We can use books and audios it help develop a stronger more positive mindset but you need to use them all the time to drown out the negative talk, so what do we do if we don’t have time or can’t access that material? We combat our thoughts by following through with a “ but” positive mindset, example “I keep f@#king up” BUT “I keep learning from my mistakes” “ mistakes are made and for every problem there is a solution and a positive lesson to learn. - 5 - Health, wealth and happiness map.
Firstly remember happiness is found every day in life, and no matter where you are on your journey you can find it. This a mind map I have developed to help me plan and map out how to achieve some of my goals, weather it be the next month year or more. Firstly find your ultimate vision. Example is when looking back through 30 plus years of photos in a album what pictures do you want to see? Maybe sporting achievements?, places traveled to?, your family and their achievements?, kids and grandkids growing up?. You most important achievements are the ones you set as ultimate goals. Example travel the world as much as possible?, achieve a certain area in sporting goals ( competing in the Olympics)?, live in a certain area or have a certain property? ( farm with big enough house for all family to visit). Maybe make a vision board on these things??. So now draw up health wealth happiness down with room to mind map around each word, decide if this for a year, 2 years, a month ect, start with happiness what can you achieve that Alines with your ultimate goals in this time frame? Where will you travel to?, what level will you focus on in your sport?, and so on. Next wealth what do you need financially to achieve this and how are you going to get the finances? What can you achieve towards your wants and goals that you can afford? Maybe it’s a trip to France maybe it’s a night out camping in a new camp spot? Either way it’s a adventure for you photo book. And last but not least health what can you do to ensure you are physically mentally and emotionally able to do what it takes to get there, you don’t want to burn out and not make the money to go because your sick, or make the money and not beable to enjoy because you are so tied and stressed out from pushing yourself, or not make that sports event because of a injury you sustained. We need our health to make our wealth to do things that make us happy. But happiness is there even in some small degree regardless of how much health and wealth we have and never forget to see it and be grateful for it. Xoxo Rosie Swift. You don’t want a bad situation or experience effecting your productivity and performance so how do we get over this situations? Planning a response level has really helped me deal with negative situations. Can I get over this in a few hours? Will this effect my whole day if I don’t do something about it? is this going to cause a ongoing negative effect for a few weeks or is it going to severely effect me for months or years to come?. Depending on the level depends on your response. Ignore it and move on, have a think about it and perhaps put a plan in action if it re occurs, add a action to it in your todo list a follow up on it in a couple of days or act immediately. Remember don’t linger on it it will effect every area of your life if you do.
