Relax with Meditation

 Finland’s school became the schools with the best results of the world when they drastically reduce the hours of learning, more free time… Only 20 hours/week class, including lunch and less homework…Less learning more fun… this was the revolutionary concept of Finland to rise up from place No. 29 to the best schools results in the world. The attitude is what counts… Whatever it takes. This is the motto of the teachers in Finland. If one child is dropping out of the learning standard, then it gets the support until it can follow up with the other kids.  Finland, like all the other European countries, has to face the problem that 50% of the children are immigrants and so can’t speak this challenging language Finish ( Mongolian language). The immigrant children are getting an even private lesson in every subject until they can follow up. If we compare it with Germany for instance, that the Turkish children don't get support, only the children from Poland, Russia and Japanese (they have their own schools) are getting full language support and can even study their language at school…. The next huge different from Finland to the rest of the world is that they educate the children: how to learn effectively with fun; to be relaxed; to build up a strong character to live a happy life.And for sure the playtime is for the Finland teacher as much important than the learning…. We should as grown up also adapt this model, that playtime is so important for everybody to relax. When I attended all these business/marketing seminars, then I recognize at the end, that I could not keep the learning in my mind, mainly all I forgot in less than 14 days. Even worse is, that most seminars are not giving out a printout or a download… and forcing us to an up sale. Today I chose to learn only from Internet courses or books because I have more from it, I need only to learn 2 hours/ day… Learning from the Internet or books is without tension, we can repeat it as often as we want… And for sure there is enough time to play/relax/enjoy ... Game time means that we use our right side of the brain this means feelings, intuition,  for instance playing, trying out new things, sport, dancing, sex and Rock N Roll….   I have already written about the problem, older women are facing to find a husband in my blog: "I don’t need a man, but I want a man"… And I don’t get a man… When I went through many blogs about women who can’t find a man… Women desire a spouse which is delivering everything that they want and should have awesome habits, should be honest,wealthy, successful... Then the coaches asked these lonely women what should they deliver… And most women could not answer anything!  If you want to sell something on the market, then you should design your Universal Sales Properties…  Why is your product better? Why should the customer buy it?Why does the customer need to buy your product? What does the customer need and expect from your product? What advancements has your product that the competition doesn’t have?Where can you find your customer? For instance, fitness clubs…Why the customer does not buy your product?  The worst sales-property is, that your product is cheaper than the competition. Do your Universal sales properties to find your husband! Now let's find out what men want? 1. Sex whenever they want. This means even after 5 years of marriage, and 90% of marriages over 5 years duration, men don’t have sex with their wives.  2. Love and compassion… We know Facebook is more important than the spouse or kids?! 3. Intimacy… When there is no sex, wives are building up a wall against their husbands…4. Communication, coaching, and building your husband up after he has failed. 5. Saving money instead of wasting money! Be moderate!6. Kids.7. Beauty. Don’t get obese or fat! That feature is reserved for their hell spouse! 8. Young. Remain young and beautiful inside and outside.9. Remain healthy, do your fitness, relax, and healthy diet.10. Partnership, - corporation instead of fighting against your husband for every aspect in life!11. Adapt to the desires of your husband… If your husband likes to trek, trek with him… And for sure that would be for me not enough...If you don’t meditate and relax every day and or do therapy to open your heart, love is not possible!  I saw a video from a very talented Kid who was describing God…He could not understand that you never can discover God with your rational mind... Because God is beyond of it... God is beyond of our thinking and is present in total love. Because God is Love and Love is God. Who can describe Love? If we feel love, we feel only our resistance of love. This means if we in a space where everything is so beautiful that we can’t describe it, that we can embrace everything, then we are in an area of love. We can hear from people who had been in the war, that they saw the light or better divine light on the battlefield in the most dangerous situation of their life. The same came true for the Sister and Brother Scholl when they were waiting for their execution for the attempt to kill Adolf Hitler… In the last 10 days, many people had witnessed that the Scholls had been radiating so much love and light … and nobody could provoke them…  Or if we go to an African Church when a healer is conducting a worship for Jesus … The Africans are singing with so much surrender and beautiful voices to Jesus, and they dance like crazy that Jesus can’t resist and is coming… I could witness that, even as a Non-Christ, Jesus was also coming to me… The Formula is the total surrender to God with Love. You find African Churches everywhere in the world.   Let me tell something from me: I was growing up as an atheist and my family was not baptized for centuries, and they had been free mansion since 300 years. God was for me taboo, it was not allowed to go to the church or to worship God… When I started with my spiritual Path as a disciple of Bhagwan/Osho, I got the name: Ghanshyam, a name for God, or to be an answer for God. I was complaining about this name because I was an atheist. I learned and practice the sexual Tantra, and then I got in love with my soul mate… During our 10 weeks together we had such high spiritual experience that I also experience a part of God… And then my spirituality went through the roof….  I started with long meditation retreats… (I was 12 years in retreats)… I visited a concert with the enlightenment Sufi Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, and he connected me to God… I got a Satori from him….  With other words, without spiritual practice/ or complete faith almost nobody can experience a part of God… God is not for Free!  Then to speculate with the mind, God doesn’t exist, because I can’t see him is Nonsense.  What you want to be? This means to be right might not be the solution at all…We are together with different (than you) people and even with different people  (than you) in deep relationships… And from this point on who decides who is right or wrong?From our mind, we are always right, and the other person in front of us who shares a different opinion must be wrong Because our experience/knowledge have proved that we are right. The problem is, the other person thinks the same… In the previous time, it was much easier, get your club and beat it on the other head, like Obelix and Asterix had done it. Who was stronger was right. Simple and straightforward…. And today it might be the same in many cases. This means if the other guy has the power and we even tried the best persuasion techniques, and we had no chance… let him be right and us happy… And leave the spot… If we try first to build up a rapport and saying in the beginning: “I understand” or even better:  “you are right. “ We get out of the situation from beating us up with the clubs. (Still, I prefer the clubs, because I am stronger). And then we can ask his/her opinion. After some time we ask for permission to share our opinion… So that the harmony and balance is the focus and not to be right in the first place… Another situation is, there are quite a lot of people who like to argue like crazy, even they are lying and total wrong…. for what I should waste my precious time…and turn me down…  I go as fast as possible … let the dogs bark, it is their habit to bark and me be happy…. We want to sell something and watch the body language of the other person…. Gerry Roberts, one of the most profitable speakers in the world, said simply if the buyer/customer lean backward I go up and leave this place because he had already signaled with his body that he doesn't like to buy.   I get bombarded again and again with wonder supplements, methods…  And most are not tested in the long term or even have any reliability… For instance NAC & Glutathione…The great antioxidant?And today we know we need also Oxidants… We should balance both Antioxidants and Oxidants...And the researches on NAC and Glutathione are not sufficient or even totally insufficient in the short and long term… The Fish oil and Omega Alpha Oil supplements can’t be digested!Eat 3 spoonfuls of flaxseed to get enough Omega Alpha Oil for the brain… Then this stupidness to recommend Olive virgin oil...Every unsaturated fatty acid, which is mainly Olive Oil will be transformed in our body into the most dangerous Aldehyde, and even worse more than 80g of any oil or fat will increase our chances of dementia 5 times… Or this American Billionaire with his colored hair and unhealthy looking is selling his longevity drug, that he had created out of 100 different medicaments…  The Nobel prize winner for creating the formula of Viagra that kills so many men!  They have put a Hamburger with French fries, chicken nuggets from Mc Donald for 4 month outside in the subtropical climate of Puerto Rico. After 4 month still the food was there, it was just only dried; no insect had touched it… This means there are so much chemicals inside of the food from Mac Donald that even insects are running away from such poison food.  It is well known that  KFC is putting arsenic inside of the chicken because of the danger of salmonellae … still this should be food. And this is mainly true for all these fast food chains restaurants… They are putting so much chemicals inside the food as necessary, to keep the  food fresh for a long time and that the food is delicious and addicted… The combination of white sugar, sweet- acid, cheap oil, gluten, chemicals… makes the food addicted, for instance:  Ketchup, mayonnaise, French fries, Pizza, Tarts, Apply pie, Potatoes chips, hot dog … If we go farer and look on the beverages that the fast food chains restaurants serve like: sodas, Coca Cola, coffee, beer … then for sure fast food chains restaurants are making the people ill….   A test had proved that children which eating regularly food from the fast food chains are worse in the school than children who don’t go to the fast food restaurants… Fast food chain restaurants makes the people fat and causes  Obesity,  Diabetes, Cancer, heart attack…. We don’t need to go to the fast food chains restaurants, they are even not cheap… Small restaurants with less dishes are normally much more delicious and healthy. Still we have the problem that every cheap restaurant like to save money on the ingredients. This means they cook with cheap oil, using white sugar, ketchup, mayonnaise, white flour… In Thailand they have found out that the cheap Thai Food makes you fat and ill….   In the USA is a law, that protects the Pharmaceutic industry, when they produce heavy poison medicaments that kills people, nobody can make lawsuit against  them… Obama made it worse that today the food producer can produce, GMO Food, irradiation Food, or put as much pesticides and other poison inside the food without that they have to tell you what is inside… and a lawsuit is quite impossible to win against the food producer. In veggie burgers for instant,  they found even rat meat…. And in Europe it is not so, they have to tell you what is inside….  I have read many things about great Gurus, visited many Gurus and even have been a disciple of two of the most well-known Gurus (Osho and Amma (Mata Amritananda Mai, President of the Hindus). And I stayed 10 years with my Guru Amma.  I will write honest regardless if you agree or not agree my experience and understanding. It will shock you! There are very less real Gurus who can help you on your particular inner path and who don’t want to sell their system to you. This means we have to adapt to the teaching of the Guru even it doesn’t fit us. Or we chose honesty what is right for us by our self. Still, we can choose to try out the methods of our chosen Guru and see if these methods are working for us or not. So we can go our own path. Many disciples are saying (even they are not doing it by their self) we should surrender to 100% to our chosen Guru.  We are to 100% responsible for our life. Blind surrender to a Guru without taking responsibility is not surrender at all, this teaching is coming from Osho. So I respect all Gurus, and still, I can go my path and chose what I take from the Guru. In my Osho time, I was against the condoms and against to wear always red, so I took my own way. During my Amma time, I am/was against Karma yoga (selfless doing, - if there is an ego we are doing everything out of self-interest… so selfless doing is not possible) because it isn’t working. I was meditating every day in her presents 8 to 12 hours. Even the Ashram didn’t like it, and this was their problem. After  9 years I became the saint there… got adored on Amma’s website for a half year…. What is if we had been at a fake Guru… Osho answered it so: a selfless disciple will help anything and even a fake Guru can enlightenment him; a self-righteous disciple nobody can help.If you have done like me, you never will regret that you have stayed with your Guru… And now comes the Shocker:One of the dearest disciples of Amma had published the book: “ Holly Hell” and in this book, she is telling what is behind the veil….  Both are right,- we are unlimited through our nature. We are limited to our blocks, fears inside of us that hinder us from being unlimited.  Even worse we love to be limited… One example, a dog on a line or in a garden knows how far he can go… he feels safe and strong… so he can bark like crazy, and he thinks that nobody can harm him… The line makes him strong because it is a protected area through his owner…  Now I like to provoke you. Yes, we are the same. Because in our area/environment we feel safe and even worse our friends, spouse, family, parents want that we don’t change; even when we change, they keep us inside of them self as the same person as we had been before. Should that keep us limited? Have you seen a dog together with several dogs? How strong he feels together barking. We are the same; we don’t like to go our own individual way; we want proof from other people that we are right…. Wow … .Should that keep us limited? Do you know the worst abusive sentence in Russia?You are a drilled dog!!! Somehow we want to be free, unlimited and then we don’t do the action that is necessary for that because our mind wants us not to change. Our mind wants us to protect, not to do new things, have a new experience, that the mind can’t calculate or forecast. An unlimited life scares our mind. For the spiritual path means to be unlimited to be enlightened (Nirvana). That is total freedom from our mind, ego-free, regardless where and when you live. I never liked to be pressed in any role or could not identify myself to be something, never less I have fear to try out new things… I ignore my fears because I have a drive that want to be free, that loves challenges. And this part everybody has. There exist no protected area where it is not possible to die. All this safety/protection is Mind F… is a total illusion, even when I try to live a safe life, I can’t control the environment/the world or for instance that crazy car driver.  The biggest barrier is inside of ourselves. Have you seen that a big elephant can be bind with a weak robe to a tree, and still he thinks that he can’t escape? And that is precisely how we are limit ourselves….  Even we can’t be unlimited; we can challenge us.   When something is important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favor. Patience is a virtue, and I'm learning patience. It's a tough lesson. I'd rather be optimistic and wrong than pessimistic and right. I think it's very important to have a feedback loop, where you're constantly thinking about what you've done and how you could be doing it better. I think that's the single best piece of advice: constantly think about how you could be doing things better and questioning yourself. If you're trying to create a company, it's like baking a cake. You have to have all the ingredients in the right proportion. I think it matters whether someone has a good heart If you get up in the morning and think the future is going to be better, it is a bright day. Otherwise, it's not. There have to be reasons that you get up in the morning and you want to live. Why do you want to live? What's the point? What inspires you? What do you love about the future? If the future does not include being out there among the stars and being a multi-planet species, I find that incredibly depressing. I think that's the single best piece of advice: constantly think about how you could be doing things better and questioning yourself. People should pursue what they're passionate about. That will make them happier than pretty much anything else. I will never be happy without having someone. Going to sleep alone kills me. There's a silly notion that failure's not an option at NASA. Failure is an option here. If things are not failing, you are not innovating enough.  Cancer is caused by the wrong lifestyle and/or completely suppressing all negative feelings. According to Dr. Bergman, the body is fighting every day against 13000 cancer cells. If our immune system is strong, then cancer has no chance.Why is western medicine fighting cancer with heavy treatments, like chemotherapy and radiotherapy, that work against our body?  The treatments further weaken our immune system! That sounds really insane.After recently science research it is to 100% proved that Chemotherapy and all the other conventional drugs for healing cancer are not working and leads to death in many cases.   The great Sufi Master Pir Inayat Hazard Khan said if you want to be a Master or the very expert you need to be a tyrant. Looks weird, the trueness is that you become a dictator for yourself. If you want to be an expert T. Harv Eker said, you have at least to spend 10,000 hours on your particular subject. Only so you can become the best in your business and become rich. I watched it again and again that these experts/stars are very self-focused (egocentric) because they concentrated most of their energy on their goals and for other things, they don’t have much energy. We don’t need to wonder why so often the marriage/family life is broken… from these experts/Artists… I  meditate since 34 years every day… over 12 years in Meditation retreats … So for sure, I am also a tyrant to find the best. I tweet everything to gain better results for my spiritual path…. And even worse was my father in his business… He was somehow my role model. On the other hand, these experts are also ordinary beings with feelings, so they don’t feel special, and you really can deal with them like normal people. They just neglect the normal desires, because their mission is most important …  and you feel that there is something missing. Actually the stars/experts are crazy work alcoholics, they have often fun with what they are doing, and a balanced life is for them/us BS. Because it stops them/us to do what we like to do. And I hate to step on the brake, just for the show to be normal.   On my first North India tour with our Ashram, we arrived in Calcutta.I am a big fan of Ramakrishna, so I had to go to his place, Dakshineswar Kali Temple. I asked my friends if they like to join… We found a group of 5 people to go with a taxi early in the morning to Dakshineswar… The Swamis from our Ashram approached me, how can You do such a journey, is not our Guru good enough…?I questioned them and said I have to go there, nobody can stop me… We arrived there during sunrise… I was so excited, beyond words…My Indian friend gave alms to the beggars, even I said don’t so so and they followed us… It was so disturbing,..I said to him, it is your problem I go alone to the Ramakrishna temple… I went inside, many people were already sitting there, I squeezed in between them so that I didn’t touch anybody… I went so deep in meditation, that I hardly could go out of it… I don’t know how long… Then the Indians started to worship me, throwing flowers on me,…When I got out of meditation, I was covered with flowers… We had to leave and go back to the place where we slept with the other devotees … In the meantime, the Western devotees and some Indian devotees complained why we could go and not them… The swamis had a hard time… Normally I could do what I wanted because I was meditating the entire day and then to stop or control me was impossible… In the evening, we had an event at a high-luxury hotel, that I disliked because it reminded me of my traumatic past, and I never wanted to go back… The next day it was in a slum, that fitted me much better… A Swami came to me… I said, Sorry, I had to go there, please forgive me…The Swami said it was okay, please wear your best white clothes, you should join us on the stage. On the stage, are you sure?Yes, our guru wants that. I thought, maybe they are playing some games with me… And I hate Luxury hotels. So what, who cares, I have to do that… In the right corner of the stage, I got a place to sit, … All devotees who had Darshan with our Guru first had to pass the right corner… The row was filled fast and the first devotee bowed deep in front of me touching the ground and went to our Guru…And so did all the other devotees… Sounds weird… It was the first time that I was in Calcutta, only one year in the Ashram, and only the devotees from the Ramakrishna Math in Calcutta had seen me… The Swamis and Brahmachari looked in my direction and I looked in their direction…We could not believe it… Are they mad? Swamiji said, please go to the edge of the stage so that the devotees can touch you and meditate… I went deep in meditation and the devotees could do what they wanted… What was the reason?Why wanted our Guru me on the stage?A true Guru knows much more, even what he/she can’t know.  This means we should be start with something new without knowing the next steps. As the bible is saying: the next day provides for itself don’t worry for the next day…/ We all want security, because our mind is designed to protect us. And this is in the way to live an exciting or successful life. If we know everything in advance, life would be boring and even then we can’t protect us. We need confidence and faith in ourselves and even better also in God… because we have only control over maybe 5% of our life!   As an engineer you can maybe exclude 50% of the mistakes, errors when you construct something new… the other 50% will showing up later, and even after the product is produced, again 10% of construction mistakes will show up. Best example is the MS Windows system…  If this is so why we should be afraid to start something new, why we should have fear of failure? For what is perfectionisms good? Why we have fear to lose our face? Why we don’t want to make the mistakes that are necessary to learn our lectures  in life? All the Security is just an illusion, if we live protected and don’t risk much, even then nasty things, like accidents can happen..  I remember, when I was cycling home, it was raining and cold (November in Bremen)  I had to wait on a red traffic light. The traffic light turned green and the car driver ignored that. In the last moment I could stop and the girl behind me hit the car and flew through the air. Horrifying!!! What have we really under our control? So why we can’t take the risk and start with something new and trust that we can do it. We don’t need to know the path in the beginning.  I give you here some exercises that will activate the creativity in your brain. Make one or several per day for a month. Ask yourself what disturbs or makes you angry. Find the solutions for that... Make brainstorming, write down for 5 minutes everything, that comes in your mind. Don't manifest the solution, it is enough to imagine the solution. Do not judge yourself negatively or put yourself under pressure. Remain relaxed and be happy with every solution you find. Motivate yourself and praise yourself. What can you make better? Find the solutions. Take 5 fancy words (Country, noun, verb, adjective, animal) which don't fit together and write for 5 minutes a story where all 5 words occur.  Take a sheet of paper and draw with color pencils whatever comes in your mind. Again be happy with every picture that you draw. Hear different music and move your body in every direction the body like to go (body flow). Don't judge.... Let the body move by itself. ... Play an instrument or sing, regardless how it sounds, just like a child. Don't judge.   I got bombarded with parallel reality, multiple reality… Is that nonsense? It depends on how we see it… You can describe with different words the same things, but still, the thing remains the same!  This parallel reality is borrowed from the Hindu religion and the definition changed…  When we sleep, we go into a different state of consciousness than our daily consciousness, the same is true for dreaming, relaxation in the alpha and omega state… So we have different consciousness and this we can describe as parallel realities…  Today, people make big money, selling us different parallel realities to become abandoned even without working more…  And so they have created Hypnosis tapes, we hear them once and then we will get abandoned… Ask every successful person on this planet, if this is working!For sure not. I am a certificated Hypnotist and I have heard some of these well-known Parallel realities changing mp3… They are so lousy, that even the induction (to change into a conscious state where we can reprogram the subconsciousness and higher consciousness) is too short and too bad…  There are also good Hypnosis mp3s from my teacher Dr. Steve Jones about abandoned, wealth… They are much better, but will not work when we have traumas that prevent us from becoming abandoned… And for sure we have to do the work!   As I have described we have different conscious states… called parallel realities. We can change our consciousness so that we can get what we want, when not circumstances, environment, habits, our soul, and God prevent it.  First, you have to change yourself or become a different person to gain what you want.  What to do? We have to get rid of the traumas that prevent us from getting what we want!So we need a therapy that can release our traumas.Afterward, we have changed our consciousness or our parallel reality.  In the best case, we will attract the circumstances/chances that will help us. Still, we have to do the work!  Generally, if we are in the flow, or connected with the environment/the whole, we attract the things that we need to gain our goals. If we have inside of ourselves fears, blockages, traumas, resistance we REJECT, can't see the solution, are blind, ignorant, can't connect with things that we need to fulfill our desires. Then we are struggling....  Everybody has experienced how easy we can receive the things that we want when everything is in line.... And this happens just through our attitude....then the whole universe is serving us. And if we full of tension everything is running against us.... Then only through hard work and struggle, we can get what we want.... What is if we want to change our lives and like to become successful, very wealthy,... Then inside of us is the resistance to change that means our subconscious doesn't like to change his habitual programs, belief system.... And we have all kinds of fears to be confronted with a new world.... Again all the struggle that we receive to change our lives are coming from inside and will manifest in our environment. What is doing the high achiever?  The majority of High Achiever have a life coach to reach fast and efficient their goals without much struggle. Otherwise, they would reach a plateau and then they would struggle like us and go slowly upward. The high achievers want a life that is exponential, and they know that they have to change inside to reach a higher level. They are paying for their dreams, and they don't care for the price of their coaches. This is the reason why today coaches like Anthony Robins, or Hypnosis therapist Dr. Steve G.  Love each other and do what you like at best. (Bible) We should live our sexual desires, regardless what, as long we do not harm others or the law of our country. Nearly all psychologists agree with this. Why? What we suppress is getting worse. If you see all these scandals about overworked manager/VIPs’ and their perverse sex life, then you must be compliant. They work and work and forget their own sex life and then such things happen. The reality is that these manager/ VIPs’ are not evil; it is just that their suppressed sex had led them to these deeds.  Live your Sex  When it does not work with the communication anymore, then the relationship is over. The same applies to the sex in a marriage. Both partners have a sex drive, and if they have to suppress it, then the result are hate and anger. Even worse it is forbidden to live their sex outside of their marriage. You see, we have all an inner child, and this inner child wants sex. We are suppressing a big part of our personality if we cannot live our sex and even worse we have our sex partner in front of us and cannot make love with them. So the partner who doesn’t like to have sex is rejecting his partner, and this will lead to hate, anger, depression, and fear to lose the partner. We know all these power trips to control the sex life to control the spouse and then the whole relationship is getting worse.  The reasons for women are:  1.The women want that the men have to fulfill their desires. The best example: the reason to buy a diamond for a woman is to 80% sex. 2.Through their childhood, women are getting conditioned that sex is impure and after some time when the love is over, then they feel really very sorry to sleeping with their spouse. I see only one solution, if you have a bad consciousness, feel guilty or fear to make love then go to a therapist otherwise the relationship is getting very worse. You harm yourself, your family and your spouse with these….  3.The sex life isn’t fulfilling because the man is ejaculating too early, too less love or too less time. 4.Through a total surgery of the uterus, other diseases or very much stress is the sex drive down.   Some husbands don’t like to sleep with their spouse the reasons might be: 1. Fear for intimateness 2. Fear that they depend on their spouse and so that their spouse is controlling their life. 3. Too much stress 4. Impotency 5. Fear that they can’t make their spouse orgasms.  6. Fear of failing in the bed… 7. Bad consciousness, feel guilty, fear of sex….   Please see a therapist to save your relationship and your family for all these reasons.  It is quite normal that after some time a couple is together the love and sex is getting fewer. So then we should be more creative and flexible in our sex live and really looking why our love is getting lesser.  Worldly love has two poles Love and Hate. At the beginning of our love, we perceive only love and suppress our negative feelings against our partner, to love more. Then the other pole is coming, and we get court up, in argue…. So we should work on our negative feelings without blemish our partner. A joke: an old Muslim is praying in the Mosque: Oh Allah you have taken away my sexual potency, please also take away my desire for sex otherwise I get crazy.  So older we grow so less sexual potency we have; and still the same desire for sex.  Before we regret, that we did not have enough sex in our life, live it.   Relax your eye muscles with this exercise.Look, at one point far distance. And turn your head left and right and keep focusing your eyes on that point… And look that you turn your head without going up and down. Then focus on one point and move up down with your head without going towards the left or right. Lay your neck on a tennis ball so that the tennis ball touches the gap between the neck and head at the back… move slowly your head… Under the tennis ball, you put a towel, so that the tennis ball doesn’t move out of position.  Then move a visit card closer and fare to your eyes and turn your head in different angles so that you train also that. If your vision for both eyes is different then do it with one eye and cover the other with your hand without touching your eye. Do this for both eyes and one time with both eyes together. Look at a written line that you can read clearly and move away until you can’t read it, then move until you can read it…Do this again and again and until you can see it clearly even farther away… Then you turn your head left or right, up, down look when you see it more clearly. If your vision for both eyes is different then do it with one eye and cover the other with your hand without touching your eye. Do this for both eyes and one time with both eyes together. Do this exercise for 5 to 10 minutes, so that your eyes don’t get strained.  You can choose to do the exercises with good light and poor light. If your vision is bad for poor light, then do the exercise with not good light.Or do the exercise with good lighting and poor lighting.  Looks weird? If we play really high, with the outcome to lose, then we must be ready to accept without regret to lose. If we have fear to lose, then we attract that we lose. And if we lose, then we try again… until nothing can hold us back… to win.  We need to be comfortable with to fail, to win. That is the rule for the high performance…. Or for every baby who learns to walk… in the end, it will walk…  If we would see failing as natural, or if we would enjoy failing, for sure nothing can hold us back.  I have never been a great musician because I never trained like crazy for years, every day 8 to 14hours… so how can I expect to be good in music? I never had this drive to train like crazy music… and when the drive is missing then how we can be very successful?  I don’t like to do training in selling, but I like to become rich fast and efficient… This is a contradiction and right for so many people…. We like to get the fruits and don’t like to do the work… Because we don’t have the drive….  The solutions are:A. We are doing things that we love to do, so we don’t care for failing. B. We convince us to get the fruits whatever it takes…. And only then we can work like crazy to get our fruits and maybe we don’t find our work satisfying…. In the end, we might be rich through the things that we have done…  For T. Harv Eker, Steve Jobs, Joel Bauer … is the solution A the right one, because it is more fun. We can get rich in every profession, with the right concept and money management.  There was a guy who wants to learn an Asian martial art. He went to the Shaolin master and asked how long it needs to learn Shaolin. The master said only 10 years… What is if I practice every day 12 hours, can I learn it in a shorter time. The master said then you need 20 years. Over eagerness only harms… Imagine you are in a rush, want your tea, and then the tea making procedure needs much more time than you thought,… you become impatience … you running out of time because the bus will not wait on you,… (maybe you  don’t need a tea anymore).  What is if we are planning our future, and then the realization needed much more time, and then we give up…. If I don’t know a task or if I have to try out new things, then I can’t schedule the time correctly. Then my focus is only to do the stuff. Otherwise, I would mess up, if I can’t keep the time to finish the task and even put me under pressure and stress me.  For what? Let us enjoy to make new exciting things/work and make them relaxed and with fun.  The same is true with goal setting (for things/task that I don’t know) for a particular time. As Bob Proctor said, it is okay if my time setting has not worked out for my goal, then it is just a delay. Everything is under the control of God, and God knows it better when we should reach our Goal. If we are thankful in advance that we will reach our goal, then everything is easier, regardless when.  With our impatience and over eagerness we prevent and sabotage our success. Sorry I have done it a lot. If I make sure that nothing is urgent or life threatens, then I slow down, and the things are coming much faster, and I also enjoy my time.  For sure I am against every rushing that is truly not necessary because it brings so often the opposite that I want. Zen: Don’t run behind anything. Or impatience is a part of the ego, so why I should follow my ego? When I make new tasks, I simply don’t plan in advance, for what?For new jobs, I work very concentrated, make maybe many mistakes, don’t beat me up for any mistake and look that I enjoy the work. Thus I have asked for many years,… For me are many things/goals easy to realize, this might be true for you…And the other things I can’t… For sure we need to be passionate to reach any difficult goal… And if I read you should write down your goals or visualize them… That is nonsense because it shows that you are not passionate, and so in any case you can’t reach them! You have to be on fire… if not you can’t mobilize your power to reach them. Now we want to go with the law of cause and effect…That mostly nobody understands! A causes B and then B causes  C. But life or our world is not linear!Often we get that result C and we think because of  A and B, but we can’t see the gaps between A, B, C…The reality is that A, B, and C are independent manifestations. We have to accept that life is not linear, or the Law of Chaos teaches us that we have some rules in total chaos, life is irrational!  Our logical mind is filling up the gaps, and that is mostly wrong.Our mind likes to make assumptions and that is not based on reality! Because we want life rational and we want to be save! Every cause and effect can change and are caused by some sources that we don’t have under control or can’t see! Regardless of how hard we work…  If we have an idea A and we want this idea A to realize B… We are looking for a result C…What are the gaps or unseen…? A lot… The gaps are huge! We need the right intention, passion, luck, timing, resources, support, and location… If one ingredient is missing/wrong, we can’t get our thing done! We are starting from the unseen cause, having our intention to get our goals realized.And then we need the bridge of incidents, where we have no control over… The bridge of incidents can happen or not happen in every possible way… We should be open to new things in our life.  Instead of focusing on “how can we get things done”, then we shut the door to the unknown! Instead, we focus on our intention, and passion and look for What? Why? Who? All of them are unseen resources.  We try to get clarity in our emotional, and intellectual minds and identities of who we must become in order to experience that life.  Then the How and When get resolved.  What is the root of the unseen source?  We have thoughts and that influence us.But what causes those thoughts?Our belief system that we assume is true… And even we are not consciously aware of what is our belief system.We have outer beliefs, or certain views about the world that are limited and mostly not true…The outer beliefs can be caused by traumas or by inner beliefs and that is our identity. How can we change that? We have to change our inner beliefs or identity. We need to become that worthy and deserving guy to receive…  Ask yourselfWhat do I want?Who would I have to become?So the self-conception or identity has to change.Our identity can override our other beliefs.When I believe that I am worthy of receiving the things in my life that I want regardless of my doubts, my situation, …Then my dominant thoughts and emotions are also changing.Then my actions also change. Your goal has to resonate with your soul purpose… Otherwise, the unseen sources will not work in your favor. When I assume to have already what I want, what would complements that …? If we visualize being there already, we change our belief system.But visualizing has no power if it is not charged emotionally. This means, we go with our passions in the correct direction and then we have to drop our attachment with our goal, otherwise we get too many obstacles.  The goal is the path. We follow our intuition and just do what is in our mind because we are already there…We let go of our fear, uncertainty, and doubts and do it…Even if we do the wrong things in the end, we learn something that will lead us to our goal. This means we need a lot of time, maybe months, years… I have overcome so many diseases and I never had a plan, I just did it and through trial and error, I could heal…Today I have the confidence to cure everything…And this confidence/faith is needed…I just start somewhere and at the end, I complete the cure…I could make big money with it, but I don’t care, because every healing needs too much energy, effort, and time. And I can’t buy time… What do you want? Do you want to remain in the same situation or do you want to change! Where is the bigger pain? If you are happy with your situation then let it so.If you are angry, or in great agony only then can you change.Bad times are the best times to become better! The lips of wisdom are sealed, except to the ears of understanding.First, become the change and then you can attract the things to become the change. 1 Step. Get clear on what you have to become to get things done.You change gradually, do baby steps until you are there. If you face a hard decision, think what would do the best version of you.  Forgive yourself when you cannot do so.Clarity will solve 90% of the problem. 2. Step. Suspend our disbelief… If you are confronted again and again, with your doubts, that you can’t do it… That is absolute nonsense… Look at it, analyze it, look at the worst-case scenario, and the doubts are gone. Even you thought you never can learn to walk, write, cycle, learn different languages, surfing… It is all nonsense! Be open to doing it! 3. Step. Inner and Outer Action.Doing consistent inner and outer action. Mindset and massive actions/physical actions…Our Outer action: should be determined by our choice or intention…Otherwise, we waste too much resourcen...   Regardless of what we do, we have a plan (choice or intention), and execute the plan…No Blah Blah BlahWe have a goal to execute a plan to get our outcome… For instance:How many leads should we get every day? We incrementally increase our number of leads every week. We need only one channel to get the leads and focus on that, become an expert in recruiting leads!Get appointments!  How get the fascination of every moment in our life?Think over, You have only to live 1 day more…. How intense would be your life?Why we can’t not really live in the here and now?Why we could live in the here and now as a baby?Because of our rational mind… who thinks that he knows already everything, and this mind develops after we had been a baby. It is science proved that we can see in the here and now until 7 years and from that time we have almost the pictures inside of us, just like templates. Our brain produces the images from the memory instead to see them in the here and now …. They have shown Africans in the jungle a movie about hygienic and they could not see the results of unhygienic, because they just switched off.  We call this ignorance…  how many chances we have everyday to become rich, if we would have the mindset of the rich…. Then we would see our opportunities.   My mother bought me always under wear, that was too small, because she could not see that I was grown in the meantime, when she fixed me to an old image. So it is with mostly of all parents, they can’t see, that the child is changing, growing because they don’t live in the here and now, like all of us. Normally we are making us a picture from our darling and fix our darling to that image our whole life; -so that our darling can’t change… And then the fascination and love is over. In Tantra we have learned the Golden Rule: Kill every day your Darling… We start every day new to discover our darling as an unknown person… Only so, our love can remain and grow. What happens to me? When I was starting with meditation and learned to empty my mind, my life went slowly and slowly… My life won so much on dynamic, fascinations …. Then I tried to be productive and my life went faster and faster… Again I slowed down, (less is much more) and again my life is intensive, the clock is ticking slowly, life is fascinating. This is the art of meditation.  So more we under tension, so more we make, so more we run away from our life. Instead of enjoying every precious moment, we become a robot, which can’t feel. And then our time is running faster and faster.For what?????
