Awaken Your Truth

Welcome to Episode 3, in which Katie and Ginny laugh a lot, AND share about experiencing joy, love and peace. They also respond to the question, “If joy, love and peace are eternal states (and our truth) why don't we always feel them?” The girls share their most prevalent and fearful limiting beliefs, and how they now embrace the awareness as an opportunity for release and expansion. Dear listeners, a few questions for your journal: When is it easy for you to feel joy, love, and peace? What prevents you from feeling those states more often? Do you think it is possible that the states of joy, love and peace are actually ever present? What is one conditioned belief that causes anxiety or fear? Can you increase your awareness of when the belief shows up? Can you open to the idea that this conditioned belief can be de-conditioned?

In this episode Katie and Ginny discuss both eternal/non-physical and physical aspects that comprise the human being. They share their experiences of learning their truth, practices that strengthened knowingness, and the journey to balancing the physical and non-physical in this world. Katie and Ginny also talk a bit more about their human roles, and how feeling grounded in their truth allows them to live an authentic life: releasing fears and anxieties to experience expansions of joy, love and peace.
