Scott Boeckner is the owner of Aspire Coffee Roasters in Greybull, WY. Scott started his coffee journey by roasting coffee beans in a bread maker with a friend. He started his shop about a year and a half ago and has enjoyed every moment since. One of the funniest parts Scott shared was how people in his area want coffee to look and taste so strong that “a horseshoe can float”. Augusto likes to say his coffee shop journey started backward because he grew up with his family growing coffee in Brazil (since the 1890s), he started selling coffee, and then he opened his first shop. Dexter Dutton is the head roaster and co-owner and Nicole Dutton is a co-owner at Thunder Coffee in West Fargo, ND. Demian Estevez is the owner of Mojo Coffee House in New Orleans, LA.
