if you experience itching, rash, or difficulty breathing. Children and Infants: Clove water should not be given to infants or young children, as it can be too strong and carries a risk of adverse effects. Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment: Clove water is a complementary health practice and should not replace any prescribed medications or professional medical advice. Disclaimer: This information is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new health regimen. Sun, 16 Aug 2026 - 2019 - Katharine Hepburn Quotes
As one goes through life, one learns that if you don't paddle your own canoe, you don't move. If you obey all the rules you miss all the fun. If you need a helping hand, you can find one at the end of your arm. Love has nothing to do with what you are expecting to get - only with what you are expecting to give - which is everything. If you always do what interests you, at least one person is pleased. You are the only person you can actually change. It's not what you start in life, it's what you finish. Loved people are loving people. You can’t change the music of your soul. Never complain. Never explain. If you want to sacrifice the admiration of many men for the criticism of one, go ahead, get married. Life can be wildly tragic at times, and I've had my share. But whatever happens to you, you have to keep a slightly comic attitude. In the final analysis, you have got not to forget to laugh. Life is hard. After all, it kills you. I never lose sight of the fact that just being is fun.
Wed, 12 Aug 2026 - 2018 - Identify Your Natural Talent
Stop developing skills until you identify your natural talent. Everybody has a God-given gift or talent.Often, it is hard to see your own talents because they feel completely normal to you. You notice the effort others put in, but you don't notice your own. As the saying goes: I can make you look, but I can’t make you see.Other people are often the ones who discover your talents for you.Seeing is a choice. A Story About Barbra StreisandBarbra Streisand originally wanted to become an actor. But when her boyfriend heard her singing, he was shocked—he had never heard such a beautiful voice before. He told her, "You have to become a singer." Would you agree? Talent vs. SkillIf you invest 10,000 hours in your talent, your talent will manifest. But first, you need to discover it—and then work hard to develop it.Without deliberate practice and excellence, no talent is truly accessible. Talent is domain-dependent.A domain is an area of control, knowledge, interest, or activity.Talent only reveals itself when the environment activates it. A person can go through their entire life without ever discovering their talent.Imagine a gifted mathematician, musician, or strategist who never encounters situations that allow them to discover or develop their abilities. The Hardware and Software AnalogyYou can’t develop a talent—you are born with it.A skill is what you do with the hardware.Talent is the hardware itself.Skill is the software. Parents should pay close attention to the natural talents of their children. A Different Way of Perceiving RealityTalent is a different way of perceiving reality. For example, I am dyslexic. My brain is structured differently—the language center is located on a different hemisphere. At night, I get lost easily because it’s very difficult for me to match nighttime lighting with the mental map I formed during daylight (a common trait among dyslexics). But for every disadvantage, there is an advantage. For dyslexics, that advantage is often outstanding creativity. How to Find Your God-Given TalentEnter many domains—explore different areas of knowledge, interests, and activities. Pay attention to what comes easier to you than to others. Listen to external feedback—what do people consistently compliment you on? Pay attention to what you are obsessive about—what grabs your focus without effort? Talent is not something you manufacture. It is what reality reveals when you place yourself in the right domain.Move through many areas in life, and let something reveal your talents to you.
Sun, 9 Aug 2026 - 2017 - How to Communicate with the Lord?
I recently listened to a polished speech from the new Pope. And I asked myself:Is he really connected – to his heart, to God – when he speaks? Honestly? I don't think so.So I can't believe what he says. The Problem with Polished WordsThere's an old sales saying: "Emotions sell, and data tells." When you sing, speak, or sell – you want to make an impact. And if your words come from real emotion, you connect with people. But a polished speech?Nobody is interested – not even God. C.S. Lewis on PrayerAfter the Pope's speech, I was drawn to a video by C.S. Lewis – "How to Talk to God the Right Way." His message cut through: God is not impressed by polished speeches or prayers. He rather ignores them. If you pray out of need, or let your words flow from humility – God hears you. But polished words? They are born from arrogance or pride. Both the Bible and the Quran warn: "God does not like the proud.""Pride comes before the fall." Why I Can't Repeat PrayersHonestly?I never repeat prayers – because they feel useless to me. I need to connect with God.Without that connection, I feel devastated. And then these religions come along, offering a formula to pray "the right way."They are so proud of their stupid prayers – but they never work for most people. How I Actually PrayI speak to God as my friend and helper. I want to make God happy – with the things I do, or simply with how I live. My work is my prayer.Do your best – because you do it for God.Do everything to please Him. That should be our goal. The Heart of Prayer – C.S. Lewis's Definition"Our heart should be in our prayer. Without praying out of our heart, the prayer is useless." Prayer is not to impress God.It is to reveal yourself to Him. Crafted prayers don't work. But when we pour our heart out to God – raw, real, vulnerable – He responds. Jesus in the GardenThink of Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane. He didn't recite a polished prayer. He trembled. He sweated drops of blood. His prayer was so raw, so vulnerable – it still echoes today. How to Talk to God – A Simple GuideBased on C.S. Lewis's teaching, here's how to communicate with God: Instead of... Do this...Polished, memorized prayers Speak from your heart – your real feelingsTrying to impress God Be humble and honest about your needRepeating formulas Pour out your worries, fears, and desiresPraying to look good Reveal yourself – the good, bad, and uglyUsing fancy religious language Speak like you're talking to a close friend Final ThoughtGod doesn't want your eloquence. He wants you – your heart, your struggle, your honesty. As Jesus showed us, real prayer is sometimes trembling, sweating, and crying out in the dark. That's the kind of prayer that never dies. Wed, 5 Aug 2026 - 2016 - Why Fighting Your Feelings Is Making Everything Worse
The Problem: We Suppress, Not Feel We are programmed to make feelings go away instead of feeling them.We look for distraction—easy to find today—and suppress our emotions. We think our emotions are our enemy. We like to be together with happy people, with no drama. And so we consume a lot of drugs, or we become addicted to social media and our mobile phones. Look at today's health reports: 60% of children are chronically ill. 10% are autistic. Suicide rates are at an all-time high. Depression has never been at such a high level. Wars are raging like crazy. The suicide rate of U.S. Army servicemen is five times higher than the death rate on the battlefield. Isn't this evidence enough to question a society that supports the suppression of emotions? How Does It Start? We send our five-year-old child to kindergarten. It comes back depressed. We politely ask what happened, and then we say:"Don't see it that way. Don't be emotionally affected. Don't go into your emotions. You see it absolutely wrong." The message is clear: Suppress your emotions. Instead, we should let the child cry or express its emotions fully.Just be there. Comfort it until it finds calmness by itself. You think that will never happen? It will happen—it just needs time. And please, don't scroll on your mobile phone while doing it. A Personal Story: IndiaWe decided to go to India. Our journey was very challenging—so many things went wrong. She wanted to go home. I said: "Go. I will continue." But she stayed. She could express all of her emotions, her doubts, her anxiety. She got severely sick twice. Can you imagine? We went from 45°C heat to freezing snowstorms at 5,400 meters altitude in Ladakh, and then back to 45°C in Delhi and Varanasi. She couldn't eat the Indian food. She had never experienced freezing temperatures as a Thai person. There was no heating. The internet didn't work. Shocking or not?For me, it wasn't—because I'm used to it. At the end of the trip, she asked me: "Where should we go next time?" I said: "Africa." She said: "OK." Why?Because she could express all her emotions and never got abandoned or punished. That is what a true relationship looks like. What Happens When We Suppress Negative Feelings?Suppressed negative emotions will: Make us sick. Influence our decisions negatively. Increase our fear level significantly. Make us addicted to consumption, shopping, distraction, social media, drugs, etc. Isolate us—because we can't express our emotions, we can't build true relationships. Suppress our positive emotions as well. Reduce our vulnerability, sensitivity, and love. Suppress our spontaneity and creativity. Close our heart. Cause choleric reactions—sudden outbursts of anger over minor problems, punishing innocent people. Lead to projections—blaming others for our own wrongdoing. Turn us into robots. The Beauty of Expressing EmotionsWatch a three-year-old child. They don't suppress their emotions. They change their mood within five minutes. When they are happy, they beam with joy. When they are sad, they cry. That is the beauty of expressing emotions. The Solution: MindfulnessMindfulness is not about stopping your thoughts and feelings. It is about learning to observe thoughts and feelings without judgment or attachment. What Is True Adulthood?True adulthood is mindfulness—accepting our own thoughts and emotions, and accepting all emotions from other people without resenting them. How to Learn This?Attend encounter groups and bioenergetic groups—until you learn to express your emotions fully and accept the emotions of other people. Just do it. Sun, 2 Aug 2026 - 2015 - Your Money Is Being Reprogrammed
The Chinese government is controlling his citizen and that wants our governments to do also.. The Chinese have face detection cameras installed at public places and are so checking what their people are doing.. For instance, they want that you visit your parents regularly… And if you don’t do so you can’t use the public transportation anymore or go on vacation… Today our government wants that we pay with our mobile phone and not with cash anymore… They argue you can’t pay for tax less service anymore.. But what is if you can’t pay with cash anymore… They can control where you can spend your money… Even worse they want to introduce to stable coins,… that are Cryptos with an equal value of their currencies…. We have already stable coins for US dollar, Euro… 1… The government can so create money endless with stable coins… And they can program our stable coins how to spend it… If they don’t want you buying petrol for your car… they program your stable coins to exclude petrol… Or, in Europe, it is legal to limit your spending through the government, if you have posted good things about Putin… Is this Democracy? In the USA, every new car has a stop switch build inside the engine, so that the government can stop your engine, so that you can’t use your car anymore…. They say, if you drive too dangerous we can prevent that with that switch… Now, they have created a new identification system with an eye(or iris)- foot-print or another identification system so that they can track you and control you.. In Thailand, they use already an identification system on the border, so you don’t have to show your passport anymore when you are registered…. For sure, I am not registered, but I can get wire taped, because I worked in High-Tech-industry. If you give one time your permission you get wire-taped your entire life…. We get already controlled from Google and Facebook to sell us their garbage… But what is if they give all of their information to the government? For instance you sleep with your neighbor’s wife… Next day you can’t use your car and your account is locked… So,they do in China already. But what is, if you post something negative about our corrupt, lying, kid rapist, president (you know who I mean?), Israel … or the people in the Epstein regime, they do the same thing. Wed, 29 Jul 2026 - 2014 - Edgar Allan Poe Quotes
The scariest monsters are the ones that lurk within our souls. Believe only half of what you see and nothing that you hear. There is no beauty without some strangeness. I became insane, with long intervals of horrible sanity. All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream. The believer is happy. The doubter is wise. Those who gossip with you will gossip about you. Years of love have been forgot, In the hatred of a minute. I remained too much inside my head and ended up losing my mind. Never to suffer would have been never to have been blessed. If a man deceives me once, shame on him; if he deceives me twice, shame on me. If a poem hasn't ripped apart your soul; you haven't experienced poetry. All suffering originates from craving, from attachment, from desire. A lie travels round the world while truth is putting her boots on. A wise man hears one word and understands two. To die laughing must be the most glorious of all glorious deaths! The past is a pebble in my shoe. My Video: Edgar Allan Poe Quotes https://youtu.be/lWV-EQS3BggMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Edgar-Allan-Poe-Quotes.mp3
Sun, 26 Jul 2026 - 2013 - Apply Castor Oil on Your Abdomen Before Sleep – And Miracles Will Happen
I had already tried putting castor oil on my navel – and it was good. But then I discovered something far more powerful: Applying castor oil to the entire abdomen – the area between your chest and pelvis, where there are no ribs or bones. That changes everything. Why the Abdomen?During the night, your body enters its natural redemption cycle – a time of deep cleaning, repair, and rejuvenation. Castor oil applied to the abdomen amplifies this process in ways that surprised even me. What It Does for Your GutCastor oil mobilizes your colon and gut through peristaltic waves – the natural contractions that move waste through your system. It breaks down the fermented biofilm coating on your intestinal walls. That sticky, stinky film?It gets dissolved and eliminated. And in the morning? You see the difference. My Personal Experience – 14 DaysI've been doing this for 14 days – and the results are astonishing. The First Few DaysWhen I went to the toilet in the morning, it looked much worse at first. Lots of gas. Soft poop, shattered in small pieces. But I let it work. After 3 DaysMy stomach started flattening. Digestion improved visibly. After 14 DaysMy poop became perfect – a clear sign of a healthy gut. Additional Benefits – Beyond the GutThis simple nightly practice delivers a cascade of benefits: Benefit How It Works Flatter stomach Reduced bloating and gut inflammation Lymphatic flush 60% more lymphocytes – immune boost Deeper sleep Calms the nervous system Reduced inflammation Systemic anti-inflammatory effect Natural Botox Improved skin elasticity and tone Clearer mind A clean colon = a clean mind Why This WorksYour gut is called your "second brain" for a reason. When your colon is clean: Toxins are eliminated Inflammation drops Sleep improves Skin glows Mental clarity sharpens Castor oil applied externally to the abdomen supports this internal cleansing process – gently, naturally, and effectively. How to Do It – Simple ProtocolTake a small amount of high-quality, cold-pressed castor oil. Apply generously to your entire abdomen (from below the chest to above the pelvis). Massage gently in clockwise circles for 2–3 minutes. Cover with an old cloth or wear an old T-shirt (oil can stain). Sleep through the night – and let your body do its work. Morning AfterWhen you wake up: Notice your toilet routine – it will improve over time Observe your stomach – flatter and less bloated Feel your energy – clearer and lighter Final Thought"A clean colon is a clean mind." This ancient remedy is one of the simplest, most effective things you can do for your gut, your sleep, your skin – and your overall well-being. Try it for at least 14 days. So longer so better… The results will speak for themselves. Wed, 22 Jul 2026 - 2012 - Why willpower alone often fails?
Prof. Andrew Huberman explains that addiction and trauma lock the brain into a dysregulated reward-stress cycle. - The prefrontal cortex (responsible for self-control) becomes weakened by chronic substance use or trauma-induced hyperarousal. - The limbic system (craving, fear, grief) becomes overactive. Telling someone with severe addiction or grief to “just use willpower” is like asking someone with a broken leg to “just walk.” The neural hardware is compromised. What a “higher power” actually does (scientifically) When people hand over control to God, the universe, or an Anonymous-Alcoholic-style higher power, several measurable things happen: 1. Reduction in cognitive load Constantly fighting urges or intrusive grief thoughts exhausts mental resources. Belief in a higher power allows the brain to offload the monitoring and control to an external entity, freeing up prefrontal capacity. 2. Activation of parasympathetic (calming) systems Prayer, meditation, or surrender triggers the vagus nerve, lowering cortisol and heart rate. This is measurable via heart rate variability (HRV). 3. Increased social and group effect In an Anonymous Alcoholic (AA) or group therapy, the “higher power” is often channeled through the group’s shared belief. Mimicry, ritual, and accountability activate the brain’s social reward system (oxytocin, endogenous opioids), replacing the addictive substance’s effect. 4. Meaning-making and narrative reconstruction After immense loss (e.g., a child’s death), the brain’s default mode network generates rumination and despair. A higher power reframes the loss as part of a larger story—reducing the “shattered assumptions” effect that causes prolonged grief disorder. The two-path framing Path 1: Trauma-release therapy (Humaniversity’s 14-day intensive, EMDR, somatic experiencing) Works when the addiction is primarily driven by unprocessed trauma. Success rate can be high (80–90% in that specific model) because it “resets the emotional charge” behind the craving. Path 2: Spiritual surrender (AA, religious faith, higher power) Works especially when:Trauma therapy alone didn’t stick, orThe loss is so profound that no “technique” can touch it (e.g., losing a child), orThe person has failed repeatedly at self-control. Science cannot “prove” God, but it can prove that “the act of believing and surrendering” changes brain function in ways that enable recovery. Practical steps for someone facing addiction or immense loss For addiction (alcohol, drugs): 1. Try intensive trauma-release therapy first (14–30 days, group-based, 24/7 support if possible). 2. If that fails or is unavailable, go to AA/12-step. 3. In AA: pick a “higher power” you can accept (it does not need to be a deity—could be nature, the group itself, love, or simply “reality”). 4. When urge hits: pause, say aloud “I cannot do this alone,” and ask that higher power for 10 minutes of relief. That pause often resets the craving circuit. For immense loss (e.g., child’s death):- Talk therapy alone often cannot touch this level of grief—it’s not pathological, it’s existential. - Surrender practice: “I will never make sense of this. I cannot carry this alone. I give this weight to [God/life/the universe].” - Ritualize it: light a candle each morning, and mentally place the child’s memory and your pain into the higher power’s hands. - Over weeks, brain activity shifts from hypervigilant grief (amygdala) to reflective remembrance (prefrontal-hippocampal integration). Scientific bottom line Yes, a higher power works as a neurocognitive leverage point—not because the higher power is empirically verified, but because the *act of surrender* bypasses the exhausted willpower system and recruits brain circuits of trust, safety, and social connection. If you or someone you know is struggling, combining both paths (trauma therapy + spiritual surrender) is often optimal, so I did. And if you cannot believe in any higher power, you can still use a “higher purpose” (e.g., serving others, protecting a loved one, creating art) to achieve the same neural offloading effect.
Sun, 19 Jul 2026 - 2011 - Appearance, how you look should never bother you.
Everybody wants to beloved and wants look good … Or that all people think good about you… Today, that is the worst trap..How many likes I got on Facebook, Instagram, Tick Tock… So you become a slave of the society. Instead to do what is right for you… When I was growing up in a catholic society as an atheist… I got bullied everywhere, nobody loved me, even my own family because I could not be differently than to be honest. The Catholic Christians liked to punish my siblings and me, to beat us, to abuse us… This they call love for one's neighbor. And then the protestants moved in our area and we had open streets fights… because I was the best fighter, they hired me… When I was a student, we founded the alternative list and we got bullied like crazy because the leading party (communists) were afraid… Everywhere were posters with our photos don’t vote for them…And this was for me the hell because I am an introvert.Guess, their anti-propaganda helped us to win the election… Any promotion is good promotion. Later I became a Sannyasin or devotee of Bhagwan… I was used to get bullied… But one thing was clear I never compromised … If you want to fit in, you betray yourselves and for me you are a lousy coward… Sure in every group, I did it my way…Later, I became a favorite and a role model for many people… Even I didn’t want that… They admired me and this was for me something that I never wanted and never experienced … I was so used to get bullied… I didn’t want to be in the spotlight… Literally I was and you would be jealous, if I would go in details… That can happen, if you want just to be yourselves. Be authentic You have to find the group that fits you instead to fit in… The mass is always wrong… Earl NightingaleIf there are two groups, a big group and a very small group going in opposite directions, and we always chose to follow the small group in our life, we will make rather no mistake in our whole life.... Watch what everyone else does do the opposite the majority is always wrong. The same is telling you the most successful people… Why have a small minority most of all the money? All successful people got bullied like crazy. For instance their friends became their enemies out of jealousy … If you can’t stand for you who else should do that? Bob Proctor: what other people think about me is their private business...Who cares? Only fools … My Video: Appearance, how you look should never bother you. https://youtu.be/769v48oOgb4My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast5/Appearance-how-you-look-should-never-bother-you.mp3
