One of the key tools God uses to make us like Jesus is suffering.   But suffering does not automatically lead to sanctification.  Sometimes suffering doesn’t make us better, but bitter.  In part 1 of this mini-series through 1Peter 4, Pastor Dave unpacks 5 ways we can be armed for transformation in the midst of suffering.

“God had one son on earth without sin, but never one without suffering.”-Augustine of Hippo Peter is writing to flock that is suffering for living the beautiful ways of Jesus. Is suffering inevitable? Is it fair? How out they respond? How do we respond? Come, get honest about the inevitability of suffering and the vindicating work of God.
