I Am Prosperity
Season 3, Episode 4There is one idea that can dramatically change every area of your life, and that is Prosperity. In the book You Too Can Be Prosperous by Robert Russell teaches a simple affirmation, “I am Prosperity.”
This idea is so powerful that it will draw to you success, opportunity and ideas for action. It will demagnetize everything unlike it. If you are lost, it will bring you to your goal. Prosperity is an idea that will guide your thoughts, your emotions and your behavior to its ultimate manifestation.
In this episode, Todd referred to 2 different books: “You Too Can Be Prosperous” by Robert Russell, which can be purchased here; and “The Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace Wattles, and you can purchase it here.
02:16 - People struggle because they have ideas of lack and limitation in their subconscious mind.
03:16 - I AM PROSPERITY. Repeat these words to yourself 100 times until the words and meaning become your basic thought pattern.
04:57 - The mental soils has to be right for your mind to accept this idea.
07:04 - This idea is so big, so powerful and so irresistible in its action that it will magnetize everything in your life and cause everything to vibrate in harmony with it.
09:06 - If you are lost in a maze of false beliefs, [Prosperity] will bring you to your goal.
11:15 - Millions slave for prosperity, few are supported by it. The laborer works for the idea, the entrepreneur lets the idea work for them.
12:33 - How do you get the idea to work for you? You make prosperity your basic or fundamental thought.
16:36 - Let the idea form in you a consciousness of itself. Don’t hold the idea, but let the idea hold you.
18:18 - Do not affirm unless your affirmation is backed up by a corresponding emotion.
21:52 - Feeling words like this is where everyone has the biggest gap, because it feels like a lie. Repetition helps you mind become familiar enough with the words to allow you to become emotionally attached to the idea.
25:35 - Your mind will put up a royal battle and fight this idea. There are some guidelines to the affirmation practices in the book.
1. Refuse to use the old habit path under any circumstances.
2. Keep your thought changed out of the negative path, and hold it in the positive.
3. Charge the new though action with hope, power, belief, conviction, and determination when you express it.
4. Make your new patter as clear, strong, deep, and positive as you can.
5. Make opportunities for traveling over this new path as often as possible.
28:12 - Bring affirmations into the present tense.
30:42 - The Science of Getting Rich teaches “things are not brought into being by thinking about their opposites.
32:38 - You cannot hold the mental image which is to make you rich if you fill your mind with pictures of poverty.

Your Body is Holding You Back
Season 3, Episode 3Changing your mind is hard. People quit because it is hard. If you are experiencing frustration in trying to reprogram your mind, there is nothing wrong with you. Your spirit isn’t broken. You are fighting your body’s conditioning.
A better understanding of how your body is conditioned on a neurological, neurochemical level you can engage a greater sense of patience and persistence in reprogramming your mind.

04:05 - Spirituality is not religious. It is both the non-physical energetic reality we live in and the practices of connecting to the present moment in your life.
06:42 - You live on 4 planes of existence. You are a spiritual being, you have an intellect, you have an emotional mind, and you live in a physical world.
09:58 - The 4th level of our physical body and our environment really captures our mind more than anything else. We are programmed through our senses.
12:26 - Information is not transformation. Applied information makes changes.
12:53 - At a basic level, your body is a machine with hardware and software, and operates in a neurochemical environment.
15:40 - How the mind shows up in the body. Your body is hardwired in circuits of energy flow, much like your home connects to electricity or the internet.
18:53 - When you try to think differently, your physical biology resists that change because you have not developed a neural pathway to think that way.
22:38 - Frustration is an emotional reaction you are having to trying to build neural pathways because you are altering your neurochemical state. It is uncomfortable and unfamiliar to your biology.
28:42 - Dr. Joe Dispense writes, “Essentially we automatically think in familiar ways derived from past memories…if you keep thinking the same thoughts, you will continue to produce the same reality.”
31:20 - The emotional state you have lived in your entire life is one you eventually become addicted to. To change means your body must go through withdrawal of the old state of being.
32:41 - The Thinking-Feeling Loop, the more you think one way, you begin to feel that way. As you feel that way, it is easier to think the same way. This is a memorized state of being.
36:49 - Realize it is your body that needs to change, not your sold or spirit. You don’t even need to raise your energy or vibration. You need to train your body to stop lowering your vibration.
39:06 - If it is your body you are fighting against, where is your hope of change? You need to have a clear goal to focus attention on to begin to think, feel and act in different ways.
42:34 - Can you do this on your own? Of course. But getting help from a professional to get help answering questions, getting encouragement and motivation.

Your Greatest Tool
Season 3, Episode 2The greatest tool you have to reprogram your mind is the honesty shared between two people. We know we lie to ourselves, and convince ourselves of our limitation. But for some strange reason, we will be more honest with another person that we are with ourselves.
In this episode, I will discuss my perspective on what keeps us from being honest and discuss some ways you can improve your honesty in your relationships and with yourself.
01:41 - Every person I have even spoken with is a liar. We lie to avoid responsibility, pain, change and to try to feel better.
03:30 - We seem ill equipped to deal with honesty in our lives. Most of us cannot handle the truth.
07:33 - All of the tools in reprogramming your mind will not matter if you are not willing to be honest about where you are at. The greatest tool you have is the honestly shared between two people.
08:51 - You need to be honest with yourself about what you really want in life.
11:29 - You need to become extremely honest about how you really think and how you really feel about yourself. This is the source of you lacking confidence and self-esteem.
14:15 - Be honest about what you really believe. What do you believe is possible? What are you capable of? What do you believe about other people, money, business, sales and the world in general?
16:03 - Worry and doubt are a normal part of life. We are afraid of it because we assume other people are certain.
18:08 - True accountability comes from honesty and avoiding responsibility.
21:28 - Your power comes from transparency.
21:44 - One area where it seems so many people need greater honesty and have no one to help them with is their sexuality.
24:40 - How do you become more honest? You must be honest with another person. That might be your partner or spouse, a close friend, or a professional therapist or coach.
28:32 - We are so judgmental of ourselves we are really afraid someone is going to be more judgmental toward us.
29:43 - Here are some exercises you can do on your own to begin being honest:
1. What am I afraid of in being more honest?
2. Is there responsibility for my life I am afraid of accepting?
3. Who are the people I feel I need to be the most honest with in my life?
4. What can I be more honest with myself about?
5. What is it I really, really want in my life?

Episode 37Lack motivates all of us on our journey to change our life in the beginning. That is what builds the vision for what we would like to experience. As a fuel source, lack is perfectly acceptable to start your journey with. But unless you begin to switch over to abundance during your journey as fuel, when you reach the end of your vision, you will reach the end of your persistence, your motivation and energy.
2:03 - If you do not have a vision, you will not see any changes and will not move forward.
3:14 - When I started my journey, I wanted nothing more than long abundant summers at a family cottage in Michigan. Clearly my life would be bigger, and I built a vision board to capture that.
7:24 - When I accomplished the last thing on my vision board, the last goal moving me, I suddenly became exhausted and lost all motivation because I couldn’t see beyond that point.
10:25 - You need to have standards. You need to have an expectation for your life that you do not compromise on. You want to be rising your standards and growing into them.
13:33 - Dissatisfaction is a requirement for manifestation and creating something. It does not mean you are not grateful.
14:27 - While I am questioning myself, “Have I really made a committed decision, or am I trying to figure out how to do it.” In that exact moment, my car completely shuts off.
18:24 - This is the power of a vision board. I had this vision in 2016 of buying a new car and 7 years later, it happens.
20:52 - Fear holds you back, it is part of you conditioning. You must challenge your fear.
21:54 - When I call the dealership, I find myself talking to who is likely a distant relative unbelievably with the same last name. He calls me back and tells me the exact car I want to buy was just delivered this same morning!
25:27 - My wife was scared, but I asked her “What more answers from the universe do you need that this is our car?”
1. Our old car shuts off when I’m asking myself if I have made a committed decision.
2. We previously made a commitment to get a new car the next we feel we have to.
3. We were prequalified in 45 minutes on a Saturday instead of several days.
4. The sales person shares our same last name.
5. The exact car I wanted was delivered this morning.27:01 - This car was the final thing on my first vision board, and when it was complete all of my motivation went out the window at the exact same time. Nothing defeats us like success.
30:41 - I haven’t talked a lot about our mental faculties. One of them is our Perception, and I was using mine the wrong way. We always go through the same cycle of growth.
32:22 - The push and hustle culture comes from lack. When the vision created from lack is achieved, I struggled because I was so unfamiliar with using abundance as a fuel source.
36:17 - I had an emotional impact this Christmas with my family that reminded me of the importance of appreciating the moments and experiences with my children while I have them.
38:40 - Revisit your goal and approach it differently. Build out a vision as far as you can see, and try to see further. How big and grand could your life be? What moments are most important for you to experience? What do I want the end of my life to look like?

Stop Fighting Existing Reality

Episode 36You do not change your life by fighting against existing reality. You change reality by building a new model of reality that makes the old one obsolete.
This means you should not be approaching life from the perspective of problem solving. Instead, you can change things by entering into the spirit of your goal and allowing that goal to teach you how to create it.

3:15 - When you are looking at a result you want to change, and you are trying to come up with a new idea you can get emotionally involved with so you can do something to change the results. Bob taught me this is fighting existing reality.
5:57 - The different way is to connect with spirit through your goal and what you want. From that perspective, who cares what problems you have. Your results can change in an instant.
7:57 - Go inside yourself and affirm your goal. Meaning, strengthen what you want.
9:06 - You can allow the energy of people, conditions and circumstances to allow you to forget how you should be thinking. Without the continual reminders you forget the truths you know.
11:40 - The spirit or energy you enter into, you are going into that frequency of thought, emotion and behavior. You can enter into the spirit of frustration and outrage, poverty or prosperity.
12:43 - Entering into the spirit, what a common expression. Yet how much it really means, how absolutely everything!
14:40 - When you are fighting existing reality, you are entering into the spirit of the problem. The problem has nothing to do with you goal.
15:28 - By entering into the spirit of anything, we establish a mutual vivifying action and reaction between it and ourselves.
16:50 - We strengthen and vivify our goals by meditating, by visualizing, by building vision boards, by standing in front of the mirror and affirming our goal. The more you feed your goal, the more you will feel better, grow stronger and be inspired.
19:57 - If we enter into then spirit of it, we become more fully alive. We are living in the present moment and enjoying everything life is giving us. When this happens, life doesn’t give you problems. Life is working for you.
22:28 - Most of us don’t think and we enter into the spirit of what everyone is doing around us.
23:45 - The opposite of spirit is mechanism. We enter into the mechanism of it instead of into the spirit, and so limit spirit and refuse to let it have its own way.
24:53 - The principle is that spirit is the cause of all things.
26:11 - If you want to reprogram your mind and change your life, what is the principle cause? That is—what you are thinking about and emotionally involved in.
29:45 - If you are feeling stuck, you have entered into the spirit of your problems. It is hard to think outside of yourself.

Doug is thriving in his life, but it is hard won freedom. Doug was adopted into a violently abusive, alcoholic household and as a teenager fell into a ring of pedophiles, and developed his own abuse of alcohol and drugs and failed relationships.

1:39 - Doug Dane served as Executive Director at the Proctor Gallagher Institute and mentored some of Bob Proctor’s top consultants in the world. He is a survivor of sexual and physical abuse and has turned his experience into a system to help people discover their true identity. He is on a mission to show people how to let go of the past.
4:44 - “II got dropped into a very violent alcoholic family as a baby. For the first 13 years I was witness to a lot of violence…and emotional abuse.” Through these and other experiences, Doug developed alcohol and drug abuse and fell into being a victim of a ring of pedophiles.
8:40 - Doug shares his experience of reading Think and Grow Rich and meeting Bob Proctor and finding how why he was struggling to earn money. “I grew up with a pretty lousy attitude toward money and myself. I changed my mind.”
10:54 - “I was worried about everyone who knew me in business [when my story was released in the newspaper].” But Doug was congratulated and asked, “How did you [overcome your past?]”
16:28 - The 34 years Doug spent unraveling his story is not a fast journey, it takes time and dedication. Change is simple but we make it hard.
17:01 - Doug hired a private investigator to find his key abuser out of wanting to understand his story and see if he could forgive and help him. “I could have become him,” says Doug. “I am earnest for understanding. I came to an understanding why my parents did this.”
21:41 - “Our whole problem in the world today is perception and judgement. We were taught to judge. You never measure up. We use that as our lens to perceive things. I made my mind up, I wanted to look at this differently.”
23:32 - What are the differences between traditional therapy and coaching? Why does one work and other perpetuate problems? “Therapy and medication is the cultural paradigm for where we turn to when we don’t feel good about ourselves.”
27:49 - “You are mistaken about how you see yourself. Most people don’t believe in themselves. We have been taught, if you are struggling, ask someone for advice. We are surrounded by people who doubt themselves and we ask them for advice.”
30:43 - Therapy is in conflict with how our mind operates. “With therapy you just keep talking about [the problem]. Your mind is a machine. You direct it through your thinking. It is controlled by the image you have of yourself. It only works in the present moment. Your mind works perfectly if you are in a relaxed state.”
32:18 - “I know most people are suffering from anxiety and depression…and hold the cure in their hands. Rid yourself of judgement and criticism. Plug into who you really are…and muster up the courage to be yourself.”
33:41 - The mental health system seems to be focused on going back into he past talking about the reasons for why you are the way you are, which strengthens the mistaken identity. When we blame a story, event of circumstance we give away all our power to change it.
35:58 - I had this awareness in 7th grade that I could live a better life than my parents. I tried to use that to fix my parents and my brother, mistakenly not knowing I needed to take responsibility to use that power to fix my own life.
38:33 - Viktor Frankl taught we have the ability to choose our perception. “We’ve got to train ourselves to look for the gifts in everything.”
39:15 - All things contribute to our growth, so we should include all things in our gratitude. It is horrifying to think that you could be grateful for being a victim of abuse.
41:52 - “There is no toxicity in what happened to me. The toxicity is the shame I carried around.”
44:40 - Doug’s results are far beyond the normal. How is that possible? “I think what I did is actually normal. It is abnormal to keep secrets, lie and walk around with guilt and shame. It is abnormal to worry about the future. When you were a baby, you were normal then. You were free.”
48:37 - Chapter One is Stop Judging. As a parent we help our kids discover who they are, we do not pass along our judgment unto them. We do not pass along our judgements onto our children.

1:08:48 - “What I am trying to do with this book is I am trying to clear out all the noise…of what we have been taught. If you just focus on these things, you can clear the way a hell of a lot sooner than I did.”
1:11:50 - “I got this idea…I’m going to run a clinical trial. I’m calling it a transformation trial. You can read the book in advance and over 30-40 days I will explain each chapter and an exercise. You will report back your experiences, transformations, a-ha’s as data…so others get the belief maybe it will work for me too.”

Episode 34What does it really take to Reprogram Your Mind? When is enough enough and the change finally happens?
You are probably waiting for an event to take place, an emotional impact that some how magically alters your mindset and unlocks your potential. But change doesn’t happen that way.
To reprogram your mind, you will need to make the decision to stop reinforcing the negative mindset you currently have.
1:24 - When we set a goal or intention, our mind is conditioned to work in the opposite direction. This comes from your belief system.
3:37 - Our mind focuses on all the reasons you cannot do it. It creates reasons and justifications that hide the belief “I am not enough”.
5:18 - When a person beliefs something can be done the mind will automatically begin creating ideas for how to accomplish it and will not stop until you have been successful.
6:16 - Our belief system is always serving us. What does the negative belief give you? What do you love about that negative belief?
9:35 - You can’t block out the love from other people without blocking out the love from yourself as well.
10:07 - We often think, “When is enough going to be enough? When is then last time I need to hear this and it makes an impact and I change?
10:44 - What is actually causing the problem is the habit pattern of reinforcing the negative belief that you are not enough. When is enough going to be enough that you stop reinforcing the negative?
12:00 - You mind has been programmed through your senses with the aid of your conscious thinking mind.
13:21 - We are looking for an event and emotional impact that will be “it” that will be the breakthrough moment.
14:43 - A breakthrough and emotional impact isn’t enough to change you until you engage in the constant spaced repetition of a new idea that you revisit over time.
15:57 - There needs to be a result to reprograming your mind, and it can’t just be to feel better.
18:03 - Hyper successful people focus on their intentions and ignore their distractions. Average people focus on their distractions and ignore their intentions.
19:42 - Consuming someone else’s creations saps the creativity you have to build you own life. Most people allow the intentions of others to be their distractions.

The last of human freedoms is the ability to think for yourself—to choose your mindset in any given set of circumstances and decide how you show up.
Are you a victim of circumstance, or a creator of circumstance? This is the dance many of us play in our mindset towards ourselves and our goals. This is where Viktor’s lessons teach us a powerful truth.

1:37 - Most of the time our mind is set by our conditions, circumstances and the environment we are born into.

23:02 - The best way to bring hope to people (in the camp) was to have them look to the future for a goal. Something worth living for. Sometimes you need to force your mind to that task.
24:21 - “And suddenly I saw myself standing on then platform of a well light, warm and pleasant lecture room. In front of my sat an attentive audience. I was giving a lecture on the psychology of the concentration camp.” A goal is not just an idea. It is a picture and image that changes us.
27:19 - What happens to change people and get them re-engaged in their life? Either someone teaches them about the power of their mind; or things get harder and more difficult.
29:33 - You have dreams, passions and desires. You have value to offer. There is an opportunity the universe has custom fit for each one of us. When you find that missing piece, you will find the work that cannot be done by anyone else.
31:53 - What is the work you are called to do that no one else can perform? What are you going to do today to make that a reality.

Balance and Rest are essential for your new mindset. Having a plan to create balance and rest is essential for enjoying more freedom in your life. If you are living in a way that is burning you out, you are not really living.

1:22 - Hustle culture nonsense is burning people out, including me. Rest is such an important part of our journey and often neglected.
2:31 - Mindset language has been co-opted by multi level marketing because it can be twisted into hustle culture because you need to make things happen.
3:53 - There are two mentalities: I live to work OR I work to live. We want to enjoy more LIFE.
9:11 - If you are not authentically resting and taking care of yourself along the way, you are headed for burnout and sickness that will force you to rest. It is important to build a plan to prioritize rest.
9:28 - #1 - Prioritize your year around your vacations, holidays and time off. Go to your calendar and block off those priorities and honor your commitments for happiness, joy and more life.
11:22 - #2 - Prioritize and schedule your self-care, for your physical body as well as your emotional, spiritual and intellectual needs.
14:54 - Some of our self care is proactive, but some of it is needed in the moment to manage what is happening right then.
15:25 - #3 - Build a habit of setting your mind and intentions every single day.
18:36 - #4 - Boundaries from when you are working and when you are living are essential. When you are on, you are on. When you are off, you are off. You do not need to sacrifice yourself for your business.
20:51 - #5 - Be willing to be adaptable to whatever conditions and circumstances demand a change in your priorities.
23:55 - Build the belief that when you focus on the things that matter most you are moving closer to your goal. If you are living in the frequency of more life, you have to be moving closer to success.

2:12 - Hypnotic rhythm is the idea that we are hypnotized in our environment, our thoughts and beliefs. “Any impulse of thought that mind repeats through habit forms an organized rhythm…and then nature takes it over and makes it permanent.”
3:33 - Every human being has the privilege of using your mind to break the habit and rhythm or create the rhythm you desire.
5:00 - “Hypnotic rhythm is a natural law through which nature fixes the vibration of all environments. Nature uses hypnotic rhythm to make one’s dominating thoughts and one’s thought habits permanent.”
8:46 - One of nature’s first laws is order and rhythm, and they preside over everything.

17:42 - Everything in your reality is a form of energy, frequency and vibration. Everything is connected through frequency and vibration, as evidence by how an acorn can turn into an oak tree. All energy moves with rhythm.
21:01 - What determines what the energy rhythm turns into? The most powerful, dominating force, system or frequency that is present.
23:18 - You have the God-given power to create the thoughts you want to think in your mind to be able to change your environment, conditions and circumstances. You can become the most powerful frequency and force in your life by virtue of controlling the thoughts you think.

Episode 30No matter what goal you desire to achieve, there are three steps you need to take, and it all starts with awareness. As your awareness grows, you will clearly see your conditioned subconscious mind is creating your results.
Next, as you accept total responsibility for your results, you will unlock the decisive power you need to do something about it. The third step is altering the conditioning in your subconscious mind. With the right amount of time, discipline and study, you can finally achieve any goal you set.
1:19 - The first step is Awareness. If we have awareness, everything else in our life can improve. You should be focused on growing your awareness every day.
3:11 - Become more aware of the primary cause of the results you are getting in your life.
4:45 - It is how you behave and act that gets you your results.
7:57 - The second step is Accepting. You have to accept the truth that it is your responsibility to change your conditions to change your results.
9:21 - The only pathway that exists moving you from where you are currently to where you ant to be is through taking responsibility—by accepting that you can change your conditioning.
13:19 - We are afraid of making decisions or making the wrong decisions. So we procrastinate our decision to change.
14:17 - The third step is Altering the conditioning in your subconscious mind.
16:58 - The pattern looks like this: You have awareness and then you develop acceptance for the responsibility to change your results. You make the decision you are going to alter your conditioning and you behavior and achieve whatever goal you set.
19:229 - There are some questions you can ask yourself to move through this process. 1. What are you doing to expand your awareness everyday?
20:40 - 2. Are you avoiding accepting responsibility for your results? What are you going to do or think differently to accept responsibility for your results?
23:02 - 3. What will I do today to alter my conditioning? What am I going to do today to reprogram my mind?

2:23 - The emotional, vibrational state of our lives is revealed by our inner talking. If we want to have a different result in our life we need to change the vibration and energy we live with.
4:10 - What each of us really wants is freedom to express who we are without judgement or criticism and live our lives in an expansive way.
6:45 - “You must stop spending your thoughts, time and money. Everything in life must be an investment.” This is about the importance of the moment.
7:45 - “At any moment of our lives we are faced with an infinite choice: what we are and what we want to be, and what we want to be is already existent. But to realize it, we must match our inner speech and actions with it.”

Episode 26Do you want to change your programming and conditioning?
If yes, then you will want to become aware of exactly what your programming and paradigms are so you can change them. Our life is in every corner of our mind, and it is our mind that continues to create our life.

2:40 - Your mind is responsible for every result in your life. But also, your life is in every corner of your mind.
3:43 - When you were little and growing up, your mind was not the creator of your life. You were conditioned by what was going on around you.
5:30 - It is nobody’s fault to have the conditions and circumstances they find themselves in with their paradigms and self-limiting beliefs they have. It is, however, our responsibility to become aware of it to change it.
8:20 - We have yet to reach a stage in our social evolution where we realize we need to start teach people about or conditioning and how to change it.

15:06 - “Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind,” which is encouraging us to live with conviction.
16:56 - To reprogram your mind is an inner effort requiring attention, focus, dedication and time. There are no shortcuts to success. It requires intense focus and concentration.
18:22 - When people set a goal, their mind immediately talks them out of it.
21:26 - When your inner speech matches your fulfilled desire, then this last idea will become true for you, “all of the external happenings in the world will become a bridge leading to the objective realization of your desire.”

24:10 - The mental conversations you carry on within yourself may be drown out by the cacophony of sound in the world, but when you try to sleep, dream or meditate, this inner speech becomes obvious.

28:17 - Your mind is an invisible energy of movement. It is unseen yet it controls what we do and creates things in physical reality.

If you want to enjoy more than you have, you must become more than you are right now. The only way to do that is to grow and embrace change and learning how to think differently. This is hard work, and there is no shortcut around that growth.

2:11 - The results you have in life you have because of who you are, how you think, how you feel and the behaviors you engage in.
8:01 - We don’t want to change because we don’t think we need to change. We think the rest of the world needs to change, not us. We think we are a victim of our reality.
10:44 - If you think everyone else is the problem in your life, you will have to send everyone else in the world to a psychologist for you to become better.
11:58 - If you have ever felt stuck it’s because your mind and your thinking is stuck in the past. The world has changed but you have not changed with the world. You stopped growing.
12:50 - Spirit seeks fuller expansion and expression of its self, meaning growth.
14:26 - Reprogramming your mind comes down to accepting that change is inevitable and your personal growth is a choice.
18:06 - We cannot escape our growth and change because of the law of cause and effect. You want to grow into being the cause of the good in your life.
22:54 - You can only advance by being larger than your present place, meaning you must outgrow your current reality. You need to evolve.
25:16 - If there is something that may be done today and you fail to do it, the consequences could be more disastrous than you realize. Why? You cannot force the results of even the most trivial act. Much may be depending upon doing some simple act.
27:54 - It is not the number of things you do, but the efficiency of each separate action that counts. Every act is made strong and efficient when working with all power, holding your vision, and putting the whole power of your faith and and purpose.
30:13 - The first principle of the Science of Getting Rich is to think truth regardless of appearances, but it requires far more effort to do so. There is no labor from which most people shrink as that from sustained and consecutive thought. It is the hardest work in the world.
34:02 - There is an opportunity coming next to you, and you get to decide how you show up. Do all you can to show up as that highest and best self, and over time every single result in in your life will change by law.

Episode 24Everyone, even successful people, are afraid to one degree or another. Fear really control a larger part of our lives that we are ready to admit.
When fear is left unchecked in our subconscious mind it manifests as a form of self-sabotage that holds us back from making progress. The real problem is that we are not honest with ourselves about our fears.

1:28 - My mind works the same as your mind, and I am afraid. Most people are really afraid, and they are lying to themselves about it.
4:20 - I am no different than you, except in one area: I understand my mind and how my mind works, that it is my conditioning causing this fear and I am preceding forward anyways.
5:07 - Quantum leaps jerk you out of your comfort zone.
5:46 - In a quantum leap, the only way you control the situation is knowing where you are going, continuing the pursuit and learning from your mistakes.
6:45 - If you are experiencing no anxiety or discomfort, the risk you are taking probably isn’t worthy of you. You are playing it safe and not growing.
7:42 - When you reprogram your mind to a different level of success and start taking action, you are going to be uncomfortable. Everything we want is outside of our comfort zone.
8:24 - We usually are not honest with ourselves about our fear. We allow our mind to use our fear to come up with excuses to stay where we are at.
9:42 - We fear sharing our power, our dreams, making changes and fearing how other people will react to our change.
10:19 - We are vulnerable when we are living our truth, open and transparent. This intimacy does invite other people in, so we shield our selves from other people.
12:03 - Earl Nightingale has said, “It is our attitude toward life which will determine life’s attitude toward us. If we take the attitude that we can’t do something, we generally will not do it.”
13:31 - “We are so familiar with ourselves we tend to take ourselves for granted. We tend to minimize the things we can accomplish, the goals we can reach, and for some equally strange reason believe others can accomplish things in our field which we cannot.”
14:57 - We are doubtful of ourselves, we just project that doubt onto other people and therefore, we empower circumstance and enthrone it in our lives with a power it does not have.
16:01 - This is subconscious conditioning and even genetic conditioning to be dishonest or mistrustful of another group of people for our protection and survival.
17:44 - The irony is, most of the time your fear can only be brought down by another person who sees through your programming and conditioning.
19:09 - Your behavior needs to be in integrity with your thoughts, feelings and belief system. You can only change that belief system by facing it.
20:29 - If a person attempts to accomplish something beyond their level of belief, the mind will quickly and automatically create ideas or reasons justifying why it can’t be done and those ideas will continue to flow until the project is abandoned.
22:22 - Your mind can only hold one idea at a time. It is that idea the rest of your creative mind will work on.
23:44 - Write out the answer to this questions: “What am I really afraid of happening?” If you don’t sort out the causes of fear, it will continue to rattle around in your subconscious and continue to sabotage you.
24:23 - Chances are you have a decision to make on the other side of this fear. Write down the decision and below that write out the reasons you can’t do it, and the reasons you can. Decide to focus only on why you can!
26:01 - Fear cannot survive being seeing. Talking about the fear doesn’t make it grow. Hiding the fear makes it grow.
27:07 - Play this mental game: Pretend someone you know, trust and love comes to you with the same decision. What would you tell them to do?

Episode 23When you are reprograming your mind and making changes to your life, you must learn to take action in the immediately. Why is this such an important principle to live by?
Because the longer you wait to take action, the more likely it is that your paradigm will stop your progress. 2:29 - If you don’t do it now, you never will. There is a principle of immediacy and urgency we need to act with to get new results.
4:02 - Most people will not take action until they have a plan all figured out. There is something to figuring out how to do something while doing it that is the most effective method of learning.
5:57 - Successful people have the habit of making decisions promptly and changing them slowly, if and when they are changed. This is teaching you to follow your gut, quickly.
7:57 - You are either making progress to your goal or moving further from it.
8:34 - If there is something you could do today, and do not, it could cause a long delay in getting what you want. Much may be depending on your doing some simple act.
10:47 - You have had experiences where timing has been divinely perfect. Your connection with infinite intelligence will tell you when you need to “act now.” What shuts that off is our conditioning and programming.
14:57 - You are not to overwork and accomplish the greatest number of things. It is the efficiency of each separate action that counts. Every act can be made strong and efficient by holding your vision, and putting your whole power of faith and purpose into it.
17:16 - Waiting for the perfect timing and opportunity is something your paradigm wants you to do.
17:52 - Bob Proctor taught this principle as a “Sense of Urgency”, which is to automatically detect the goal achieving ideas that call for immediate attention and the discipline to act on them until they are completed.
21:03 - Doing at one what needs to be done will immediately increase the possibility of success.
21:56 - What can I do right now, in this moment, that will move me closer to my goal?
23:20 - If you had an idea in the past, it may not be a good idea to act on in the present moment. You may have procrastinated you way into the wrong time.
25:15 - It’s all about progress. If you make progress today, you can make a little more progress tomorrow.
26:09 - If you procrastinate long enough, you’ll return to your equilibrium and you will rationalize and justify staying stuck in your comfort zone.

2:49 - What you are emotional and intellectually involved with determines what you are creating in your life.
5:31 - We need to have a burning desire for our goal, it is the first principle of Think and Grow Rich. You would not have the desire unless you were capable of achieving it.
7:57 - The Evidence that you can reach your goal comes from the fact that you originated the goal or the dream in the first place.
8:10 - You must build your faith through Autosuggestion, the deliberate reprogramming of your mind with your goal.
11:53 - When you are strengthening your faith, you also need to begin to take action on your goal and building a plan with all the specialized knowledge you have right now, aided by your creative imagination and the power of the Mastermind.

27:47 - Inspiration comes from the systematic triggering of the sub-conscious mind. If you fail to feed your subconscious mind, it will work on the ideas that reach it through your subconscious mind.
33:04 - Most people barely use their brain. It is over engineered for simply keeping us alive. Our brain is designed to help us achieve the impossible.
35:51 - You cannot create anything that does not first originate in an impulse of thought, and transfer that to its physical equivalent.

Season 1, Episode 21There is a lot of confusion about the Law of Attraction online. It seems mystical and is often rejected as “woo woo” nonsense when it really is a simple and practical way of understanding your life how mindset is the cause of success.
The Law of Attraction isn’t mystical, it is a practical method of applying the knowledge of mindset to create different results in every area of your life. It is the thoughts we think that ultimately create new behaviors and new results.

1:35 - Understanding the Law of Attraction begins with understanding your mind and how we are programmed to live our lives.
4:45 - Why do some people have better results than another? It has to do with the mind, beliefs, the frequency of thought and what they are attracting into their lives.
5:32 - The Law of Attraction was popularized in the movie the Secret, leading most people to conclude if you just think Happy, Healthy, Wealthy thoughts your life automatically changes.
6:04 - Until you are programmed in your subconscious mind, you are not going to have one.
8:12 - You have to move your thinking through your conscious mind, into your subconscious mind and through your body into new results.
9:26 - Manifestation means you take a non-physical idea and turn it into physical form. Everything is created twice; first spiritually and then physically.
12:08 - Your mind is an instrument designed to transmute ideas into physical reality. I will use an example of manifesting a pizza to illustrate this point more.
16:27 - If you want to attract money, you need to learn multiple channels money can come to you because it comes through the channels you have open for it.
17:05 - You need to take action to manifest anything, and most people miss this key.
18:21 - People also talk about focusing on the idea and letting it go. What does that mean? It means letting go of how it happens. Instead, most people get emotionally involved with the worry of not having it and actually push away the thing we want.
20:57 - Most people want to manifest more money. What if you could turn your annual salary into a monthly income? Take time to get emotionally involved with this idea.
23:00 - All thoughts exists on a frequency of thought. Feeling is conscious awareness of shifting frequencies and vibrations of thought.
26:30 - Manifestation works with thought, emotion and action. You need all three of them to create something.
26:43 - The 369 Manifestation method works because it focuses your mind on your goals, not because those numbers unlock the secrets of the universe.
29:10 - The subconscious mind is a goal seeking mechanism and wants to prove itself right.
30:13 - The Law of Attraction is not a primary law. The Law of Vibration is the cause of like attracting like.
31:36 - If you believe the universe is conspiring to help you reach you goal and you can have the feeling in your mind while letting how how it happens, while doing what you can, the law is working for you.
33:20 - My 13 year old son used the Law of Attraction to manifest a MacBook Pro.
38:47 - He really wanted the computer. He let the idea dominate his mind and acted on inspired ideas as they were flowing.
39:45 - It is always a person that connects you with your goal.
41:37 - Thoughts cause feeling. Feeling causes behavior. New behavior causes new results until it manifests. It’s not mystical, it’s practical.
43:20 - You are a spiritual being having a human experience. Your spirit wants to further express itself.
45:22 - What you want speaks to you through your dissatisfaction and desire.
47:40 - I am so grateful for how these ideas have changed my life, and I do this to share more so you can start changing your life.
48:56 - Decision is the starting point of all manifestation. You need to decide to do something different if you want to get different results.

The Mastermind Principle
Season 1, Episode 20Successful people know the journey to your goal is a collaborative one, not matter how essential individual mindset it. You have limiting beliefs, experiences and blocks that only other people can help you overcome.
Napoleon Hill knew this and wrote about the Power of the Mastermind in his classic book, Think and Grow Rich. While many people talk about a Mastermind, few actually mastermind the way it was intended. In this episode, you will learn exactly how Bob Proctor taught me to Mastermind and why it is so essential.

1:58 - In Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill wrote an entire chapter on the Mastermind Principle and how it helps us grow to achieve our goals.
3:15 - “Power is essential for success in the accumulation of money. Plans are inert and useless without sufficient power to translate them into action,” and a Mastermind helps people connect with power.
4:59 - Napoleon Hill enumerates 3 sources of knowledge. The first being accumulated experience. The second is experimentation and research.
7:04 - The last source of knowledge and power is from what Napoleon Hill calls, Infinite Intelligence meaning God, Spirit, or the Universe.
8:25 - A mastermind is a group of people who collaborate in a spirit of harmony with one another’s goals and objectives.
10:50 - The psychic and spiritual phase of the mastermind is very specific. Napoleon Hill writes, “no two minds every come together without thereby creating … a third mind.”
14:59 - How a mastermind is supposed to function with a group of people you can trust, virtually and in person. A mastermind meeting should be timely, as well.
18:44 - The majority of the time in a Mastermind is spent helping the other participants more than receiving help for yourself.
20:48 - Because other people are not trying to reprogram their mind or improve their life, the Mastermind becomes a source of support you need to succeed.

The Law of Cause & Effect
Season 1, Episode 19Whatever goal or dream you want in your life, the Law of Cause and Effect will deliver it to you. When you understand how this law works, you can achieve any result you want.
There are 7 principles of the Law of Cause and Effect that will help you understand how powerful it is and how to apply it better. Most importantly, if you want your life to expand and increase, you must focus on expanding and increasing the lives of others.
1:53 - Luck is a word we invented to explain the known effects of unknown causes.
3:37 - Our limiting beliefs are the effect caused by the words of others, repeated in our mind over time.
6:43 - The first cause of everything is whatever you are thinking about.
8:33 - Spiritual law isn’t something someone made up. There are 7 spiritual laws that all work together to get your results.
8:31 - The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy says that everything in reality is energy and flows into form.
10:04 - The Law of Gender says you need two halves to make a whole, and it takes time to transmute energy into physical form.
11:03 - The Law of Rhythm follows a predictable cycle and flow.
12:03 - The Law of Vibration decrees that everything moves, nothing is at rest.
13:57 - The Law of Polarity says that opposites exist in our reality.
15:07 - The Law of Relativity says polarity only exists when you compare something to something else.
17:17 - The Law of Cause and Effect has 7 principles for you to understand it on a deeper level. Number 1, the law works positively. We know this as the law of Karma; the good we put out comes back to us.
17:52 - Number 2, the Law works negatively. If you put out negativity, you get negativity in return.
18:09 - Number 3, the Law works abundantly. If you put a little good out, more good comes back to you.
18:56 - Number 4, the Law can be used by anyone!
19:13 - Number 5, the Law can be used in many different ways. There are so many ways you can increase your income.
19:29 - Number 6, the Law says you can do everything right and still lose.
20:29 - Number 7, the Law says if you do not focus on the cause you have no right to the effect.
22:06 - To apply the Law of Cause & Effect, you need to get started planting and be mindful of how you are contributing to the world.
23:15 - If you want to increase your income, the secret is leaving everyone with an impression of increase. Give without expectation of reward to everyone.
26:00 - This law has worked in my life like magic. The more I give, the more I receive and every time I invest in myself, my income grows.

Season 1, Episode 18Each of us has our own unique experiences, interests, talents and abilities. You also have your own unique goals, dreams and desires. Tapping into your unique source of power is the only way to find fulfillment.
To do this, you need to understand your self, more. There are 2 tools I have have been using for 10 years: Myers Briggs Personality test and the CliftonStrengths (or StrengthsFinder) Assessment. These tools help use understand our talents so we can be intentional about using them to create different results.

3:07 - The 16 Personalities assessment is a Myers Briggs assessment. I love the descriptive, qualitative and emotionally powerful words about your personality. When you find words that resonate with you, you better understand yourself.
6:28 - Being on extravert vs. introvert is really about where you get your energy from. Is it from other people and being in a group, or recharging in solitude?
8:16 - The observant and intuitive personality gets their information about the world in very different ways.
9:35 - The feeling and thinking people make decisions in a very different way, but both need to “feel” good about our decisions.
10:14 - People can be other judging or prospecting in how they think about or view the world. This does not mean people are judgement as much as it is about seeing the world in black and white terms.
12:18 - After you take this assessment, study the results. Highlight the emotional words you resonate with and create affirmation to strengthen these parts of your self, or add them to a self-image script.
12:51 - The CliftonStrengths assessment is very excited because it uses a strength based approach, the idea you get better results in life than trying to improve your weakness.
15:20 - This assessment codifies all of human behavior into 34 talents so you can identify you natural abilities and invest in developing those talents to magnify them.
18:05 - Read and study the results of CliftonStrengths with repetition and work these ideas into your self-image, see Episode 11: Self-image is Everything.
19:21 - These assessments will identify some weaknesses, also. But in every weakness, there is a gift and you can shift these weaknesses into strengths by using the methods described in Episode 2: How to Reprogram Your Mind.

Season 1, Episode 17The magic ingredient to reprogramming your mind and to your success is your attitude. What exactly is your attitude? What does it mean to change your attitude.
Your attitude is the energy you send off into the world that creates your results. It is composed of your thoughts, feelings and your actions. If you want to change your life, you need to begin with changing your attitude.
1:32 - Your attitude is the composite, the mixture and the alchemy created by your thoughts, feelings and actions.
3:22 - This is not a mystical concept, because psychology has been teaching in basic understanding of a behavioral cycle. Triggers create immediate thoughts, feelings and a reaction.
4:09 - All spiritual and philosophical experts agree that you become what you think about.
8:06 - The first place to do our work in controlling our attitude is in our conscious thinking mind. If we are not rejecting information, we are accepting it in our subconscious mind. This is how we are programmed in our lives.
11:42 - If someone is complaining and you want to get out of the conversation, you can say “That’s interesting,” and then change the subject. This helps protect your mind.
12:42 - If you are going through an event that is frustrating, you can train yourself to see the good. This takes practice. Whatever happens, you can form the habit of saying “That’s good!”
14:08 - Michael Beckwith has shared a three step process about how to change your perception of a negative event.
- It is what it is, accept it. Harvest the good. Forgive the rest.

2:01 - A habit is something your mind or body does with little or no conscious effort. Consistency is the biggest factor for creating new habits.
4:09 - The first habit, of Conscious Acts of Service is simple. If you want to increase life or yourself, you should help increase life for others.
8:27 - The second habit, Journaling about a positive experience helps build positive neural pathways. This is as simple as writing down a few wins for every day.
11:33 - The third habit, Exercise has different benefits like oxygenating your brain. Elevating your heart rate helps circulate oxygen throughout your body. Exercise naturally increases the need for hydration which increases how thoughts move through your body.
16:10 - The fourth habit is Study, which is focused time spent expanding your knowledge and awareness every day. 1 hour of study every day creates 260 hours of improving your craft every year.
17:51 - The most important area of study is You, your mind and how it works.
21:25 - The fifth habit, Meditation, is the most powerful habit and the one that has changed my life most. Experiment with a lot of different techniques of meditation.
23:17 - If you want to reprogram you mind, you should know what your mind is actually saying.
24:54 - Meditation will bring more calm and equanimity in your life.
27:06 - Meditation will allow you to act with greater intention and power.
30:15 - With all of these six daily habits, it takes time to see an impact. Pick one or two and try to be consistent for 30 days in a row.

Fear is Required for Growth
Season 1, Episode 14When you are challenging your programming, upgrading your thinking and changing your life, fear is what stops you. Fear is a necessary stage of your growth, and everything you want is on the other side of fear.
2:14 - Everything you want is outside your comfort zone. We learn this truth from an early age.
3:48 - Use your imagination to build a picture of what your mind looks like to better understand fear. This includes your conscious mind, subconscious mind and your body—or your thoughts, feelings and behavior.
5:42 - You have been living your default life (X) with similar thoughts, feelings, behaviors and results.
7:53 - If you want to start changing your life it begins with a dream, or an outside (Y) idea that you entertain in your conscious thinking mind (XY).
8:40 - As soon as you get emotionally involved with your dream (XY), your body moves into a state of expressing fear because the X idea is conflicting with the Y idea in your mind.
10:17 - One idea is going to win. The new idea will take over, or your old conditioning will reject the new idea and return you to your default programming which is called bondage.
11:51 - The whole reason you experience fear is ignorance, or the lacking of knowledge. This leads to worry and down and creates fear.
12:58 - If you suffer from anxiety and depression, it is coming from suppressing what makes us uncomfortable.
14:51 - To get through fear we need to embrace the solution to ignorance, which is knowledge gained through study.
16:25 - As faith grows it must be expressed through your decisions and behavior.
17:47 - When you move through fear you are free and the the new idea (Y) is dominate in your life.
21:16 - We want to get comfortable with being uncomfortable instead of masking and suppressing our negative feelings.
23:58 - Until you are ready to take responsibility for your life and change, life is going to continue to bring you the same experiences and amplify it.
25:55 - Can you stop blaming yourself for not being aware of things that are outside of your awareness?
27:00 - When you go back to the cause of fear, it is really a lack mindset and life. What moves you through fear is the opposite of lack, which is abundance.

Self-Image is Everything
Season 1, Episode 13The cause of all change and success comes down to the thoughts, feelings and beliefs about yourself. That internal change will create an external change in your results.
Whatever goal you want to achieve, or any result you want in your life comes down to this idea of self-image, or who you think you are. The biggest obstacle to your success will always be your SELF.
3:09 - Your self-image sets the boundary of your accomplishments. Most people do not believe they are worth more, and therefore do not receive more.
4:31 - If you want to change your results, you have to change how you see yourself. Reality is always a projection of yourself and your beliefs.
7:07 - To begin to change your self-image, you need to examine your current beliefs and where they come from .
8:13 - One of the criticisms of law of attraction is how people question that a child could be responsible for circumstances like abuse. You cannot be responsible for events without the awareness, maturity and guidance to adjust what events you are attracting.
9:53 - Responsibility for who you are and the results you get only comes when you are aware of how your self-image is creating your results.
10:26 - Our self-image and programming in our subconscious mind is created by the circumstances of our lives and the conclusions we have about our experiences.
13:22 - When you have the moment of awareness that your self-image is creating your life, it is a moment you can choose to continue believing you are not worth it, or believe something new. This is being responsible.
14:12 - The only way you are going to change your self-image is to have a goal or an ideal bigger than your current results. For reference, check out the episode on “Setting the Right Goal.” This is because no one wakes up excited about challenging their limiting beliefs. You need a reason to grow.
16:56 - Once you have your goal, you want to get in touch with the energy of your goal and objectively look at yourself and ask “How do I see myself different in that goal?”
18:15 - Doing the work on yourself means to start BE-ING that version of you, now. The state of being that attracts to us the new results.
19:33 - Questions to ask yourself and trust your intuitive answers that come:
How do you see yourself differently compared to today? How would the world see you differently? How do you think differently about yourself? How do you think differently about money if you had $1MM in your bank account? How would you feel different about money? How would you feel differently about the money you get to invest, spend or circulate? How would you dress differently? What would your body language and facial expressions be like? What different habits would you have? Where do I find myself limited right now?22:51 - You combine your responses above into a self-image script and listen to it daily, read it frequently, and write it over and over to reprogram your subconscious mind with its ideas.
23:41 - You can also use the people you admirer as examples of characteristics and attributes you have unexpressed along with traits you currently love about yourself to make your self-image clearer.
25:45 - Why so much repetition? Because beliefs are ideas which were programmed through repetition in the first place.
27:08 - Your state of being, your self-image, is not just about the thoughts and feelings, it is about the actions. Integrate the new state of being into your behavior.
29:02 - Who are you really? You are and unlimited being. You have unlimited potential. This acceptance gives you the courage to act on your new self-image.
30:10 - When you try to do something beyond your belief system, your mind will continue to generation obstacles until you quit and give up.
32:13 - All things are created twice, spiritual and then physically. Your self-image is no different.
34:27 - The Pygmalion Effect says, I am not who I think I am. I am not who you think I am. I am who I think you think I am. One of the greatest fears we have is the criticism from people around you that holds you back.

The Four Pillars of Persistence

You will never succeed in any area of life without persistence. You will have obstacles come up once you decided to Persistence is not just about sticking with something and not giving up. It is much more than that.
Passing the persistence test in goal achievement is about your goal, your plan, your mind and your support. Without each component of persistence, it is almost impossible to succeed.

2:07 - Persistence is hard for most people, because they are looking for the easy way to their achievement instead of learning what they need to grow.
4:01 - Being persistence does not mean being stubborn if things are continuing to get worse. Sometimes you do need to change your plan and your approach.
4:41 - Napoleon Hill wrote in Think and Grow Rich, “There may be no heroic connotation to word persistence, but the quality is to the character of people what carbon is to steel.” One of the best ways to understand persistence is reading the chapter on Persistence aloud every day for 30 days.
9:13 - Those who persist and eventually achieve, the world cheers for and says, “I knew you could do it!”
10:46 - If we attempt to accomplish something beyond our belief system, the mind will automatically create reasons why you should quit and will continue until you give up. This is why we struggle to persist.
12:52 - There are four pillars to persistence identified by Napoleon Hill. They require no great amount of intelligence, no amount of education, only little time and effort, and certainly no privilege to be persistent.
13:53 - Pillar #1: A definite purpose backed by a burning desire for its fulfillment. You must have a goal you want that is more important than your excuses.
14:57 - Pillar #2: A definite plan expressed in continuous action. Plans appear through your intuition. You must be guided by a power with greater vision by you: Infinite intelligence.
19:42 - There are a lot of coaches to exclusively teach strategies and plans for creating wealth, and they add in a little bit of mindset, not understanding the true power of how mindset attracts the right plan for what you need.
20:57 - Pillar #3: A mind closed tightly against all negative or discouraging influences. If you do not understand how your mind works, the chances of you succeeding is very slim.
23:56 - Pillar #4: A friendly alliance with people who will encourage you to follow through with your plan and purpose.
27:11 - If you pay the price of persistence, one day you will wake up in a world of your design because you stepped into your power.

Season 1, Episode 11Do you understand the power of decisions? To change your life you need to make an irrevocable decision to change your life and cut ties with all of the results you have achieved in the past.
Do you allow the conditions and circumstances to dictate your decisions? If so, I will share with you the cause of indecision, procrastination and all the solutions you are looking for to help reach your goals.

2:46 - Most people do not know how to make decisions. When you ask people for their opinion you give up your power.
4:21 - We mostly make our decisions from our programming and our limited belief. When we ask someone’s opinion, we exchange our limiting belief for another person’s.
6:11 - The reason we ask someone else’s opinion is because we are uncertain of our own opinion. We are really seeking enough consensus to be okay with our own decision.
7:46 - Napoleon Hill’s book, Think and Grow Rich teaches that procrastination is the oppose of a decision, and that successful people have formed the habit of making decisions promptly and change their minds slowly.
9:11 - People have always asked how they overcome procrastination? You start making decisions!
10:15 - If you make a decision and the results don’t turn out right, what do you do? You simply make another decision with what you have learned.
12:43 - Nothing is going to change in your life until you do.
14:45 - Nature loves speed in all things. If you can’t make decisions, you are blocking the universe from bringing what you want to you.
17:03 - A committed decision frees you from your current conditions and circumstances. It locks you into thinking on a higher frequency more closely attuned to your goal.
19:01 - There is a solution to every obstacle, if you just make a decision.
19:39 - Just recently, I had a mentor counsel me to make a decision I needed to, and it led to me completing my vision board. Wait until you hear this story.
26:44 - A very basic law of the universe is create or disintegrate. Indecision causes disintegration. People allow their resources to determine if and when a decision can be made.
28:11 - The root cause of ambivalence and indecision is a low self-image or low self esteem. You don’t make decisions because you do not have confidence in yourself.

Your Journey to Your Goal

The journey you travel from your current life to the manifestation of your goal is going to be as unique as you and your goal. However, there are similar aspects to everyone’s individual journey that are shared.
There are principles of growth you will travel through, and if you understand those principles you can manage the details of your journey effectively. We need to be studying principles, not strategy and tactics.

2:39 - We need to understand our mind, principles but more importantly, ourselves. Any mentoring or coaching needs to teach you how to monitor your own thinking and learn to think different.
3:42 - There are principles of growth and change you must progress through in order to manifest and create your goals. Reprogramming your mind looks the same for you and me and everyone else.
5:39 - Once you set your goal, your conditioning and limiting beliefs fight back. This causes people to lose faith and give up, returning to their own life. This is a necessary and inevitable part of the journey so you can change your programming.
11:04 - You are the most powerful person in your reality. You are the only person that can stop yourself from getting exactly what you want.
13:06 - You need to study and really understand how your mind works because it is your tool of manifestation.
13:56 - You have 6 superpowers you can use to create your life and control your mind: Imagination, the Will, Intuition, Memory, Reason and Perception. Learning how to use these effectively, you can manage your conscious thinking mind.

24:52 - Transformation is powerful, but also scary. Fear hides in your subconscious mind waiting to sabotage you. But, fear is a requirement for change.

29:46 - Then world is a chaotic mess—there is a lot of negativity out there, and if you are not in control of your thinking the negativity will take control of your mind and your results. You must protect your attitude.
31:13 - Your journey will transition to becoming a leader in your life and in your mind. All leaders start as intelligent followers.
33:07 - If you are going to grow your income, you are going to be serving other people which is aligned with the spiritual law of increasing life. Always leave everyone you come in contact with, with the impression of increase.
35:16 - You are not meant to be on this journey alone. Find people you are in harmony with and help them; serve them. This is the power of the Mastermind.
37:53 - You don’t need to have perfect knowledge—you just need to start moving.

Season 1, Episode 9All change in your life will begin with setting the right goal, but most of our goal setting is a reflection of our self-limiting beliefs. We need to approach goals in a completely new way.
Goals are designed to help use grow. Without a goal, you become stuck in life. So what is the right goal? I will walk you through the ideas and steps to help you set the right goal in your life.

1:26 - Bob Proctor always taught me, “If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand.” To effectively set the right goal, you must liberate your imagination.
3:17 - Most people have it wrong when it comes to goals, for example I believe SMART goals are stupid. Much of this type of goal setting is trapped within our limiting beliefs.
5:47 - My current reality was not realistic when I set my goal. What we think as realistic is a sign of our conditioning and our programming.
7:42 - Things happen in our lives much faster than we think it can. Nature moves with speed and moves as fast as possible. Timelines on goals work against us sometimes.
9:04 - If you really want to see what you are capable of set the goal of turning your annual income into your monthly income. This is the kind of goal people should be thinking about and setting.
11:30 - The purpose of a goal is to grow and become more than you currently are. If you are feeling “stuck” in life, you need the right goal to get “unstuck.”
14:10 - There are 3 types of goals. An “A” goal is something you already know how to achieve. There is no growth attached to this goal.
16:03 - A “B” goal is what you think you can accomplish or plan to accomplish. This goal is using your intellect to put together resources you haven’t used before. But this is not a goal that is going to transform your life.
17:58 - A “C” goal is what you “really” want. It is a fantasy, a dream and it is not realistic. This is an uncomfortable goal because we are conditioned to not want more. But all lift is designed to grow and become more.
19:24 - You are a spiritual being, and you are designed to grow and live in abundance.
22:52 - You need to not know “how” the goal will be attained. This creates an ignorance gap, and it shows you where all your growing needs to be focused. Not knowing “how” triggers learning.
24:42 - Make a list of all of the things you want to try and narrow down exactly what you want your goal to be. Refine this list to really find out what it is you want.
28:35 - I am here as proof that these exercises work. I thought I would get a new job out of this process; I got a new life instead.
31:28 - You want what you want, and that is okay. You don’t need to justify what you want to people, or to yourself.
35:03 - Every single person can earn 6-figures a year. But if you want it bad enough, I know that every single person can earn 7-figures.
39:15 - You have to be inspired to reach your goal and trust that a power greater than you will help you. You need to have Earnest Desire, Confident Expectation and Firm Demand.

The Power of Mentoring
Season 1, Episode 8One of the most effective ways to reprogram your mind, if not the best way, is through formal, paid mentoring. I know this from my own personal experience of hiring a coach and investing in myself. It caused me to think differently about myself.
Additional benefits of hiring a coach are an increased self-image and self-confidence. You learn information in an organized and intelligently directed manner that creates acceleration. Group mentoring helps keep you focused on your goals.
2:44 - I wouldn’t be here, living my best lifestyle if I hadn’t hired and paid a professional coach and mentor myself. There is an experience you get from paid mentorship you cannot find anywhere else in the world.
4:33 - My personal story of investing in a coach the first time. When he shared his fee of $5K, it scared me to death. It was not a “smart” financial investment according to most people.
6:19 - When we come from a background of lack and limitation, the idea of paying for coaching and mentoring is something we completely reject. If you do not challenge your conditioning, your conditioning controls your life.
9:43 - I tried to use my wife as an excuse to say no to my coach. Funny enough, she encouraged me to find a way to commit and pay for coaching.
13:49 - The spiritual value of investing in yourself is an energy exchange. The energy you send out always comes back to you. It helps us overcome the feeling that we are not “worth it.”
17:41 - This is a clip from an actual client that just came in as I was recording this podcast affirming the value of the coaching experience with me.
20:11 - The real question is always, do you believe you are worth the investment. If you do not change how much you value yourself, you will never increase your income.
23:20 - You can learn the hard and slow way, for free if you want to, or you can learn from a mentor and through coaching programs with condensed knowledge, organized and intelligently directed so you can accelerate learning.
27:39 - I am a big fan of group mentoring, because the right environment can help you accelerate faster, it keeps you from drifting and encourages you to follow through with your goals.

Understanding Your Mind
Season 1, Episode 5If you are going to make changes to your life, you must understand how your mind works, and everyone’s mind works the same. When you make changes in your mind, you can change your behavior and change all the results in your life.
You have a conscious mind connected to the outside world through 5 physical senses. You have a subconscious mind which speaks in emotions and contains your conditioning and belief system. You have a body that is the servant of the mind and you take action with.
1:32 - Your mind, my mind and all minds function the exact same way. When we understand this, and understand our mind, then we can change it.
4:16- Bob Proctor made a lifetime of studying the mind and has taught people how to apply the information to get different results by living it every day.
6:47 - Bob was given a copy of Think and Grow Rich by his mentor Ray Stanford, and he continued to read that book every day until he recently passed away.
10:14 - You are a being that lives on 3 planes of existence. You are a spiritual being, you have an intellect and live in a physical body.
14:03 - What does your mind look like? Because our mind works in pictures, it is so important we have a picture of our mind to work with when we are trying to change our mind.
17:28 - I will communicate a picture of your mind to you that will change everything in your life.
20:27 - You conscious, thinking mind is also called your educated mind. Most of your “thinking” is done here. The sub-conscious mind is the part of you that is emotional and can be programmed and conditioned. You subconscious mind is more powerful than your conscious mind.
23:25 - Your conscious mind is connected to the outside, physical world with 5 physical senses, which can help you adjust your behavior. We can become fooled or controlled by our senses.
26:02 - How trauma affects our mind and becomes a self-limited program in your self-image.

3:40 - I have put together a list of 8 different methods to reprogram my mind, and I will explain all 8 of these methods to you in this episode.
5:01 - Most of you want the easiest, cheapest, and fastest way to reprogram your mind. But this is really a life-long experience and process.
6:34 - Method #1: Simply change your mind. Stop believing the old thing and start believing the new thing.
9:10 - Method #2: Spiritual Extreme Sports. This is not for everyone, nor is it necessary. This includes psychedelics, shamanic healings, energy work, hypnosis, QHHT, and Theta Healing
18:07 - Method #3: Alter your environment. We are conditioned and programmed from our environment. When you change your environment, you change your conditioning.
22:43 - Method #4: Meditation. There are many types of meditations, and some methods create space for your thinking, and others allow you to shift your programming.
25:36 - Method #5: Study. New thoughts will come from studying the knowledge from people with greater awareness. You must be studying all the time.
30:06 - Method #6: Using I AM affirmation statements. The secret behind this method is creating your own affirmations.
32:44 - Repetition of a new idea over time is the most effective way to reprogram you mind.
36:08 - Method #7: Using a mentor to accelerate reprogramming. When you become a conduit for their knowledge and have the relationship where a mentor can personally help you reprogram your mind, you are setting yourself up to succeed in a big way.
40:25 - Method #8: Integrating knowledge with action and behavior. When you finally take action and observe the change of your results, you complete the learning cycle and cement new programming.

The bonus podcast isn’t political, because the problem isn’t political. It is social. It is first and foremost, a mindset problem. It is a problem of solving powerlessness with the only solution out there, which is for each of us to step into our own power.

2:44 - What is the solution? It starts with us, right now. We have to do something different than what we are doing. This solution isn’t political.
4:55 - Hurt people, hurt people. This is why people engage in this type of violence. People hurt children because of how it affects society.
7:55 - One cause of this hurt is how we treat other people. As spiritual beings, we are one but treat each other so poorly and do not care or have compassion for others.
9:39 - The doorway to caring about other people more is to care more about yourself. This idea is very misunderstood, but it is aligned with our awareness as spiritual being conforming to the spiritual law of increasing life for yourself and everyone else.
11:28 - You can only help other people from a level of safety and security yourself. You must devote your time and energy to removing the struggles from your own life.

1:09 - Your success is 95% mindset and only about 5% strategy
3:39 - The number one question I get is “How do you reprogram your mind?”
7:51 - People earn $100K a year because they are not aware of how to earn $100K a month. This is an example of a program.
8:38 - How do you know what program you need to change?
11:01 - What are our current thoughts, feelings, beliefs and action within the program? Your need to write out what the current program is. You must become aware of your thoughts, feelings and actions. You cannot short cut this step!
14:20 - Describing the thoughts of poverty program related to money.
17:41 - Our mind is running all of the time on a subconscious level but we are unaware because of the noise in the outside world.
21:31 - The inner dialogue that is creating your life is not YOU! It’s the program. Your description of the negative circumstances is capturing the voice of the negative program so you know what to change it to.
23:20 - The most important part of this exercise is rewriting your negative thoughts, feelings, beliefs and action as an opposite idea. This is the new program you will use to reprogram your mind.

You are Programmed to Live Your Life
Season 1, Episode 02No one wants to acknowledge and admit to this truth, but you are programmed to live the life you are living. Because of this, the best place to begin this journey to reprogram you mind the way you want to is with the awareness of our current programming.
As human beings we value our freedom and our free will, but that only makes the fact that we are programmed so much more important to understand and change. But you can’t change your programming until you have the awareness that you ARE programmed!
2:11 - This is an essential truth: You are programmed to live the life you are living.
3:43 - Your entire day is controlled by habit, and looks very much the same day after day.
8:02 - There are also habits of thinking and feeling. Most people do not talk about these kinds of habits.
9:45 - The biggest addition we have in this world is the addiction to feeling powerless.
11:03 - When you feel stuck, what you are really saying is over the last few years you haven’t really grown and learned anything new because your life is controlled by programming, and you don’t like the results you programming is giving you.
13:38 - How did you become programmed in your life? We are programmed to a large extent from our childhood experiences.
16:38 - Most of our sacred beliefs and even the things we do for enjoyment, all of those ideas have roots in somebody else.
18:09 - Examine your life and the people you spend the most time with. Chances are, they are very much the same as you are. Your life is the average the 5 people you spend the most time with. This is another aspect of being programmed.
20:02 - We like to feel secure in ourselves, so we attract people, conditions and circumstances that reinforce our programming which creates our comfort zone.
22:26 - The results of your programming and conditioning is not your fault, but it is your responsibility to change it moving forward.

My Story Serves to Inspire You
Season 1, Episode 01My name is Todd, and I am one of the world’s leading coaches in the area of mindset and success. What I have to say only matters to you if you understand my own story of transformation. Today, I want to share with you where I came from, what has happened and how I used it as fuel to transform my life.
2:30 - The conditions and circumstances of everyone’s life is different. That is what makes us who we are.
3:41 - My history of sexual abuse, poor body image and being bullied and emotionally abused in elementary school. This brought me to a dark place of suicidal ideation.
6:27 - If there are things that keep happening over and over in your life, you haven’t learned to release that energy.
9:08 - Moving to Utah to work with youth offenders, and it was also one of the most toxic environments ever, which led to chronic illness and negatively affected my marriage.
12:07 - I became a career coach, but still struggled financially earning only $35K/yr. I could help others, but not myself.
14:15 - In 2015, my wife was diagnosed with a brain tumor the size of a lemon. This was the most beautiful gift of my life.
15:50 - My first conversation with my coach about positive thinking during my wife’s health crisis.
18:40 - What appears to be a challenge is often our greatest opportunity. What needs to change in your life is YOU!
21:16 - The conversation that changed my life about myself, my thinking, my income and everything in my life.
25:53 - Hiring my coach when it wasn’t a good financial decision and manifesting the $5K to hire my coach.
30:47 - I quit my job in 2017 to start my own coaching company and tripled my income before becoming a Bob Proctor trained and certified coach in 2018.
34:10 - I summarize the dramatic change in my results from my personal growth journey. I am healthier, happier and wealthier, including earning my old annual income in a week.
37:19 - I was recognized by Bob Proctor as one of his top global consultants in the world, earning his Circle of Excellence and Silver Pin award
38:00 - You are more than the voice in your head that tells you, you aren’t good enough or aren’t worthy enough. Your job is to express all that you are. You are a much greater being than that.
