They say that a person's upbringing plays a significant role in shaping their personality. What you see and imbibe as a child gets embedded in your psyche. Where there is a will, there is a way. This is what we learnt from Chitwan Sidhu, an interior designer and our guest this week. Extremely passionate about design, Chitwan started her journey as a ceramic artist, and though she had to leave her work to be with her husband, she never let her creative side die. In fact, she fueled it wherever she went. From developing her pottery skills in Japan to teaching Design and then studying interior design in London, she made sure she kept her creativity alive. Finally, once back in India, she set up her design studio, Chitwan Sidhu Interiors and Design, which provides bespoke, high-quality design solutions to her clients.

It's often understated how resilient and adaptable humans can be. Women, in particular, possess an incredible capacity for resilience and flexibility. They can switch careers, relocate to be with their partners, and succeed in creating a life for themselves in a new environment. Our guest this week, Panchali Belde, is a trailblazing example of such a woman. Panchali was a successful corporate lawyer in India, but she chose to leave everything behind and move to Munich to be with her husband. Today, she's a thriving corporate trainer in her new country. While it is never too old to switch gears, it is never too young to know your mind. This is what our Woman Trailblazer of the Week, Pooja Jakhar discovered.  Pooja realised early in life that she had a calling which had nothing to do with what she had studied or trained to become.  What did she end up doing? Well, she shifted her focus, pursued her passion, and now she’s a published author. Her book The Wizards of the Mysterious Land is on its way to becoming a bestseller.
